String_Theory Nova Blancke String_Theory Nova Blancke String_Theory Nova Blancke Ion did not seem to stop his dash. He really didn't have time to play around with this other guy right now. He unsheated his sword and injected his chakra into it as he continued to dash towards the exit. If that guy would stop him....then the sword got to be tested in combat for the first time. But he really hoped it didn't get to that point. For now he had to focus on Sakurai. "Bad choice," Kasa said as he saw Ion's weapon. With blinding speed, at least to someone of genin level, Kasa's arm shot down, his blade in hand as he made a hand seal with his free hand, channeling earth chakra into his sword. When the blade hit the rock the ground exploded outward as Kasa made more handseals and said, "Doton: Kamizori Sento no Jutsu". The rock that the sword hand sent exploding into the air was nothing compared to Ion's new problem. Starting from the sword and traveling outward in a cone shape, razor sharp rock spires erupted from the ground, intersecting in such a way as to try to trap or skewer Ion. Ion stopped as the boy attacked and his eyes were fixed on the rock that shot out from the earth. Untill he heard this "Doton: Kamizori Sento no Jutsu" he was fixed on that one piece of rock. The sight shifted from the rock to that boy who just completed his seals. Spikes of earth erupted from the earth and headed towards Ion. But instead of waiting for it to hit Ion he jumped at it and sliced of the top with one swift stroke of his sword. While using the momentum of the swing he turned his body and kicked back the top at the boy. With a quickness that belayed the weight of his weapon, Kasa brought his sword up in an arch that sliced the spire peak in half, the two halves flying off to his sides. "The never do it the easy way," Kasa said with a sigh as another Kasa flashed into sight behind Ion, his sword poised to smash it's flat side into the side of Ion's legs, clearly aiming to shatter his bones and trip him at the same time. Ion took the sword to the legs and fell down. There wasn't anything he could stand on besides the ground. He managed to land on his feet and stood up like it was nothing. Ion grinned slightly. That attack was nothing like Tsura's sledgehammer like punches. The other Kasa did not give Ion long to gloat, as he fell right towards him, his sword gripped with both hands, glowing red along the groves in the sword, the air around it wavering with heat. "Looks like I'll just have to cut them off if I can't break them," said Kasa as he let loose a vicious stroke of his blade, meant to take Ion's feet off at the ankles. [[and for the record, Kasariyuu is actually pretty damn buff, a hit from the flat side of that sword deliver by him is enough to flatten most people's skulls, or simply rip a person's head off their shoulder by the force alone, he can made bruises stick to even Rio for awhile.]] A very loud clang sounded as Kasa's sword collided directly with the planted blade of Zasumaru. Even so Mai was pushed back a good two feet creating a deep gash in the ground where she stood. Her hands felt numb at the impact, any other sword would have snapped in two. Silly Genji "Damn. You can't fool anything of Kabuku blood, can you?" Yuna sardonically laughed. "Fine. If it's a battle you want. You'll have it." He glared up at her with piercing Kaigokougan eyes. Rui dropped down to the dusty floor and flicked a cigarette butt at Yuna. "I have been DYIN to roast somebody this whole mission. I can't wait to dust your ashes offa my sleeve." Her right hand burst into flame giving her face a very wicked light.

The Kohr Dragon Sneeze The Kohr Dragging his feet down the dirt covered road Musashi happened upon one of his favorite things, a tea shop. With purpose in his step he headed towards the establishment for the tea he longed for. He had just completed a mission for his village, and knew that he hand a long way to go before he could return to his village. Passing a occupied bench Mushashi's eye flickered for the slightest moment and he gazed down quickly at the two individuals. "What kind of tea where you gentlemen having it smells delicous, and I must have it.... Sorry that sounds a bit weird now that i think of it " He laughed slightly, conversation his other other downfall. Sabu greeted the newcomer. "This is Kasa Green tea, a specialty of this area. I'm quite fond of it, let me buy you a cup." He signaled to the tea house custodian and soon a steaming cup was brought to Mushashi. Sokitsu bore him the slightest of attention and continued writing fervently. Sabu continued the conversation. "You look tired my friend, sit down and take a rest." Musashi sits beside the Sabu and breathes deeply the robust tea. "Kasa Green tea you say, I have never had the pleasure." He sips it for tatse. His eyes light up with enjoyment. His eyes begin to swell and almost to tears. "This is simply amazing their is nothing better than coming from a assignment to the fine pleasures of tea or food! Oh pardon me I haven't even..... I am Saika Musashi, it is indeed a pleasure to meet with.... a you and your bookworm." Sabu bowed slightly. "I am Yohiro Sabu and this is my collegue Higiro Sokitsu. Nice to meet your aquaintence." Sokitsu waved his hand weakly at Mushashi but did not look up. "Excuse him, we are trying to locate someone. He is decifering the best search locations."

"Is it an adept weapon? I haven't seen to many since I left the hidden ash. And fair size bigger than mine, but I think you will find that my blade still carries more 'weight' to it." The Kasa that had be at the mouth of the cave was now no longer visible, and the second one spoke again. "Now then, is this how it's going to be? I need to take Ion-san with me, but I would really rather not have to fight anyone else, unnecessary blood shed is not my favorite thing to deal with. And if I cut loose I'm likely to maim Ion in the process, something that I'm afraid would put me in bad standings with Ifuuki, and that is never a pleasant place to be." All this time Kasa had been looking Mai straight in the eye, while keeping track of Ion in his peripheral vision. He also had made a seal with his free hand, though he hid it rather well. If Mai didn't notice something was amiss with her charka flow quickly, Kasa would have his wish of not having to have a physical confrontation with her. That, and she would be in a world of pain.

"Now that that's been dealt with," Kasa said as he turned toward Ion, letting Mai wallow in her own pain for now. "We can get back to how you're going to come with me..."
Kasa didn't get to finish his sentence before three new comers bounded next to him, Ion and Mai. After a quick glance one could tell they were all the same person. With a quick movement, the two who had landed next to Ion and Mai scooped them up and moved off, the one with Mai in his hands preforming a genjutsu release on her as they moved off.
The third, stood stock still in front of Kasa in a ready stance.
"Rio..." Kasa said under his breath as the grip of his weapon loosened a bit. "I had really not expected to see you here. I have to say I'm rather sad about it. I didn't want you to see me until...well, not for awhile anyway."
"Kasa! I want some answers dammit!" Rio said as his fist clenched so hard his nails almost split his skin. "They said you're part of the Bakufu, a A-rank criminal! What the hell happened to you?!"
Instead of answering Kasa simply bounded forward, trying to get past Rio. With a flash Rio sent a hail of kuani and shurkins at Kasa, who deflected them with his sword, but left himself open to the taijutsu attack Rio performed, using his 'Kaasage Tsuume' to crack Kasa right in the chin with his heel.
Almost immediately Rio knew he needed cover. The clone of Kasa had turned to a metal substance, distorted from Rio's kick. Rio had barely finished his set of hand seals before the enormous explosion shook the cave and shards the metal clone were sent flying in every direction ripping through rock and air and any flesh that it might hit.
When the dust cleared a shell of earth stood, covering the area in front of Rio, shard of metal covering it as if it were a pincushion. Rio stood from behind his shield, relieved that he had been able to protect himself from Kasa's exploding steel clone in time.
He had little time to think it over, as the real Kasa as soon a more pressing matter, fall from above and slamming a fist into Rio, only to have him turn to dirt and crumble. From Kasa's side Rio burst from the ground and began to press Kasa with a furious taijutsu assault.
Back and forth they went every block seemed to cause the ground under them to crack a little, every blow that missed and hit a rock shattered the stone as rock dust plumed into the air. neither of them had time to form a hand seal before the other struck back. These two were strong, but just who was stronger would be proven in time....
As the battle between Rio and Kasa continue, the two tushi bunshin Rio's sat Ion and Mai down, Main now freed of Kasa's painful genjutsu. "Are you two alright?" As one of the Rios.

And with that he turned around and dashed towards Sakurai.

Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji Dragon Sneeze Ifuuki waved her hand in dissmissal. "The boy is of no consequence as long as the item is obtained. Go, do what you must. I will attend to this boy." She strode up to Sakurai nad grinned wickedly. "So, tell me. Do you intend to kill me now?" Sakurai managed to stutter for a couple of seconds before getting up onto his feet. "Ion, Ion, Ion, Ion!!! HELP ME!!!" Then, A massive flux of latent chakra flowed throughout Sakurai's meager body. "Shut up." Mokuhakai said to Sakurai as he emerged. He then faced Ifuuki, staring dead into her eyes. "Yes. I won't fail this time. You'll never destroy me, Ifuuki- sama." He said without excluding a dersive snort. "Destroy you?" Ifuuki laughed, "And why would I do that? Once I have you back under my full control I'll make sure you end the lives of your precious little friends yourself." She lapsed into hand seals, something oddly long for Ifuuki. Mokuhakai stopped the small talk. He didn't know Ifuuki knew any complicated jutsu, due to her chakra capacity. He decided he would not let her complete her technique by launching a Moku Bunshin at her. After completing designated handseals, another Mokuhakai burst from the original Mokuhakai's front and as he glided down into the earth, his hand materialized into a bark, which extended in a slight curve, eventually spliting into 4 part, each aiming for Ifuuki's vitals. The bark bit viciously into Ifuuki's body tearing grusome holes in her chest and abdomen. Blood slopped messily on the ground. The wounds lay open, they did not regenerate as normal. Ifuuki's evil grin was only intensified by the lifeblood flowing out of her mouth. "I've designed a special new jutsu just for you my darling, one that will rid us both of that insessive little brat Sakurai and leaving my own precious Mokuhakai. I was wrong to give you a personality, a mistake I intend to rectify now." Her hand began to glow with a sickly green palor as she preformed seals faster and faster. "Hmm." Mokuhakai was sure he was incontrol of the situation. When it came to seal knowledge, Ifuuki defeated him by far, but to seal speed, Mokuhakai was unmatched. The original Mokuhakai clamped his hands together, the bark that impaled Ifuuki connected straight into the ground, immobilized. Unseen by anyone, action underground ensued. The impaling branches merged with existing roots, intensifying Mokuhakai's destructive powers by a 10 fold. "This will be your end."

Dragon Sneeze Silly Genji "Damn. You can't fool anything of Kabuku blood, can you?" Yuna sardonically laughed. "Fine. If it's a battle you want. You'll have it." He glared up at her with piercing Kaigokougan eyes. Rui dropped down to the dusty floor and flicked a cigarette butt at Yuna. "I have been DYIN to roast somebody this whole mission. I can't wait to dust your ashes offa my sleeve." Her right hand burst into flame giving her face a very wicked light. Yuna concentrated his chakra to his feet, flickered an inch of the ground, right behind Rui aiming an airborne spin kick straight into her temple. A tremor threw the true aim of his kick, though. (THANKS RIO AND KASA. THANKS ALOT)

I will attend to this boy." She strode up to Sakurai nad grinned wickedly. "So, tell me. Do you intend to kill me now?" Sakurai managed to stutter for a couple of seconds before getting up onto his feet. "Ion, Ion, Ion, Ion!!! HELP ME!!!" Then, A massive flux of latent chakra flowed throughout Sakurai's meager body. "Shut up." Mokuhakai said to Sakurai as he emerged. He then faced Ifuuki, staring dead into her eyes. "Yes. I won't fail this time. You'll never destroy me, Ifuuki- sama." He said without excluding a dersive snort. "Destroy you?" Ifuuki laughed, "And why would I do that? Once I have you back under my full control I'll make sure you end the lives of your precious little friends yourself." She lapsed into hand seals, something oddly long for Ifuuki. Mokuhakai stopped the small talk. He didn't know Ifuuki knew any complicated jutsu, due to her chakra capacity. He decided he would not let her complete her technique by launching a Moku Bunshin at her. He wanted to...but he just didn't Because he thought that Sakurai needed him. But when he finaly reached him he saw something he did not expect. An impaled Ifuuki. Impaled by wood. "Sakurai, you did it!" He yelled out but as those words erupted from his mouth he realised that this wasnt Sakurai. There was something..aggressive about him.

(THANKS RIO AND KASA. THANKS ALOT)Rui sent a torrent of flame at Yuna but was unable to stop the kick. The impact didn't seem to bother her though, just rile her up more.
