You know, the only reason I didn't like Pokabu's final form was because of it's typing, but looking at it now....GANON???

Lord of Armageddon You know, the only reason I didn't like Pokabu's final form was because of it's typing, but looking at it now....GANON??? It reminds me too much of a fusion between Rhyperior and Magmortar.

Gah, I can't decide on which of the Rock types will be my flagship Pokemon.
Gigaiasu looks more badass, has an above average HP, excellent defense to tank, and a beautiful attack score, but suffers the usual Rock issues of being slow.
Aakeosu is less cool looking, and with it's average HP and crap defenses, can't take a hit, but has an enormous attack stat, a powerful Sp.Attack, and unlike most Rocks, great speed.
Edit: I just noticed. Aakeosu is basically a slower but stronger Aerodactyl.

I gotta figure out TWO teams, because I WILL get both Black and White.
Damn...
Well, Tsujara I'll definitely choose for Black. White I'll use Mijumaru.

While Rock types usually have excellent defenses and good resistances, they're actually really bad for being solid walls because of the weakness to Fighting and Ground, two of the 3 strongest attack types. (3rd being Ice). Don't get me wrong; they're unbreakable to any physical attack they aren't weak to. It's just... they're weak to the best Physical attacks.
That's why, despite being awesome stat-wise, Rhyperior can't really survive in an OU metagame. Rock/Ground gives a great offense, but it just can't defend itself with two 4x weaknesses against such common types.

Seems it may be harder than I thought to get gijinkas of the new Mons. Too many are bitching about how 'creepy' they look. They're no more different then the previous gens.
They may be griping now, but eventually they're just going to suck it up and get used to them, just like with the previous gen before it.

Which pokemon did you want that they thought were creepy?

Which pokemon did you want that they thought were creepy? Feh, they were just speaking out in general. And they didn't even see all of them yet.
But I did manage to get a nice picture of Lena dressed up as Gochiruzeru last month.

Yeah, I decided to just troll within several forums and be all like "Let's celebrate with the traditional generational BITCHING!!! YAY!"
Honestly, I like the vast majority of the new 'mons.

Guys, I think Shibishirasu and it's evolved forms might be based on the lamprey.
