Kenneth stared at Lily for a moment before replying "Let's see your detention will be Tuesday night at 9:10 p.m. in the Trophy Room. Once you both arrive you will learn what I have planned for you to do."

Kenneth got up from his desk and walked over to Rose and said "Calm down Rose I don't need you shouting at the other students." He put his hand on her shoulder and pulled her off to the side and said for only her to hear. "Look I'm sorry about the mannequins, I didn't know that they freaked you out like that. I'll transfigure one into something else if that would help."

"That quite alright Rose, I know what its like to explode like that." Kenneth told Rose as he walked over to one of the mannequins. He pointed his wand at the mannequin and transformed the Death Eater into a wooden suit of armor. "Is that better for you Rose?"

 ((Jeez! You guys post fast in this thread. I was barely gone 6 hours.))
Giving Professor Reynolds a nod in thanks for the answer, Amelia turned to focus on the room. If she'd actually practiced the spell she would have figured it out, but thankfully the teacher didn't seem to notice that. She stepped back, as she normally did when other people defended themselves, fading into the background as the chaos ensued. She was a little surprised at Antoinette's stupidity. If she'd wanted to be evil, then whatever, evil existed in the world. But to admit it when surrounded by her 'enemies?' She decided then and there that Antoinette wouldn't be overly difficult to deal with. She was probably surprised more than anyone when Lily used the Furnunculus spell, though it was more from ignorance than true awe. She'd never known that spell could exist, but it seemed an awesome spell to use when needed.
Seeing the professor change the mannequin, she called out suggesting to Rose, "If not, then you can probably use the desk," her gaze flicked to Professor Reynolds, "The spell the true Salem witches used to save themselves--Fire Freezing I think? It should work on a desk right?" Logically it would, but Amelia was starting to doubt logic.

Ghaleon just looked around shocked at how much shouting was already going on in the class. D.A.D.A. always seemed to bring something out in people it would appear. His own concentration had been shaken a bit by it all. But it feeling he'd spent more than enough time practicing the pronunciation of the spell, he shook his head and aimed his wand at the mannequin "Lacarnum Inflamarae!" He spoke, feeling the fire shoot through his wand at the dummy in front of him.
By no means was the fire anything spectacular, but he'd at least been able to cast it. Forgetting for a few seconds that he needed to put it out however... "Aguamenti" He said as soon as he remembered. Feeling a tad foolish for not putting it out faster..

Kenneth let out a chuckle when Amelia suggested that Rose try to set my desk on fire. "Ha Ha I don't think so Amelia. I have a few items in that desk that are quite important to me. And try the fire freezing spell would protect the desk, I'd still rather you practice on a object that doesn't hold any value to anyone."
[[ Normally this thread gets sorta slow once a majority of people have done the assignment. However when I post a new one, the thread launch's off like a rocket. ]]

Neomi Wroth... Neomi saw the new assignment and grabbed an empty mannequin. She got ready then cast "Lacarnum Inflamarae!" The mannequin didn't catch completely on fire but a small fire popped up. She put it out. "That kinda stunk."

Sparrow watched all the commotion going on while she was preparing for her assignment. She grinned as points were taken from Slytherin and frowned when Lily gained a detention. At least she didn't get any points taken away, Sparrow thought. She was hoping to keep the lead for the rest of the school year and maybe strengthen that lead by winning quidditch. Sparrow got out her wand and walked over to the mannequins. In her first year, she had been terrified of the mannequins because she was still troubled by her family's troubles, but no longer. She was reminded of these when she saw Rose. Sparrow then walked up to a mannequin and concentrated. She didn't want to be distracted Sparrow yelled, "Reducto!" at the mannequin and when the spell hit the mannequin crumbled into a couple different pieces. She was happy with this effect for her first try and wanted to keep going till she disintegrated the mannequin.
