Elemental Magi have the official training areas of their temples.
Asian warriors (samurai) train at the Koukiyo.
European warriors (knights) train at the (insert name of Western capitol here)
As for the other classes... that's up for someone else to decide where they train. xd

I had the idea that maybe I would use Aasimar's bit of influence in the artistic feild to start a training center. This place would incorperate in the art of dance, song, musical instruments, painting, and various other things. Think of it as an all around entertainment industry. stare

I've always been a firm advocate of the 'apprentice system'.
An inexperienced person trains under an experienced one to get better at what they do. This is the whole principle of training centers, because it's simply a place where experienced people who are willing to teach gather. 3nodding
Warriors who are experienced would obviously be conscripted, payed, or whatever it took to draft them into service of the ruling class, thus, why there are knights and such... an army of trained soldiers, ready for battle when the call is made. 3nodding
Though with some professions, specifically the ones where it is necessary to travel a lot in order to get the job done, a single (or a few) apprenti might follow after a master or group of masters to train in their craft. 3nodding

I agree with the apprentice system.
This guild I was thinking of would be not so much a school, but a place for people of the arts to gather. Those seeking to learn of these arts could travel there and speak with a person willing to teach.
And thus they learn and the arts spread. 3nodding
