Monty nodded slightly, not knowing that Kalore had more abilities than he let on. Than again that was what he would expect since he does the samething in letting others thing he's not capable of too much despite being the son of the devil and prince of hell. "Now that you know the truth, leave and keep it to yourself. Your only interfering where your not needed."

A shake of the head and the medicine was put back in Monty’s reach. “I can’t leave you now after two weeks of wasted time. Not like I’ve got anything better to do, anyway.” Muttering the last words, he shook his head again before he watched the man carefully. “Once you can walk without being in pain… then I’ll leave. If you want to stay hidden here, fine, I won’t tell anyone, but I’m not leaving you quite yet.” He should, actually. He should leave the man and find someone to destroy the hut with Monty still limping inside of it. But Kalore wasn’t going to do that. As angry, as livid, as the elf was, there was still that bit of care that had led him there in the first place. He couldn’t lose it all now.

A growl rumbled from Monty's chest and slapped the medicine away from him, snarling. "GET OUT!" The demon didn't want him here to see him like this and didn't want to talk about the circumstances and how hurt Kalore must be in. All of this was to try and get Kalore to find someone else and be happy for once without a demon around him but no, it seemed to have backfired in his face. "GET THE F*CK OUT!"

Wincing at the sound, Kalore was frozen as his ears were ringing and pain wracked through him. A breath was taken in as Monty finally stopped yelling and the elf was glaring, his leg rounding back before he had his foot connecting with the demon’s jaw. Nearly hissing at the other, the remainder of the liquid was thrown against the wall as Kalore had the other pinned against the bed, uncaring of how hurt the demon was. “Listen to me, you b*****d. You might be fine with leaving someone but I can’t do that, nor am I going to. You wanna die? Fine, then die. But wait until you can at least walk to your death with some form of damn dignity than staying here like some recluse.” His eyes were sharp, the green almost like acid with the anger coming from him. It had been a while since the elf had felt this much anger at once… even with his smaller frame, that didn’t make him any weaker.

Monty's head snapped back, the sound of cracking bone loud in the now silent cottage as the demon was knocked back and pinned down the demon's vision was getting even more blurry and star visioned with that kick to his jaw. Regardless the demon bared his teeth, his spurts of energy leaving him as he just laid there, helpless and weak. "Are you inviting me to die like a normal person elf? How touching. In case you didn't know there is no more fighting left. I did die back in Sin's compound. I only wanted to have some sort of peace before I left this plane of existance. But your too damned honorable to think that this is what I want." It was what he felt he deserved. "Get off me and get out."

Nails digging into the other’s shoulders, he bared his own teeth at the man, growling low, “Hell no. I’m not letting you die and if you don’t like it then you can kick my a** when you can actually move.” Keeping on top of the other, he realized just how much smaller he was from the other. It was… strange, really, to be like this with someone who he was still caring towards; but that care was meeting only anger at the moment. Shaking his head again, he felt his nails nearly breaking skin through the other’s shirt but that still didn’t stop him or make him get off.
“Stupid demon…” Muttering insults under his breath, Kalore felt something wet run down his cheek, but he wouldn’t take it as it was. Crying? For this man? Never… he wouldn’t do so again but the anger and sorrow were beginning to meld together, though his eyes refused to show the pain that he felt with Monty’s choice. Pity… he didn’t want pity and he wouldn’t give Monty any pity at all. He’d give him his anger, his rage, but damn it all, he would make sure that the son of a b***h lived so that he could beat him senseless without feeling sorry about it.

Monty reached up to touch Kalore's cheek lightly, his eyes not making out his features as finally, his exhaustion was catching up to him from the constant abuse he put his own body through. "Your efforts will go to waste. Just go. Go home and know that I don't exist." Slowly the demon's hand went down Kalore's face, losing his strength to leave it there as it dropped on his chest. Closing his eyes, Monty knocked out cold.

The elf flinched when he felt the soft touch on his cheek, for just a moment feeling his anger ebb away before the words were said and he closed his eyes. As Monty passed out, the man took in a breath, whispering, “You b*****d… I f*cking hate you…” Standing up, Kalore had the intention of finally listening to the demon and just going, but he knew that the moment he touched the bow that he’d be brought right back there. Now that he knew that the demon was alive… He shook his head, sighing some before searching his pockets, nodding a bit once he found what he needed and soon went out the cottage, coming back within an hour.
Fruit was in his hand as he walked to the counter, beginning to make something for them both to eat. He had tucked in Monty, had made the place more presentable, and had calmed down more than he had before. That hadn’t stopped the anger still going through him but that wouldn’t leave for a while… for a very long time. With warmth back in the cottage, it was already feeling better but Kalore didn’t stop moving until the sun was down and he had to find something to use as a candle. Cursing softly, he finally found something to use, lighting it before just sitting on the floor, sighing again. “damn it all…”

Monty was out cold while Kalore went out to search for fruit, tucked him in and tidying up the cottage to make it a warm place to be in. Yet as much as it was a warm cottage now, he was starting to feel cold. It must be that fever that had ebbed but finally came for him. Monty wrapped his arms around himself and started to shiver, his teeth chattering as his normal body temperature started to go down from hot and warm to cold. No doubt it was the author trying to punish this demon for his arrogance and uncaring self.

Kalore ignored the other’s shivering until he heard his teeth together. Glancing over, he sighed before he looked around in search for another blanket or anything, really, that would allow him to be helped somehow. But… there wasn’t any. Cursing again, he kicked off his shoes, moving so that he was under the blanket with the demon, his arms slowly wrapping around him, glowering. “Stupid demon… you’re not dying because of some stupid fever.” He kept him close, his arms wrapped around his side as he didn’t want the other to be freaked out if he woke up if Kalore was in front or worse, behind him. With how strange the demon was acting, who knew what he’d do?

The shivers lessened but that didn't stop the demon from still feeling cold, even with Kalore wrapping his warm arms around him. The cold brought him momentarily out of his unconscienousness long enough to hear what Kalore had to say causing him to move away as best as he could from Kalore. "Ge-Get off me." He rumbled, Monty not wanting to be touched or closed in.

His arms tightened around the man as he didn’t bother to open his eyes. “You’re shivering. You don’t have any other blankets and I told you I wasn’t going to let you die.” But the hold did lesson some, though he still didn’t move away. Monty needed body heat and that wasn’t something that he was going to get on his own until the sun rose; which wouldn’t happen for hours. Unless he ate something warm. “Monty, can you summon fire or anything? I can probably get a fire going but… that would be helpful, right?”

The demon growled but it was a broken sound therefore it didn't sound as threatening as it should. The demon closed his eyes tightly and started to curl on to himself and still felt Kalor close to him. "C-Could you just leave me alone here? I can't su-summon anything li-like this." Especially when his body was cold. Just think of the damage he could do to himself. "Just le-let me be alone. You can stay in the o-other room."

Sighing softly, Kalore glanced over at the other, shaking his head. “I don’t want to stay this close to you when we’re like this… fighting… but you’re freezing, Monty.” He sighed again, shaking his head some before moving to gently stroke his hair, doing so without really thinking about it. Kalore wasn’t too sure about what it was that he was going to do with Monty, though. The man wanted to help him but at the same time… there was just too much going on. “How can I get you warm again, Monty?” Whispering the words, he cursed himself for actually feeling like he cared. He didn’t want to care but… but he did.

Monty flinched away from Kalore and curled up as best as he could with his one good leg while the other....Well it wasn't doing so great. "Just....Just leave me alone. I won't die if you will just leave me alone." He groaned, a heavy shiver racking his body. At least it was starting to numb the pain in his broken leg.
