"They're coming here?" Elrothiel called after her, "But where is he?" It was already too late. The woman had almost disappeared from view. She swore swiftly and broke into a run back to the healer. She handed the woman the water without speaking, thinking furiously.

Ranu swore, hearing the voice overhead. The Uruk's behind him begun to slow, "OI, IDIOTS!" He roared to keep them watching him, guessing his companion would crash land again. "Keep with me now, ladys!" he called back, running faster as the now rather annoyed Uruk's persued him.

Spinning, Ranu cursed as he saw Amara begin fighting. lowering his sword to be behind him as he ran, he sprinted back at the now spining Uruk's, before leaping sideways, and smashing into the side of one, his sword whipping around to kill it with a spun slice. Pulling his sword back, Ranu looked around for Amara, then ran towards her, fighting his way through the Uruk's.

Elrothiel felt torn. Van was close to death and she didn't want to leave him, but Ranu was in danger as well and she didn't even know where he was. She cursed silently and tried to stand still, not wanting to distract the healer. If she waited until Van was well again, Ranu might very well be dead. But what could she do about it? She collapsed at the base of a tree. How was she supposed to make this sort of decision? If they hadn't all separated in the first place, she wouldn't have to. Too late to think about that now. She scolded herself, That won't help you decide.

Jade said the words quickly, and soon she could feel the magic working on him. Jade tried to stand up, but her knees started to wobble, so she sat back down for a second and used her staff to lift herself up. She looked at the elf woman was was on the ground, obviously disturbed by something. 'He is alright,' Jade offered, 'He will be able to walk and run lightly when he wakes up, which should be in an hour. He should have full mobillity and strength after a couple of days, but his throat will have to heal on its own, so it will be a little longer before he can yell or even talk at normal volume.'

"Hey," She panted, seriously injured an enormus orc. "Thought you might -stab- Need a hand or two." She glanced around. "I warned a girl who -doge- seemed to know you. She never told me her name but -kill- she sounded like she wanted to help." Amara then took a hard blow to the head with the flat of an Uruk blade and her eye sight started blurring. She still fought on though, trying to keep cool, though her blood lust was strong.

Elrothiel frowned as she thought about it. "I'm not entirely sure. We were all travelling together for a while before deciding to go our separate ways. I decided to go to Gondor and then earlier I suddenly found Van again, looking badly mauled. I think it was wolves. He was barely standing and I did as much as I could but my magic in healing is limited."

She paused, "Then while I was getting water I encountered a woman who said she was looking for help for a man called Ranu, who is in serious danger." She sighed. "He was another of my companions and I can't help thinking that perhaps someone is targeting us, though I don't know why. There are just too many coincidences. But she didn't say where he was and I can't go to search for him without abandoning Van. I fear that by the time I get there it will be too late."

"Go? No way...-swing and miss- I don't like missing action. I'm a ranger, this is what I do!" She killed off the Uruk who she missed.
