"Then you have to learn how to block them out" Tiasha said sternly "or find a way to make it so that the emotions don't distract you. You told me that you are better with healing magic, so a strong sheild is crucial if you are trying to heal someone and your under attack at the same time" she returned the eye-to-eye look.

Tiasha thought for a moment "It might be a bit too early, but do you want to try creating a magic sheild" she asked Anne.

Anno looked up at the sun, which was high in the sky and smiled at Tiasha. I don't see why not.

Tiasha nodded "Ok, but be warned it will be much harder" she said "Now what you want to do is clear your mind of absolutely everything" she instructed "And think of an element, any element and form it into a wall in front of you, between us. You need concentrate even more this time" she said.

Elements, elements... Anno muttered, clearing her mind. She decided to use water, always a helpful element. Closing her eyes, Ann pictures the water flowing from the ground, twisting and curling into a solid wall in front of her.

Ah, I see she is trying to use the water shield Tiasha thought A tough one to create yes, but not imposible "Remember also, you have to trust yourself, your sheild is only as strong as you and your will is" she said.

Annoushka opened her eyes, watching the shield in front of her waver and roll, as if it where still in a lake. I think I'm ready. She whispers.

Already she doubts herself Tiasha thought as she approached the water wall, she put a hand up to it but her and pushed right through the water. She retractd her hand and made Anne's water wall disappear then placed her hand at her side "You have to have more confidence in yourself, if you don't your shield will never stay up for more than one measly attack" she said "Now try it again and this time with confidence."

Annoushka decided to try a earth shield this time. Closing her eyes, she envisioned the earth forming a solid block in front of her, then thinning out to cover more space. She thickened it, saw it becoming hard as rick, and then felt for sure that Tiasha wouldn't destroy it this time. She nodded, and waited.

"I wont even test it" Tiasha said shaking her head "Rock is the most basic shield to create, and I can tell you right now, it is weak" she said "You should try and to create a wall with an element that is more of a chalenge, because if you get that mastered your rock barrier will be even easier" she took a deap breath "If you master the sheild technique, and practice it always you will beable to create a shield with out even thinking. Try creating the water shield again, this time don't think about anything but what you are doing and don't tell me when your ready, I will know atumatically."

((I'mma nerd. I just read my pro for Anno, and she can control water/ice, haha.))
She let the rock wall fall away and crumble. With a swoop of her hands, water leaked from the ground and began to dance between the two girls. Forming it into a ball, she spread her hands out in front of her, and the water thinned, much like the rock had before. Pushing it outwards, she held it, confident that it would last, unlike the one prior.

Tiasha's eyes widdened a little, she was impressed "Now that is some fine magic" she said nodding in approval and gave a small smile "now, shall we see what kind of stamina you need to keep it" she asked.
