Pirogoeth rolled her eyes a little. "Half the people in my world wish Largo dead, so, again, it wouldn't be that big of a change. After all, the two of us have defeated many people... Including the whiney "n00bs", as Largo calls them, that like to try and follow us around. You'd be surprised as to what kind of a grudge one can hold when they've been punted into a pit of man eating plants...."

Jack blinked. Geeze, had he really been that touchy? "I-I just meant that I never had any powers of my own! That I still don't!" he replied, defensively. "Any magic you see me do now is either because of my connection with Nina or because of the Warlord Sword!" he explained. "An', c'mon, you know we've never much liked the idea of changing our bodies so dramatically like with gene splicing..."

Pirogoeth looked him straight in the eyes with the usual stoic lok on her face and stated "They don't" in a flat, serious tone. "People die all the time in my world, but then they come back to life. I told you earlier that Largo had wasted a life to save me, and that is simply what I meant. He was on his last life, so I sacrificed one of my so he could be revived. People die often in our world. It is just a matter of making sure you have one of these." She reached into her bag that was still on her back and pulled out one of the heart-shaped orbs.

Sanji took the 'heart point' And examined it "This? Seems like a heart shapped orb. He said confused. "Oi I bet if Nami got ahold of this she'd sell it for a high price." He thought for a second and sparked up "OH! It's made with the Yomi Yomi devil fruit right!?" He asked seeming to get it. "AH but this would only work once, I bet these are rare and expensive huh?" He said looking back at her.

Pirogoeth tilted her head slightly, showing little interest. "A what fruit? No. Tis not made of fruit. And, actually, they can be some what easy to find... if your willing to risk your life to get them. I had 10 before I came to this world, but... They work on their own. See, if I were to be stabbed in the heart, then one of the orbs would disappear and I would simply get up as though nothing happened. Of course, I'm missing three now..."

Sanji smiled at the question "In our world there are hundreds of mysterious and elusive devil fruit, each one of them have special powers, like Luffy ate the Gomu Gomu, or Rubber Rubber fruit which gave him the powers of a rubber man, but they are hammers in the water and become paralized and drown. The YOmi Yomi or Life life fruit gives the user another life if they die, but if you eat more than one devil fruit you'll explode." He explained. "Well it would be beyond useful if we had such items in our world, mabey we can collect them and sellf them for profit, at least that's what Nami would say." He said with a laugh.

Pirogoeth shook her head. "I highly doubt that that would work. It is complex as to how these work. In fact, it was not until I got to this world that i knew of their purpose since I had not needed to know my limit before."

Oomizu pouted and looked down, her bottom lip trembling slightly as she pocketed the coin.

"She's just trying to help you, you don't have to go off on her! Now it's time to face facts, kid; you don't, nor will you ever have magic of your own! You can still get some from outside sources, but your only 'power' is your brain, so start using it!" Really, he probably shouldn't have blown up like that, but he'd hurt Oomizu's feelings. He really couldn't just let that go.

"B-b-but...I didn't do anything..." Little Jack said low-voiced. "And here I thought I could trust myself..." he added after a pause trying to hide his feelings about this. "Fine!" he exclaimed then crossing his arms in front of his chest. "Then I guess I'll have to go and look for the one who can teach me something then!" he said angrily turning his back to Oomizu and his elder self going away from them.
