(*grins* Aww, finals are mean like that.... razz )
[deck -> galley] Lenore looked at the clanks, then at Eldon, then at the clanks again, as slowly an impish grin spread across her face. "I think we'll take our chances with finding the galley ourselves." Grabbing Eldon's hand, she scampered towards the doors before the clanks had time to respond. "Ta, anyway!" she called, waving with her free hand before pushing the door open.
The first level they came across felt... empty. "Might as well have a look around, in any case!" she called over her shoulder, laughing. A quick search of the rooms soon proved that neither the galley nor the crew were on this level. "Ah well, it would have been too easy for it to be the first room we went into. Perhaps it'll be the next one, right? And at least we found the medical room! Not, of course, that we should need to know where that is any time soon." Pausing for a second, she remembered the condition of the ship. "At least hopefully not... but surely the battles are far and few in between, right? And what else can happen on a ship but mere little accidents. Are you prone to accidents, Eldon Thur'Odith?" Without waiting for an answer, she grinned and hurried down the second staircase they had found, pulling him along again.
"She arrived at the next door half-winded, still chattering on. Upon finding that it was the room they were looking for, and that there were a lot more people there than she had expected to be, she laughed quietly and blushed. "Ah, my apologies, I didn't mean to just barge in on your meeting..." She grinned sheepishly, absentmindedly patting her hair and skirt back into order, whether or not they needed straightening.

((Oh man, I hear you, finals are a royal pain.))
Abigail raised a brow and turned her chair to face the doorway. A lady stood, flushed and obviously out of breath, holding a rather strange looking fellow's hand. They had to be passengers, Abigail couldn't imagine how many more positions remained open on the ship. A couple off on a whirlwind romantic trip perhaps?
In all honesty Abigail could think of no pertinent questions to ask Ms. Bruno so she turned fully towards the pair, being closest of the crew to the doorway, stood and smiled. Myles and the captain were obviously needed for this meeting and if the passengers required some sort of help, Abigail felt she could slip away without bringing the conversation with Ms. Bruno to a standstill.
"Nothing to worry about, miss. Anything particular you wanted? I'd be more than happy to help as I'm not so certain my presence here would do Mr. Million much good." She glanced over her shoulder for confirmation from the captain.

He raises an brow as well at the out of breath couple, shaking his head. He notices the doctor leaving the gallery and decides to join them hoping to find the bath and a bed to rest on, seeing how humanoid clanks and all that classical music has any thing to do with him at the moment. He softly whistles for his pet, who was starting to growl at the clank and leaves the gallery.

Daniel nods at Abigale.
"I did indeed address you as ma'am, but if you prefer 'miss' i can call you that if you prefer. Even if you ar only a few weeks old, your intelect is well beond that of mine. im a pilot, and i can do wonders with a ship, but i wouldnt know how to build one. You are welcome to stay aboard, a floating sactuary if you will, provided you dont try to iprison our crew or passengers. if someone did come after you, the crew (myself at the very lesast) will help, aside form nysth and his nasty temper. If you hadent noticed yet, im not a favorite with the crowds myself. being a borg and all."
Daniel spreads his wings a bit, "these and the rest of my body from the nec down is as mechanical as your clanks, tho a bit sturdier."

Penelope yawned quietly and retreated to the kitchen, still listening to Mr Daniel and Ms Bruno. She didn't see the two people that had appeared at the door. In fact, she didn't notice that Dr Tennant had stepped out, either. While the idea of Ms Bruno and Mr Myles being the same person, and that Mr Daniel was partially a robot, was interesting, all the seriousness in the room bored her.
In the kitchen, Penelope set about cleaning dishes and pans. She only half listened to the conversation going on in the galley.

Myles unsteadily chokes back a laugh and grins at Dan, seeming slightly inebriated. "You're telling her old news, hehe. I suspect she knows everything I do, and even if she didn't, right now she's looking at you with a golem's eye. That rock on the front there. It can see everything."
He drifts off a bit, seeming now to be speaking to nobody in particular. "That's how the clank can work without a behavior engine, yes... it doesn't need one, the eye tells it what to do..."
And then he sharpens up a bit and focuses on Sylvian. "Just what exactly are your goals? Existence is everyone's primary goal, what are you... you know... going to do..."

"i had guessed you knew about me, I may not be as intelligent but I'm no fool." Daniel says with a wry grin, raching behind him to pull out a chair and sit down, only to miss the chair and lose his balance. despite all his agility and martial arts training, he could not defeat gravity and un cerimoniously on his rear.
*Crash!*
"I'm ok!" Daniel calls from the floor, the teapot scurrying out from beneath a table wearing Daniels hat.

Lenore smiles. "Oh, nothing in particular, personally! Actually, Eldon wanted to speak to the captain about something, I think he said it was work-related. The clanks said he would be here, and they proved to be right. Well, obviously so, I guess, or we'd still be looking around the ship!" She giggled. "I went along for the fun of it. But thank you for the offer of help! Oh... how cute!"
Noticing the dog following who she presumed was its owner out of the room as well, she bends down to pet it, and realizes she's still holding Eldon's hand. Blushing deeply (Quite improper, what must they think!), she continues to pay attention to the dog. "I've heard of ships' cats before, but a ship's dog is truly a first, I must say. Such a fine pet, though! What's its name? Ah, and how rude of me not to ask earlier! What are your names, too?"
Hearing the crash from inside the room, Lenore peeks around the door-frame. Assuming a bantering tone, she grins even more. "You know, sir, it probably wouldn't be a very good idea to sit on the ground for long. Perhaps a chair would be more comfortable? Without hurting yourself?"

Penelope was drying a pan when she heard a crash. She looked out of the kitchen and saw Mr Daniel sitting, unintentionally, on the floor. There was a pause while she took in the situation, then she started laughing. The cook didn't know which was funnier, the teapot with Mr Daniel's hat or the woman who had suggested that he sit in a chair.
"Hey," she defended, still giggling. "This floor is perfectly fine for sitting on. It's just none too soft, and you can't see over the tabletop."

Daniel couldnt help but laugh at himself, slightly embarrassed. "Quite right, the chair is much more comfortable." gathering himself up and planting his behind firmly in a chair this time, chuckling at the teapot wearing the old captains hat and gogles he had found in the Hanger.
The teapot spun in a few circles, gave a short whistle and tipped itself over backwards, pantomiming Dan's blunder.

Myles gets up and walks around the gold clank, now overcome by his curiosity. "It's hollow so you can wear it, innit? And that lump on the back of the neck holds the voice box and other few necessary mechanics... and the dish, underneath that's a mainspring, eh? and that handle by the waist, I'll bet that's a pull cord for a quick windup..."

"Hmm? Oh...It's Mochi, call 'im Moch for short. And I'm Finagle-" He hears the crash from gallery and turns his head seeing the captain on the floor. He chuckles to himself and scratches his head. He just hopes that the pilot's flying skills were much more elegant then his motor skills.

[Deck->Galley] Before Eldon was even able to finish, Lenore grabbed his hand and they were off to find the captain. They went down to the first level, and began there search. There wasn't anything or anyone to be found. They did find the medical room, Eldon took note of it, considering heis arm was being pulled so hard it felt like his arm was stretching. Lenore was going on and on about so many things, Eldon couldn't keep up most of the time. "Are you prone to accidents, Eldon Thur'Odith?" she asked. Eldon began to answer just wanting to be part of the conversation, but Lenore began speaking before he could even get out a single syllable. Eldon had to admit he was enjoying her company, though his arm probably didn't agree.
Lenore was still talking when they burst through a door, and reached the galley. As soon as they walked in everyone seemed to have their eyes on them. Eldon blushed at all of the attention from people that he had no idea who they were.
He finally noticed that Lenore was still holding his hand, and she seemed to notice as well. They let go immediatley both turning quite red. "Um yes... I'm here to inquire about a position on your crew Captain. I'll work pretty much anywhere on the ship." He said, trying focus on something else.
