*Thanatos stands and keeps a cautious eye on 9, in case she was more injured than she appeared* I believe the child is safe. The other man in green fled with him...

As David was carried off, not able to get his necklace to 9, he held it tightly with both hands as Con and him fled into the forest.

Second Life <[ Quickly falling toward Scarf Boy, he begins to accelerate the molecules around him and mainly behind him, propelling him forward. His wings only add to the speed, also giving speed without the need of concentration. He extends the polearm, which is twice as long as Scarf Boy's magic-shooting-gun-cheaphack-sword if not more. ]>
Xol uses the momentum from the strands of air to swing under the support beam and onto the other side just as Life is flying by. With a quick series of slashes, waves of potent anti-matter are sent hurtling at his back. "Pathetic...this is all the BC can muster?" He laughed as Zero's blade came into contact with the back of his neck.
Xol hissed and jumped onto another support beam, black mist billowing out of the wound on his neck and frantically trying to heal it. The wound on his chest and side had almost completely healed by now.
"Well...sorry to leave so suddenly, but more important things have come up and Focht really accomplished what I came here to do anyway. Kudos to him...I shall thank him personally later. Farewell..." He said with a grin as his body exploded into a plume of black mist and slowly dissolved.
(( Have to go for now, I'll try and be back on in an hour or so. ))
