Stacey hadnt thought about anything but the Carnival in a very long time. Thoughts of Randy and thoughts of David were far from her mind. Even thoughts of Edge had been burried to the darkest corners of her brain...and more importantly her heart. With a sigh she plunkered down on the couch and poured some of the water down her throat.

Seita looked up from his eyes being posistioned on the floor. He turned to see 'The wrestler previously known as Wolf' and smirked. He was still in that 'Introduce yourself to everyone' phase, so he turned around and tried to greet Stephens. "Hey! Hey!!"

Stacey was sort of jostled from her thoughts by what sounded like distant bickering. Strange...she hadnt seen anyone else in the arena yet. Shrugging she got up and went to the lounge door. After opening it and peeking out down the halls she could still only hear the voices. Theyboth sounded familiar so Stacey left the lounge and followed the trail of voices until she came across...damn.
David AND Seita were standing a mere few feet away from her. Stacey wondered if she could back away before being noticed and went to turn away...

Ortons mind as usual has been platying games with him he felt frustrated and angry at everything that had happened he kicked things and kept on walking hands on his pockets
HHH had his IC title on his shoulder and was breaking things with his weapont the sledgehammer

See, you may have seen me in such events as the Edge and Stacey break up or my first match where I made Cobra Tap Out!" Seita said, beaming. "And all I really wanted was to introduce myself to the janitor of the lockerroom. Cause you're probably going to end up cleaning a few of MY messes since Edge is not making them anymore."

David heard feet shuffling and saw stacey, staring at here with neutral emotion. He looked back at Seita. He chuckled some, "You think that i'm just going to absorb that, huh? Well, i want NOTHING to do with edge. I'm after gold now. and you see one little 10 time champion, will feel what its like to be a reciver of the Screwdriver. Now if you'll excuse me..." david left and walked up to stacey, not speaking, but looking at her, still neutral.

Stacey looked at David and then looked past David at Seita. For what seemed liek forever her eyes shifted between the two of them. Damn...she was caught now. Why hadnt her feet moved just a little quicker? Why hadnt her mind recognized them a little sooner? "I'm still not ready David.." Stacey said blankly with no emotion in her eyes. It was true..she wasnt ready. Again she focused cautiously on Seita who was walking away.

David blankly stared at her, he stood silent for a few seconds. "Stacey... i did not walk up to you to ask that. I came to you to ask you why you joined up with vulture and his other assholes." David didn't want to sound hostle, but he can't erase what he said.

Stacey shuffle dher feet and looked him square in the eye. She would not defend her choice because she did not htink it needed defending. "Beacause I wanted to. Vulture gave me an offer that was perfect for what I needed so I jumped at the opportunity."

Stacey couldnt help but laugh. She shook her head. "No, David I'm not afraid. With the Dark Carnival at my back I have no reason to be afraid."
