Layna blinked at what Jaden said, and settled on the ground, her ears perked forward. Jaden smelled misery? Her eyes narrowed slightly, growling. What was Jaden doing Was he... going to fight Daiguren? Her grey eyes widened in surprise.

Jasie's brow rose in interest to what Jaden said-- but talk was cheep, action was always more effective anyways. And oh, how she loved action and violence. Yet as her eager eyes zoned in on Jaden, they casually took notice to Layna-- and with a wary sigh. Jasie wondered how she was taking everything in now.

Razu entered the graveyard and froze. His instincts told him to flee but instead he crept up to Layna,"Layna. Come with me. Let our Alpha take care of the demon." He knew that Jaden wasn't right in his mind at the moment and he feared that something bad was going to happen. He shifted Gabe in his arms.

Layna raised her head to stare at Razu. Why did he follow her? Ugh.... She didn't want them hurt as well. She wanted to stay and rip and tear... Her grey eyes narrowed and she placed her head once again on her paws, staring out wards. She was about to be stubborn, and dig in her paws.

Razu looked at Layna his eyes begging her,"Come on Layna. We can't deal with him! Let us go away. I don't want you to get hurt. I bet Gabe doesn't either. Something may happen and you may get hurt..."

Layna slowly changed human once more, her eyes narrowed to slits. "I won't leave..." She said with a soft growl, her clawed hands digging into the soil. Her body was rigid, expecting a fight, and wanting bloodshed. "He hurt me....I want him to pay!" She whispered harshly, gazing now at her son. "I don't want him to have to live in fear of the one who murdered his father..."

Veroen silently entered the area, his silvery white cloak, now turning a blackened ash color, as he stood in the shadows, silently observing the events that now lay before him. He did not take his eyes off of Jaden, but every once and a while, glanced at Daiguren,. Here in front of him where the two beings he wished to kill the most, or at least, he used to want to kill the most. His memories still flushing through his mind, his eyes slowly beginning to turn a dark blacked color, like bottomless pits. His head began to pound, and he gritted his teeth at the pain of the memories flushing back into his mind. he silently stood there, leaning up against a tree, some 50 yards away from everyone else, his Void squad hiding even further back, out of sight, and unnoticed, waiting for Veroens next command. His face was unseen under the hood of his cloak, but there he stood, arms crossed, blackened eyes, waiting for a time to make his move.

Jasie had an odd feeling of shadows and darkness roam over and about her skin. As if another Void master was near, with intent to kill. Even though her senses were never wrong, her neck tensed up and she began to rub it thoroughly-- not that she should be worried. But she did in fact have a trying day, yet she couldn't help but wondered who was hunting who.

Veroen continued to watch the scene before him. It appeared that Jaden was going to pick a fight with Daiguren. He silently smiled at the corner of his mouth, restraining him self from charging in and beheading Daiguren with his sword. His memories were slowly beginning to take control of his mind, the darkness of their horror starting to consume him. His cloak, which was made out of a special material, turned black once in the shadow, and a silvery white color when in the light of the moon, or the sun. He had many years of training as a Death Dealer, and was very prepared and skilled when it came to battling Lycans. He also had the squad of Void Vampire Ninjas that Alasdair had assigned to him, to also back him up if needed. The odds were somewhat on his side, if he made the precise moves at the correct times. He silently expanded his attention to everyone else around him, noticing a total of 3 Demons, 1 Hunter, 1 Vampire, 4 Lycans, including himself, the only Vampire loyal to the coven in the area. He nodded his head, still smiling in the corner of his mouth, deciding how he would handle the situation. He looked over at Razu, who still held Gabriel in his arms. Veroens smile of hatred faded as he looked at the child. He then closed his eyes after looking at the child for a moment. he did not want any harm to come to the boy, or his mother. He silently began to eavesdrop on Razu's and Laynas conversation. He heard Razu say that the three of them, Layan, Razu and Gabrielle, should leave the area. Veroen thought about this in his mind for a few seconds, and decided to make his presence known. His face now serious, he silently disappeared into the shadow, and reappeared out of a puff of darkened shadow, next to a garbage can, about 7 feet away from Layna, and Razu. He silently walked up, uncrossing his arms, and made himself heard to them both, agreeing with Razu's statement.
"I think that would be the best thing right now, Layna. Either Jaden, or I, will take care of Daiguren..." Veroen silently said to her, slightly emphasizing Jadens name as he spoke it with a little anger. He calmed himself quickly, wondering what her reply would be. she had a choice to make.

Layna once again froze. Her clawed hands balled up. Everyone was telling her what to do once again. She put her hands to her head, suppressing an angry growl. "I'm not leaving..." She stated firmly. It took all she had not to cry out in anger and pain, and sadness. Everyone wanted to fight the person she wanted to kill with her bare hands. Why was this? Why was her chance being taken away? She didn't understand this. The civil part of her brain was on lockdown. It showed in he pale eyes. She was all Lycan.
((Ah, I hate your aunt, Veroen!))

An almost perfect replica of Sibyl arrived at the scene in the graveyard. The only differences between her sister and her were the fact that her hair was black and curled, her eyes bore golden eye shadow and black eye liner as well as her eyes were a royal purple as opposed to a light lavender as Sibyl's were. This woman was also possessed a more serene and calming presence than Sibyl, more controlled but at the same time she was more hostile. Though she was struggling to act as New Yorkers were to act, she never showed any difficulty in controlling herself and she carried herself well.
As Olathe entered the graveyard she realized that she'd made a bit of a mistake, having not been paying attention to her surroundings. Every being in this graveyard was, well, not human and she was going to have to battle her instinct to act normally yet again. She sighed but noticed that there happened to be four lycans there, one of which was a pup. Instantly, Olathe began to ache for her own children that she had left behind in order to come check up on her little sister.
Seeing as she could sense that the mother of the young one was having a difficult time, she decided to see if she could offer assistance to her. However, she also kept note of where everyone was and who were her enemies and who weren't. The one tall, lean lycan that was scarred all over instantly hit her as dark and dangerous. Perhaps not him, himself but she definitely knew power when she was within the vicinity of it and he had it. Something evil was in him and somewhere within him he had the capability of throwing away all remorse and causing utter destruction. This wasn't comforting and she knew she'd have to watch that one.
Olathe came up to Layna, almost a replica of her younger sister though there were the differences between them. She was a bit taller than her sister amongst other things. "I can sense you are in distress, young one." She spoke to Layna, her voice very gentle and low-key. "You've suffered recent loss and are seeking vengeance for the one you lost. May I ask you a question? Are you planning to let go of the one you lost by completing your vengeance? If so, you will find you are just as lonely afterward." She was clearly wise and speaking from a degree of experience.
The sadness struck her as she recollected her own mate perishing before her very eyes. She'd been helpless, unable to assist him, having been reduced to nothing herself. All the blood, the fur, the pain, it was almost too much to handle. She'd tried to bury such memories long ago but they always managed to be pulled to the fore-front of her mind every now and then. It wasn't something that she could particularly help but she'd gone after her mate's killer, her children's father's killer and she'd slain the beast right then and there in her weakened and weary state. Her enemy had not thought her capable of it, had turned his back on her and had ended his own life with his own stupid assumptions.
Afterwards, she just returned to her mate and laid there with him. He held on for as long as he could, the entire night and at dawn, that was when he had died in her arms. She'd wept and wept, she hadn't known what else to do and in her grief she almost ended up dying there, refusing to leave her mate behind but too weak to carry him all the way back to her pack. The only thing she'd had strength to do was weep for her lost love that she would never see again.

Layna stared up at the female, her eyes widening. Was it Sibyl...but no...the smell was wrong. Somebody else then... She did not speak, for she had nothing to say. Her whole mind felt very small, very weak. She didn't want to think anymore, she just wanted to fight, to hurt... She shook, having a hard time control the urge to change, and destroy that which she had every right to. All her pain was caused by one person, and she wanted to return it a hundred fold.

Kashkin snapped back to reality, his head falling to his left. It hit something soft. A shoulder? Maybe. Who said his name? Ah, Jean. It made sense now. She was worried. Worried? For him?.... No one usually worried about him...
"Hey.... Jean.... I'm fine..... but.... there's so much... evil around here, ya know? I can only take so much... I have to get outa here, or I'm going to break my promise."
Kashkin looked from left to right, his ears listening. Voices were humming and hissing about. People were getting ready to be at eachother's throats, and Kashkin just wasn't in the mood for any of it. Everywhere he went, there were tons of people. He was sick of it all. His guns were burning on his belt, itching to be used. They were almost screaming out to him to just shred everything in the area to pieces or die trying. But he couldn't. Not yet. Not until his life missions were complete.
"Jean.... I....."
Kashkin sighed, shuffling his feet. He leaned over, kissing Jean's shoulder.
"I owe you for saving my life. I owe you big time, and I won't forget it. But... I gotta move somewhere else. There's too many people here. I just can't deal with crowds right now.... If there's any way I could ever repay you, just let me know. You're.... someone I worry about."
With that, Kashkin got up, moving quietly to the edge of the graveyard, his hand running along the black bars that lined it. So many dead souls floating in the place. So much pain and sadness. It was becomming suffocating. And the fact he let someone know he worries about them? Speaking his feelings was tough. He normally had to hide them all, focusing only on rage, battle, blood, and tactics.
Kashkin stopped at the entrance, looking back upon all the newcomers. He then finally looked at Jean, right in the eyes. He smiled, weakly, but with all the happiness he could muster, probably for the rest of the night.
He began walking.

Olathe didn't smile but the fact that Layna had almost mistaken her for her younger sibling had taken her mind off of her grief for a slight moment. She allowed that simple gesture to pull herself up and get a grip on reality and the things that mattered. She knew that if her mate had been here that he wouldn't want her to be moping about like this and even though he wasn't here, she knew that he was watching over her. She had a spirit guide now, and it was him and that spirit gave her strength. "You'll have to ease your pain in your own manner," she said to Layna as if she hadn't been grieving moments before, her voice very controlled, "but remember that your mate would want you to be happy and move on with life. And if for no one else, be strong and be happy for your young one. You don't want him to be sad because you are."
