"Professor Lelaus?" murmured Ubel, eyes widening slightly, before he smiled and moved to pack up his things, drying his quill and tucking it all away in his bag before getting to his feet and looking for anyone he would like to walk with. He needed a bit of company, he felt, after such a somewhat... dire final statement from the Professora. Lior shivered and rubbed at his arms through the sleeves of his robes, not liking the goosebumps he got. His things were gathered and he gave Ubel a grin again, silently thanking him for his future note borrowing, before heading towards the door, eager to get to the next class. He knew what Lelaus taught, and he was very excited.

Danna slowly packed her belongings, thoughtful and conteplative about all that she'd just learned. She'd taken Lelaus' Class before in private Tutoring, but she decided she'd attend the class again, for a lightening breath of fresh air. She could think of no better balm for a heavy heart than Professor Lelaus. She turned to Astaroth with a soft smile. "Would you care to visit Professor Lelaus again, or do you have other plans?" Cyphr had also already taken Professor Lelaus' class, but there was nothing on earth that could stop him from going back for more - not even the Outsider General himself!
Since Cyphr's tutoring session he'd had a lot of time to think, and a lot of time to mull over all the possibilities. and he'd decided what he wanted. Now was as good a time as any to ask Professor Lelaus how to go about doing the training and exam to own a specific kind of monster.
"Let's Go, Daggat!! Time for monsters!" Cyphr hollared excitedly, jumping up onto his chair in an effort to encourage his classmate to move faster.

Arwen was more than happy to gather her belongings and head to the next class, hoping it would be somewhat more interesting than History. She had no idea what Animal Care could possibly be, but if it was anything like Botany... The lithe girl started to have her first hint of reservation, drawing her jaw into a tight line. She was a little annoyed with herself for her trepidation, especially not knowing exactly what it was she was getting into.
The girl started to walk in the direction of the class--
--and was nearly knocked over by Eve, who was practically galloping down the hall. The girl whirled around, candy tangerine eyes wide and fixated on the porcelain girl she had nearly mowed down, extending her hands to grasp the smaller Empyrean. The Sanguine bit her lip, her mind working too fast to find the words, only managing to ask with the gravest concern, "Late?"
The Melancholy stared at the larger girl with wide crimson eyes, giving only the barest shake of her head as she was all but woman-handled.
Eve squealed in delight, hugging Arwen as though she had just told her she'd won the favor of the Metatrons, giving a little bit of a jump before darting off down in the direction of the class. Her light creme mane billowed behind her, footfalls fast but mostly quiet as the mocha-skinned girl turned a corner and disappeared.
Arwen was the picture of perfect bewilderment, blinking as the other charged with gusto. Eyes were wide and unblinking, mouth skewed in a line of uncertainty. Brushing her garnet laquered hair as if to make sure she was still in one piece, her lips gave the barest twist of a bemused smile before making her own peaceful way down the hall.

Biwa had hung back a little, but upon entering the hall with the rest of the class, she saw a familiar blur of color run up to - Arwen? yes - and then run off again. She found herself hurrying a little, passing Arwen (and waving shyly) before following Eve. She hadn't seen the girl since that afternoon by the willow tree, and she was oddly excited to see her again.

Fenna scrawled one last note before she got up from her seat. The Outsiders would prefer everyone starved to death together...?
She also noted the professor's words with interest before she rose. Companions? Next class was.... Animal Care?

Aysel quietly gathered her things, biting her lip. Such heavy subject matter...it made her shiver, a bit. Staying back a bit to hopefully scan her classmates for a familiar face to walk with, Aysel hugged her things to her chest. After a few moments, however, she joined the general mass of students headed to Animal Care, as it wouldn't do at all to be late.

Blayk cast a bit of a wary glance around as history was called to an end. There was so much to think about... And yet here they were, off on their way to have more information crammed into their heads. She just didn't know if she had any room left! Spotting Cyphr, the Choleric gave an enthusiastic wave and called out a 'hello!' as she plodded out of the classroom and followed to others to where Animal Care would take place. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad... She hoped so, anyway. Cash trailed behind Lior at length, looking around much as Blayk was, hoping to see the young Phlegm girl he had met with briefly in the Gardens- Yalitza, had been her name. Very shy and soft spoken, somewhat like him... He wondered if Lior knew her. He didn't see her, so he figured Lior- who seemed to know everyone- would be his best bet. "Hey, Li? Do you know a girl by the name of Yalitza? I told her she could hang out with us next class, but I don't see her..."

Abacus' brow furrowed at the Professor's final words. To him, the future looked... Bleak. Blurry. Out-of-focus. His glove hand covered his small camera, clutching it as if it were a talisman powerful enough to ward off the uncertainty. There wasn't much he could do now, though, with the next class around the corner. As the other students began to pack their things, Abacus followed suit, right after writing a reminder to see the professor later.
The plegmatic lingered for a moment more, studying the history teacher. Wasn't she... worried? She might know more than what she went over, he decided, lifting up his camera and quickly adjusting it to take a quick picture of her before hurrying out the door.
There was an advantage to being one of the last outside of the classroom: he had no idea where to go next. He followed the group of students, looking down at his camera carefully. "Agh, only two left?" He winced, letting his camera drop back into its usual position. Should he use up the two pictures and slide in a new roll of film before class, or do it during? He hoped that, if he didn't find anything interesting to take a picture of before class, this Professor Lelaus or his companions wouldn't mind.

The doors to Lelaus' classroom were wide open, and standing akimbo in the centre of the room was none other than Professor Lelaus himself, stripped to just his breaches, a thick collar about his neck which trailed a heavy chain to the floor where it seemed to vanish into the tile.
As the students began to enter the room he watched them all with quick movements of his eyes and twitching of his whiskers but did not smile or nod, or extend a greeting. Perhaps he was waiting for all to arrive first, before addressing the student body.

Astaroth looked up as everyone rose and started to bustle. He'd been rather absorbed in Tamerind's tale of the past despite the rather factual approach she'd taken. "Professor Lelaus?" He paused thoughtfully, then nodded, "So long as he doesn't...." he trailed off as they arrived at the professor's room. "Ahm..." That was unexpected. Looking around for traps, Astaroth stayed close to the door and reached for Danna's wrist, intent on keeping her away from whatever was standing in the center of the room. Distrusting everything nearby, he opted for a clear space just beside the door. "Don't go closer, Danna..." There was a heavy tone of warning in the words and experience had already taught the melancholy to expect the unexpected from the crafty Lelaus.
... besides, he rather enjoyed his fingers and toes and imagined Danna liked hers as well.
Daggart was easily ushered out and tromped alongside Cyphr, glad to be out of boring leacture class and on to something more appealing. "Monsters? Really?" He grinned hugely and walked with a bounce in his step, "We gonna get to fight any?" He wandered through the door then, and spotted Lelaus, immediately becoming concerned. "Professor? Why's ya got a collar on...?" Boldy, the choleric moved forward and pointed at the thick thing, well within arm's reach.

Ubel spotted Aysel and smiled warmly, trotting over to the girl as they made their way to Lelaus's classroom. "Hey there... it's been a while," he said softly, touching her arm to get her attention. "Are you excited about the next class?" He looked on ahead to where the doors to the classroom were, noting the looks of confusion on students faces and wondering just what was going on. As they came to the doors, he paused and stared, blinking owlishly in complete befuddlement. "Professor Lelaus? Just what is this...?" he asked, standing just to the side of the classroom door. Lior looked to his side in surprise to see Cashimer and smiled brilliantly. "Yalizta...? The name sounds really familiar... but I don't think I've ever met her personally. How about we keep an eye out for her, you point her out, and we'll hang out with her during class, okay?" he offered, grinning happily and gathering up the last of his things. He nudged Cashimer to get him to follow him towards Lelaus's room.

"Yeah, alright," the Phelgm said, stumbling a bit as he was nudged. "I'm goin', I'm goin'." With a grin, he wrapped his hand around Lior's and moved into the classroom, arching his eyebrows high onto his forehead when he saw the state that the professor was in. "Ah... Do you know anything about this?" he whispered to the Sanguine beside him. He wished that he didn't always feel so... lost. Still, he was sure things were to become clear soon enough... or so he hoped. Blayk watched as another Choleric- Daggart, was his name, she'd heard Cyphr mention at one point or another, she was sure- stepped up front and asked point-blank what the hells was going on, though maybe not in so many words. Given the... oddness of some of their teachers thus far, the female Empyrean had to admire the other's guts. Hopefully with such a straight forward question, they'd get an equally straight forward answer.

Danna gladly kept near to Astaroth. She wasn't afraid, per say, but she recalled the sort of tricks Lelaus had a tendancy to play and didn't want to get too close to one. She wasn't particularily short, so she leaned back against the wall peering over curious heads. She didn't feel like taking notes, considering she'd already gotten credit for this class, but she couldn't deny she felt as curious as everyone else. She leaned her head towards Astaroth's and whispered, "What do you think this is all about then?" Cyphr caugfht sight of Blayk as they moved along the hall and reached out to tug at her elbow. "Oi! Blaykey! You ready for a whole lotta funs?" Cyphr squealed delightedly.
But when they got into the room and he caught sight of Lelaus standing in nothing but his pants he stopped stock still, a few students bumping into him due to his sudden unwarned stop in the doorway. But as Daggart moved forward, Cyphr kept step and sniffed at the Lelaus in collar before him. The Professor peered down at him a little suspiciously and cyphr scowled. "You's not Lelaus!" Cyphr prodded the naked arm that surely looked like Lelaus' and peered around the room. "Lelaus, where are you??" Lelaus was one of his favourite teachers, and no one was gonna pull the mimicry wool over Cyphr's eyes.

The half-naked Lelaus snarled down at Cyphr, pulling his arm away from the student's touch. "Nuureth jdar..." He grumbled warningly, in a deep baritone as far from Lelaus' sweet tenor as possible. Then the man cast a warning look at Daggart too, just in case he felt like being brave and touching him as well.
But a joyous clapping issued from the back of the room and a fully-clothed Lelaus emerged from a side door, grinning from ear to ear. "Well done, well done..." He strode into the room grinning broadly and addressed them all with a friendly air. "I, as you might have guessed, am Lelaus. And welcome to Lelaus' Animal Care class. Here you'll learn the complex and thrilling skills of finding, catching, training and battling with Familiars. Welcome!"

When the restrained Lelaus spoke out, Astaroth huffed and crossed his arms, leaning towards her in turn, "That." The answer was clear enough as the creature, whatever it was, spoke in a voice so unlike Lelaus' is was laughable and in a tongue he'd never heard before.
Not at all amused by the antics of the Animal Care Professor, the melancholy shifted and stood tall, back straight, head held high. "Another of his games." He didn't sound particularly enthused by the prospect of always second-guessing what was supposed to be an authority figure.
However, he didn't make a move to leave - he wanted to know what sort of things could do what that chained and collared 'animal' could. Lelaus' topics were interesting even if Astaroth didn't approve of his methods of teaching.
Daggart in the meantime, blinked and tilted his head, parroting what he'd heard "Neweth jaydar.....? What's that?" Not at all intimidated by the warning look, Lelaus was a professor after all, he moved to poke him as well. When Cyphr exclaimed his findings, the choleric frowned and followed his friend's gaze.
"You're the professor?" He looked confused, "Then who's this?" There was light of curiosity in the kinethetic's eyes. This was was cool! Some sort of shape changer maybe? ... the list of things they'd learn immediately caught his attention and looked on with rapt attention.
