Kalore nodded some, “Then we’ll see just how far you can go. If you have to stop then I want you to tell me, alright?” He didn’t think that the other wouldn’t make it obvious, seeing as it was easy to tell if someone couldn’t keep up or not, but still… this was Monty That alone meant that it was going to be difficult to make him listen. Sighing softly, he soon got up and began to go over to the other so that he could gently kiss his cheek. “We’ll get ready,” Which just meant more awake seeing as neither of them exactly had a huge choice of clothes to pick from, “And then leave. Alright?”

Growling, the demon brought Kalore close a hand possessive on his lower back. "No, go eat something and then we can go. Eat something that will tie you over until dinner." Meaning the demon was wanting to go the distance and push hard at this trip even though he was still slightly healing. "Now get dressed so we can eat and then leave."

Sighing softly, the man nodded as he moved to be able to get something to eat, kissing Monty again. “Fine.. but you need to eat something too.” Kalore wouldn’t be able to eat too much, something that he hadn’t noticed about his eating until recently, but he did know how to get back to normal. Did he want to? Not really… but then again, Kalore hadn’t seen just how thin he had become and he hadn’t yet been bothered about it. However, the strawberries that were now in front of him probably weren’t going to tie him over until dinner… “What do you want to eat?”

Nodding, the demon stretched his back and yawned a bit before finding his discarded clothes and started to put them on. "Whatever is there, I'll eat." Meaning he could handle not eating for a while but Kalore? The demon had noted the change in his body while he was kissing him all over during the long hours of the night and it disturbed him. "Go eat elf."

“I am eating…” Grumbling, he ate the strawberries but he also forced himself to eat some of the bread and even some of the meat that was there. It hadn’t been much but he did eat some of it; not that he liked it, but oh well. Sighing some, he shook his head before getting the other to sit down. “I want you to eat something as well, alright?” He smiled just a small bit at the other, standing up to kiss Monty’s cheek. “If I have to eat, then so do you…” Kalore had put on his pants already, fine without the shirt for now, but it was somewhere around here… Actually, he probably needed to go out and find that.

The demon grudgingly nodded and started to eat the other half of what was left of food and watched the elf, taking in his glorious abeit thin form. "When we get to your house, leave me there and go fetch some groceries. I need you to get back to your normal body weight." Meaning the demon was concerned, always have been even though he was in serious denial about it, and wanted the elf healthy again. Finishing up, he cleaned his mouth and tied up his hair in a loose, messy bun. "Your shirt is under the bed."

Blinking some, Kalore watched the other for a moment as he thought about that. “Am I really that far from my normal weight?” He hadn’t really looked at a mirror or anything like that now that he had felt like such horrible crap. But if Monty was actually worried for him then he knew that he had to be thinking about something like that… Shame. A small laugh came from the other, however, when he was told just where it was that his shirt was. “I knew it was around here somewhere…” Laughing again, he went to get it, finished in getting dressed as his hair was put up in a loose ponytail, his eyes going to Monty. “Well… Ready?”

The demon nodded at Kalore's question, being honest with him rather than some who would say otherwise. Looking around the bare cottage he had founded to house himself when he needed to be away, he was sort of glad to be gone from here. At least that was the smart voice in him said. Mentally shaking himself he looked up at the elf with a nod. "Yes. I'm ready." With that, Monty walked to the door and out to start leading the way out of his area to more places that had civilization until they can get on the right path to Dark Haven that might, hopefully, cut them time and energy.

The elf sighed some, shaking his head before he began to follow the other. It would take a while to get to where he knew things and could really get them home, but civilization? They really weren't too far from it. There was a town about half an hour's walk from where they were as he moved to stand beside the man. For a while the man didn't speak, though Kalore knew that they would talk eventually... he wasn't able to stay quiet for long. However, for now at least, he just looked up into the sky with just the smallest of smiles. It took almost ten minutes for him to speak. "How did you choose this place to stay? It's... beautiful."

Silently, Monty was counting how long it would have taken for Kalore to speak since they started out quiet. Then almost ten minutes came to pass that Kalore started to speak. At this point the demon was either going to walk in silence and be a jerk or just make this trip pass by quickly before his leg started to hurt again by talking. Picking up his pace a bit, he looked around them. "I picked it a few years ago. The three of us had a plan in case something went wrong. This was my place of choice since I am on good behavior."

Looking around the place, Kalore nodded with a small smile on his features, “It’s a peaceful place, really pretty.” He continued to look around, sighing softly. “I don’t think that I… I could actually choose a place to go for the thing that you’re talking about. What exactly were you going to do after this?” he looked over at Monty, frowning just a bit. He remembered asking this before, but he hadn’t gotten an answer; Kalore was sure that the demon actually didn’t know what it was that he was going to do. It was a bit cute, but he wasn’t going to tell him that. They did just start talking, after all. That comment could come later.

Nodding some, he demon continued to walk as he pondered that question. Honestly he didn't really know and didn't mind telling Kalore that. "I don't know. All I know was that if something happened that was just too much for all of us that I would come here through my own means first. Then Gambler and then Kyoshi. But Kyoshi has found a purpose therefore he won't leave his place at anytime."

Hearing that they hadn’t really completely planned it, Kalore sighed, shaking his head. “Next time you’re going to die… make sure you know what you’re going to do next.” He kissed the man’s cheek, a small smile on his features. “Might make it easier to hide from elves that way…” but Kalore hoped that they didn’t have to ever go through something like this again. Yes, they were dealing with some hard things and they weren’t going to get much easier for a while, but that didn’t mean that they were going to give into all of it again. No, that was something that he definitely didn’t think he would allow. But something that Monty said… “Wait… Does this mean that the blow up of the car… it really was staged?”

Monty rolled his eyes. As if it was easy to hide from elves in the first place. The demon remembered them trying to find Kyoshi after all his problems with Dusk blew up in everyone's face, which earned Kalore a pointed look from him with that in mind. Yet, as much as the demon was about to say something sarcastic the next comment made him pause with a tilt of his head to the side. "What car being blown up was staged?" That got his full attention.

Freezing, Kalore frowned. “I told you about Gambler… didn’t I?” he was sure that he had, but then again he didn’t know everything that he had said in the times when the two had been yelling. However, Kalore watched Monty for a moment, shaking his head. “Um… When’s the last time you heard anything from Gambler? Do you guys talk to one another when you do this whole killing yourselves things or letting yourselves die or whatever this is?” He was trying to be nice and calm about this, diplomatic, but Kalore didn’t know what else to call I t and he still couldn’t believe that the three had planned this. Well… not this specifically but… alright, he did understand it but he didn’t like it at all.
