When Mom came to pick them up from the baby sitter, the little boy was pleased to see her. He didn't mind being away from his parental guardian, but he knew it also was easier on Keriga when Kirella was close by. His arm slid around his sibling hugging him when the other reached out. His head bobbed in agreement that he'd had a good time, but was very glad to see her.
Aodh had for the most part never believed he'd have a family of his own. He wasn't really a full grimm, or a geist and had worried no one would want him. However, on one fateful day that changed. In the blink of an eye, he'd been taken into the loving arms of a kind grimm who went by the name Kirella, or simply as he liked to call her now; Mom. Even coming into a family that had two crystals on the way, Aodh didn't mind the idea of having siblings to protect.
Enough time had passed that the tiny stones had become, infants, and now had personalities and were in school like himself. They could run and play with him. While he was not much older than them, he felt a certain amount of responsibility towards Keri and Alexander. He was fiercely protective over them. Then there was his second-like mother figure, Aeon whom he too adored. Although the two woman weren't exactly a couple, he still found comfort in knowing his life was the most complete it had ever been. Wandering around the festival grounds, the youngster came across a vendor and what looked like delicious chocolate brownies with sprinkles on them. His eyes lit up, a cool smile pulling at his lips. "Can I get some to take home and share?" He inquired, with a wide little confident smile on his face. Everything was so much fun, this was just icing on the cake.
His tail wagged as he walked along side Kire after he'd gotten his treat. He planned to give his siblings each some later. He reached in the bag, fishing out a brownie as he walked. He peered at his other sibling, Keriga before offering him a brownie from his bag. A small grin lined the boys face. Next he moved to his mother, gently tugging at the grimm's hand. "Mom, should we go find Alexander and Mother?" He inquired curiously with a tilt of his head. Just like that Aodh was already moving forward as if to do exactly that for them, nose sniffing at the air.
Morginn sniffed at the air, trying to see if any scents caught his interest. The odor of fried meat was strongest. It didn't particularly bother him, but like most of his race he was vegetarian. Most of the booths seemed to specialize in a certain kind of dish, some sort of meat cooked with vegetables, but nothing purely veg. He didn't want to make Raleka have to wait while he tried to find something he liked, and was about to suggest she pick something and he would just wait, when one booth in particular caught his eye.
Their sign said they sold turnovers, with surprises hidden inside. Morginn wiggled closer to get a closer look at the menu board propped up on the stall counter. As he read it he felt a bit more excited. They apparently sold both savory and sweet turnovers, and had quite a selection. Most were in the savory category, and several were vegetarian friendly! In addition, one of the bakers was apparently skilled in charms and had charmed little trinkets so that they could be cooked inside the turnover with no damage to the food or trinket. Morginn found the concept very intriguing, and had to bound over, bringing Raleka with him.
"I'd like a vegetable medley please," he requested, setting down some coins to pay. He got his turnover and began to eagerly and carefully bite into it. It was very tasty! It didn't take too long before he found the hidden prize, a bright teal ring. It came out remarkably clean; their charmer must have been quite good!
Amon peered around him curiously, as the shy bakeneko moved past a few people trying to avoid being accidentally squished or worse. The feline had heard about the festival going on, but had been to shy to actually go down and take a look. Finally after having a good pep talk with his favorite stuffed mouse Mitus, he summoned up the courage to go at least see what he could find. However once the small boy actually got there...he quickly realized he'd made a mistake in coming alone.
Tomorrow he'd bring Mitus for good luck and courage instead of leaving him back at school.
There was just so much going on! His split tail fur ruffled on end as he turned tail and booked it back to the academy. He'd have to try again later...there were so many yummy smells and cute stuffed animals. For now he curled up with his mouse and yanked the covers over his head once he was safely back at his bed.
Pan felt something tug at her left leg. She mused and paused her strumming for a bit to see a coatl slithering around, trying to use her leg as a tree. She smiled and petted it's head before going back to playing.

Leddi found a nice place to sit and just watch the crowd around her. She was starting to get tired and knew she'd have to try to make it back to the apartment soon, but she wanted to enjoy what time she had left.

Odessa looked so confused, and it only seemed to make Lazarus even more embarrassed. Could he find the words to say what he felt for his dear Odette? His beautiful swam of the lake? It was now or never for him in this moment, and he had to tell her how he had been feeling! How else would she understand? He just had to be as sincere as he could with her. He quickly hid his blushing face behind his hands the best he could, trying to hold in a nervous squeal. Hopefully now she would understand and she tell him how she felt in return.
Kyleigh bought herself a pretty purple bracelet and slid it onto her wrist. She really liked the jewelry, but wasn't one to wear any much. She might have to change that, though.

Sid grinned as he won yet another plushie. "Aw yeah," he said and laughed, tucking a little fluffbug plush into his pocket.
Ryker laughed as Matty stole an extra chocolate from Ryker's bag. The grimm didn't mind; he liked chocolate well enough but really the attraction was watching Matty's face light up when he gave him some. He was really enjoying spending time with the smaller man, and was beginning to not want to be around anyone else during his free time. "Nah, I'll always love making a fool out of myself for your watching pleasure," he laughed. "Just curious what you wanted to do next." And the next thing he knew, he was being dragged into a photo booth and... Oh. There was a goblin on his lap. He could learn to like this. Allumin raced through the crowd chasing his new familiar. His thief of a familiar! He hadn't played or paid for that plushie! In hindsight he probably should have left money on the counter before he ran off after the purple thief. Allumin stopped and looked around when he realized he'd lost sight of Baron. Maybe Bandit would have been a better name for the little thief. There was a movement and flash of purple behind what looked suspiciously like one of those tents where you got someone to tell you who your perfect love match was. Stepping around the tent, Allumin's face fell when he saw Baron sitting with another of the bug plushies at his feet. "Where did you find that?" He demanded as he picked the two plushes off the ground. Oh he hoped he hadn't stolen it from some poor kid!
With the embarrassing bracelet hidden in his shirt, Lachlan resumed his wandering around the fair. He was starting to feel more anxious. Which made him regret his decision to even wander out here. Lachlan was considering slithering back to his dorm room to hide, when something soft brushed up against his tail. He turned about and blinked at the Coatl that peered up at him. A smile finally touched his lips and Lachlan reached out to pet the familiars head. The coatl took the petting as a invitation, and in a matter of seconds Lachlan had the serpent draped over his shoulders and nuzzling his cheek affectionately.
Amili picked up a rat plushie and cuddled it close. It was just too cute! He would now have a home next to the fluffbug she received.

"En garde!" she shouted out!.. attracting the attention of a good few stand-byers who raised their brows at the scene she was making. After finding the adorable little locket, Dodger found himself looking for other cute little trinkets. He wasn't exactly sure why he was even looking, but there was just a want to. There was a table that was hosting a variety of adorable little things. They brought a smile to his face as he picked through the bracelets.
