"Thanks Xeke." Finishing up and then looking to the blue ball. "You should of seen us when we first came back on board, we were a mess," before a little giggle, "And fighting about who got treated first...I got something Laerethe shoved down my throat and I still feel really odd from it." Blinking one before shaking her head lightly as if to clear it. As far as she was concerned, there was no one around but her that could take care of Kaz though, what with his little problem, but she was happy to do it. "Though I dare say that I was horribly reminded how un-armored and un-bladed of a dragon that I am." Which was weird admittedly...didn't find too many 'smooth' dragons these days...the term of course for dragons without more armor like plates to thier hides as well as spurs, blades, and the like. She had only teeth, talons, and horns.

"Perhaps. But until then, we won't mention it." A look over to Jae and nodding to agree with her. "It was challenging and painful too indeed. I still want to know what she gave you though. At least the side effects are tolerable." Heightened sense, who didn't want them? But she was right about the armor aspect, though of course no one would ever know why seeing as she was orphaned... "Which is why that was so dangerous of you, to just jump out there like that." He was interested in the way the Seons were acting, however. According to the books, they were supposed to share some deeper bond beyond scholarly comprehension. Xeke and Areesa didn't seem to be getting along too well though.
Childish... A cough/scoff on his part, still hovering in place seemingly unruffled by her retort. "You're also supposed to be serving your master, and yet you just betrayed her trust didn't you?" But attention back to the dragons. "You two are both so stubborn but let me guess, Jae won out in the end. Just remember though, females don't look as nice when they're all bulked up with armor. Maybe you should invent some new weapons to make up for it."

She scoffed and shook her head. "See how much you know Mr. Dummy? I didn't betray my mistress. I did what I was told to do." She fluttered for a moment but then drifted down and sat just a few feet above the floor. Her glow had dimmed considerably at Xeke's censure.

"It didn't taste too great though." Making a face at that. "I'm sure she would give you a hint of something that she gave me, seeing ss you would indeed like to know what she's giving those under you." Not a fun thing to say, ick. Though one of those duly chastised looks as he brought it up again. "I know, I just wanted to help and well, I was up early." Before rolling her eyes and raising her hands, curling her fingers in claw like fashion to Xeke and giving a little play growl to it. "Gr, dragon remember? Not good for weighing down with things. In my neutral form maybe, but another dragon would eat me before I got anywhere like that." Blinking in slight realization...ew, some of them were cannibals. But a look back to the little apparently upset yellow seon. "Can you tell us what you were supposed to do?"

"The Laerethe act in mysterious ways... I'm sure what she gave you was tailored to your needs and injuries at the time." Though a brief confused look and then giving her a shake of his head. "Not those under me, just you. I'm not Commander today, no uniform." He let the subject drop, however, not wanting to stray down that path again and upset her. Looking down for a moment, he extended a hand and scooped up the ball of yellow light in concern. "A little much, Xeke?"
A little chuckling noise at Jae's show. "With any luck, we won't run into any more. Though I dare say the captain likes taking the scenic routes with the most excitement possible..." He noticed Areesa's obvious dimming in light but said nothing. Who knew what variety of 'emotions' Seons could actually feel? At Kaz's prompt though, it bobbed in place a few times. "Fine... Sorry."

"Let you know who I'm with and make you think." She shimmered briefly in Kaznec's hand and then made a sound that was suspiciously like a sniff. "You're really sorry? Okay." Thus she took to half bouncing around once again. "You're just not silly enough so you don't understand me. Besides, Xeke, I only call you butthead 'cause I like you but sometimes you are one. It could be worse but I'm not sure I want to think of how."

"I hope so...though I am getting itchy, should I be worried about that?" Tilting her head to the side, one hand resting on a horn and fiddling with it's tip. Though a blink and a surprised look that dissolved into a smile as he corrected her. Well, look at that, he did take to heart what she said. Or at least she liked to think so. "Right, just Kaznec...and definately no uniform, adn even less of your everyday clothes." Seeing as he was stripped from waist up. But her attention too turned back to the little yellow seon. "Aw, see Xeke, that wasn't so hard. And wonder yes you made us do." Though she did laugh a little more as it was back to the butthead thing. "I'd take that as a blessing and run with it Xeke."

"Make us think? Why?" Blinking down at the little Seon before his attention turned back to Jae, eyeing her with a frown of sorts. "Perhaps. It could be the potion acting up or maybe the water we used wasn't very clean... Where does it itch? I'll blow on it for you." Which is what his mother used to do for him and it was so soothing too. But he bit his lip and shook those thoughts from his head, looking down at himself. "As Kaznec as I can be. Does it bother you?"
If he said he was sorry, then he was sorry. Xeke did not do things out of spite, in fact most Seons didn't. "The logic in that argument defies itself but I guess being 'silly' is a culture all of its own." Lifting into the air, he swirled around Areesa once. "I think I'll take it as a blessing and a warning."

"She likes to keep you guessing, I s'pose. Maybe you should ask her why. I just do what I'm told." She flickered a few times and then bumped up against Xeke, causing their lights to combine for a moment. "There's the smart Xeke that I love to annoy. I was beginning to miss him."

"Where I lost scales, mostly." Which pointedlywould be across the top of one cheek and her shoulder in this form. "As long as nothing horrible is happening to me then I don't have to freak out. But it would be appreciated." Because everyone knew, scratching was not good for your skin at all. Though she did blink as a certain look crossed his features and it wasn't the first time since they woke...you wouldn't catch it if you weren't paying attention to him intensly as she was. But a smile to him as he almost inpsected his state of undress. "Nope, I enjoy the view and the company."

His eyes shifted between the two Seons for a moment. "It sounds like you two have known each other for a long time..." Xeke had never mentioned the other one and so this was curious to him. But then again, Xeke rarely said anything about other Seons, it was as if he didn't know any aside from himself and the one Kaz's father had. He was a bit thrown off by Jae's last comment but merely gave her a smile then a nod. "Alright. But if anything else feels worse, you tell me." Thus dipping his head to blow lightly across her shoulder, moving up her neck to her cheek after a while.
"They don't seem to understand how we function sometimes. Acting on orders and yet being able to think critically for ourselves." Speaking to the other ball of light as she moved up against him and brightened the green tinged glow. She had a funny way of phrasing things though and at Kaz's comment, Xeke merely pulsed in place. "You don't want to know..."

Areesa took that moment to bounce against Xeke again. "Told you they were going to snuggle and cuddle. He's got his hands and his lips on her!" She giggled once again and then just bobbed over and around Xeke, holding her excitement but just barely. "They're not like us so they're not s'posed to understand."

Hunter only rolled his eyes lightly, and sat up some. letting Gem work on changing bandages and looking at the food she was offering.
"Okay...what god awful medical soup did you put into this stuff that's going to make we want to cough it up after it gets down my throat?"

"Don't seons have a mental link to one another, all of them to all each other or something of that sorts? I think I read that." Hey look! She got a smile, still seemed that she was one of the few that could actually get a smile out of him. "Will do, anything beyond itching or worse so gets notice." Though she wasn't quite prepared as she thought she was. Okay...bad move on her part...because that felt good...very good, and probably not the way Kaz had intended it to feel good in this sense.
For a moment she sucked in a breath before already pink tinted from blood scales tinged moreso across her cheeks as Areesa went abotu announcing things...they may not be entirely accurate, but still. Hm...how did she get herself into these types of situations again? Oh yeah, dumb luck.
"Let up Hunt, I'm sure if the girl wants to poison you, she'd use rat poison and tell you beforehand." Smiling that creepy sweet smile to the captain as she did head wound bandages before turning her attention to Shyrae. "But honestly, am I going to have to hold him down?" Not that she doubted the ingredients in the soup, but she just loved to torture the man.

"I read that too and you probably read it in the book I lent you." It was a bit surreal to think that all Seons in the entire plane knew each other so well though. But he was sure that even Xeke needed a companion aside from himself, from time to time. Back to the task at hand though, cool air passing from his lips onto her skin though he paused when he heard that sharp intake of breath. His eyes flickered to the yellow Seon briefly, vaguely confused by its words because they weren't exactly true. But then back to Jae worriedly. "Are you okay? Did that hurt?"
Xeke felt like smacking his proverbial forehead, and Areesa's too at that. The first move would be for his frustration at Kaz's ignorance and the second would just be for her twisted statement of the obvious. Pulsing in a different frequency that served as a silent communication between the Seons, he hovered away from the dragons slightly. "Not exactly... Now look what you've done." He couldn't know for sure how Jae, or even Kaz, felt about such emotional subjects, but he had a hunch and was perceptive enough to notice embarrassment when he saw it.
