The man held in any signs of pain as he glared at Tori. "That was a pretty good." He hissed, rubbing one of the wounds. "Though now it's my turn." He closed his eyes, focousing it on the first gate of Hachimon, the Opening of the Eight Gates. "I suggest you all prepare to die.

"You can't do anything if you cant move!" Yuhi said as he hurried back over, performing hand seals on the way. The next instant he was blowing freezing cold air out of his mouth, trying to slow the enemies movements down. When he stopped, on of the guys legs was frozen, holding him to the ground. At least he can't run away now...unless he breaks free. "Anekio, now's your chance!"

Anekio nodded her head, quickly forming the hand signs for Ryūka no Jutsu, taking a deep breath, letting it out a Dragon shaped form of fire came out, burning the man to a crisp, as well as parts of the tent he was in. "Hn, sadly all I had to use was a move I used when I was genin." She shrugged, smirking triuphantly at the man. "We make a pretty good team, ne?"

"Yeah, we do." Tori said and winced at a sharp pain in her side. When did that b*****d cut me? she though when she noticed the bit of blood on her shirt. "Let's take what's left of him back to the village."
Yuhi nodded his agreement, then turned around suddenly and cursed. "Uh, guys? Those men we put to sleep earlier...aren't sleeping anymore." He pulled out his senbon as the ten or so men advanced towards them.

Anekio shouted a cursing spell under her breath as the other's moved closer. "I guess take what you can, guys." She nodded, pulling out her katana and jumping forward, engaging in battle between another. Slashing them with her katana, she gave one man a critical hit in the arm, nodding with satisfaction before moving to the next.

Yuhi killed three simultaneously with his senbon, then killed two more with his giant kunai. It wasn't until they were all dead that he realized that Tori had not attacked. "Tori-san, are you alright?"
Tori was kneeling on the ground holding her side. The wound was not bleeding very heavily so there was only one reason for her to be as weak as she was. "I'd like to say yes, but I think that b*****d poisoned me."

Anekio turned and stared at her. "s**t, how'd he manage that one?" She questioned. "I think I might've copied some Medical Jutsu somewhere along the way, but I've got to think about it. Hopefully this stuff doesn't work as fast as it seems." She mumbled the last part, closing her eyes in thought. "Wait...I remember my mother taught me one when I was younger, it should work quickly." She dropped down beside Tori, doing quick hand seals before pressing her hands against the cut, she let her chakra flow into it and nutralise the poison.

Ran's coughing had begun settling down, when a dragon-nose poked it's head into the cave she was hiding in. Her eyes flashing open, she watched as the dragon seemed to rejoyce at finding her, and then scurry over to her side. Shifting to try and get away from it, she noticed the note and narrowed her eyes. Taking it from the dragon, she scanned the contents of it and glanced wearily at the vial.
"I'd rather be dead then useful..." Ran mumbled, opening the vial and pouring it out into the dirt beside her. Taking the note, she then began furiously tearing it up. She was stuck where she was, not only by health, but the fact that Takeshi would know where she'd been hiding. Not like the dragon was any indication, or whatever. Coughing wearily, the Kaguya looked to the dragon. She wondered if there was any way to get away, without the little beast following her, as she had a feeling it would...
Unable to think of anything, she leaned her head back against the wall she was leaned up against and let out a frusterated sigh. "I can't do anything right." She mumbled.

Mai-lin didn't look away from the sky. "Go away, Kei. I don't want to talk to you...or anyone." She turned her head away from the sky but also away from him. "I can't believe I trusted her... I should have known better." She whispered.

"I don't know, I didn't even f-feel it." Tori said, then relaxed as the pain slowly went away as Anekio healed her. "Thank you. I'll go to the hospital when we get back, just to be safe."
The little dragon sniffed Ran for a couple of minuets before curling up on her lap. She made a little noise before shutting her eyes, though did not sleep.
"Are we not friends anymore?" Kei asked with a frown. "Friends are supposed to be able to talk with each other." he got to his feet and sighed. "If you want me to go fine. If you decide you want to talk, then come find me, you know where I live. I'll keep an eye on Himi too seems you decided to leave her behind." Kei then made his way back down the monument before she could give a reply. "C'mon, Himi. Mai-lin wants to be alone. How about you come train with me?" he started down the road towards the training area.

Ran shifted her head to observe the small dragon before she gave a mixture of a frown and a smirk as it curled up in her lap. "Pawns..." the Kaguya mumbled, now shutting her eyes as she leaned her head back, once more.

Anekio nodded, "He was a sneaky b*****d. I'll go use a net and we'll bring his body back. You know me when it comes to dead bodies." She shuddered at the last comment, standing up. "Then you can go to the hospital and I'll take his corpse to a higher leveled Medic-nin." She offered with a nod.

"Tori, I'll carry you back to Konoha. If there's still poison left in your system, we don't want it to spread." Yuhi picked her up so she was on his back before she could object. "Anekio, do you mind if we run ahead while you take care of our little barbecued friend?"
Tori just sighed as Yuhi picked her up. He wouldn't have listened to me had I said no.

Anekio tunred around, "No problem, we don't want anything happening. Just because that poison is staralised doesn't mean that cut won't get an infection." She waved, making sure they were gone before heading back to the tent to retrieve the body.
The man sat there, barely alive, wondering why Anekio hadn't just burned him enough to kill. He watched as she entered through his blurred vision.
"Look," She growled, clenching her fists. "I don't know who exactly you are, but you're going to tell me how you knew better than to look at me. Hardly anybody knows about my family's jutsu anymore." Grabbing a small, net type ninjutsu weapon, she threw it over the man and picked him up, thoroughly disgusted.
The man didn't bother to say anything, but opened his mouth and a smal snake tongue came out. That'll be enough proof for her how I knew. I'm the Powerful Orochimaru! I don't even see how I could've landed so easily in their jutsu techniques. He hissed to himself as Anekio started running to catch up with the other two.

((you know, if it was a really hot guy/girl with a tongue like that, people would like it xd ))
Yuhi stopped when he felt Tori shaking. Dammit, this can't be good. He jumped down from the tree he was in and lay her down on the ground resting against the tree. "Hey, you okay?" he didn't receive an answer as Tori was unconscious. She was also sweating and really pale. "What the hell kind of poison did that freak use?" he knelt down beside her and pulled out a cloth to start wiping the sweat off her face. I hope Anekio gets here. I don't have any experience with poison...
