You need to add chakra points.
Your custom weakness isnt really a weakness... its more so just something your ninja does, please think of a new third custom weakness for your RPC.

This will be my third RPC (I know, I know) and will be my last RPC ( if it doesn't die. sweatdrop ) and i only read how to gain chakra points but didn't really read the whole thing. Do i start out with no points or 100 points?
