Strangely enough, in an effort to have my avatar wear all the stuff he possibly can I simultaneously feel like a Jar Jar doppleganger and the image I get if try to conjure up some realistic way for Link to haul all the crap he carries through the course of a Zelda game.
I hate it, which probably means the avatar arena will love it >.>
Edit: And now I've switched back to vintage Soloist, the avatar I aimed for when s**t was all expensive and gold didn't rain from the sky for doing things like sending PMs. He looks kinda goofy now but Lykus worked real hard to be a lucky event getting b*****d round the clock to score the items I needed so I like him a lot.

I need to write an intro post.
Buuuuut, tonight is supposed to be the best night for seeing the meteor shower, so I'm going with a certain special someone.
Well, really it's the only night we can go together because after tonight, we won't be able to do anything together until mid-january... Stupid families.

I would like to comment that, for some reason, 50 gold was taken from me when I joined. >___>
Not that this is a big deal at all, since it's just 50 gold, but in case you happen to get a flurry of applications to the guild, you may want to warn them that they will, in fact, be losing 50 gold.

Pff. It's 50 gold! I don't think anyone will even notice, seeing as you get that from your first post every day. (Plus, it's not like we have a ton of applicants, that I know of, unless we get like 129038019238 spam applicants a day or something.)

Apologies to Landa and CVirus because the Wii really is the most amazing console launch since basically....the SNES. It's resparked my passion for gaming in a way nothing has for a decade now and it's simple, lovable, and enjoyable. Everything games should be.
You don't even need Zelda (which isn't to say that it isn't a fantastic game, quite to the contrary Twilight Princess is incredible) it's possible to play Wii Sports for hours and have a blast (Just avoid playing Wii Baseball for too long, there's a reason pro pitchers have a pitch count) I intend to search quite vigorously for a Wii once it is an option financially because with this new gaming love I've also found a new dedication in my efforts to be a game designer, something I thought had been dead after three weeks in college.
I would apologize for the fanboyism because I really am not partisan to Nintendo products, I'm partisan to good products and the Wii delivers more than I hoped at every level.

I mean, right now, it's almost a one-on-one, which is a perfectly valid RP format, but the RP isn't designed for just two people.

I might make one or two more characters. If I'll do, they'll probably be aligned with the Empire and/or the Resistance, since I've already got a guy in the Technocracy.
