Haha, congrats you two! Yus, iPods are nifty things indeed. I got mine about two years ago, I think. Still gets a lot of use from me. Heheh..."socially amish"...that sounded funny. xd

@Chase: OMG, it's not like that. If it were, that would mean I'm truly insane. User Image Now that you mention it though, some of my personalities are the basis of my RP characters. Kratos was the inspiration for Chiaro, Scarlette was the basis for Oscuro, Azriel is mostly me, and Eloysio is a mixture of Chartreuse and me (only appropriately more masculine). mrgreen

@Tabatha: New Year's has already passed for me...we Easterners will always be a day ahead of youse. blaugh My mother's side of the family always gets together for a feast, then we watch the neighborhood set off fireworks in the streets. The neighborhood sounds like a bloody warzone that way, though. x_x

Haha, too bad for all the war vets there then. They'll all go into PTSD. XD

Now that you think of it...yeah. Ouch. User Image

And I really hate finding those news reports on TV that explain the damages caused by fireworks. Those poor children... gonk Although, it's either their parents weren't watching them well or they were too stubborn to heed their parents' warnings.

I have returned from...

A TWILIGHT GUILD!

It's so much fun to aggravate fangirls.... twisted

--

Oops, I always forget that, Azura. Sorry.

Ew...fireworks damage...

I saw some in my town's celebration. They were mostly hidden by a parking garage, though, and not very well timed. I stood outside in, like, -30(f) weather, with the wind whipping ice flakes into my face for over an hour. (And that was just waiting for the fireworks...trekking through downtown was a different story entirely...)

Yeah, I was one of those annoying kids setting off the big BOOM!!!!! fireworks...So much fun.

@eclesti: Joyous be us! Now all I need to do is get this contraption called, err, elektreeciti to work, and then I'll no longer be socially Amish.

@Tabatha: Rip into them all you want. For the love of true vampires, please do so!

So, almost two months in on and off and I'm FINALLY nearing the end of Dawn of the New World. 62 hours spent on it. People need to learn to play in strides so they can get the full experience of the game in. I'll give my full review of it when I finish it soon, hopefully next week ha ha.

Haha, of course! And if it won't work, then I can get my pokemon Elekid here to make it work!

Haha, and please annoy those fangirls (Not you Azura...you make fangirls loveable)...they make me want to rip their vocal chords out.

...Really? How does I makes fangirls lovable? surprised

I know I got Dawn when my dad came over a couple of weeks ago, but that was also the day I started getting pulled aside a lot to family outings/parties. D: A lot of them tend to happen during the holidays. Then when I finally found the time to sit down and start playing, I found that the batteries in my Wiimote were DEAD and there were no more AAs in the house. I thought I would start yesterday, but then my mom wanted to take us out to a movie. Then I found a bookstore at that mall, bought me the latest Artemis Fowl book (gods, it was EPIC) and got engrossed in it for the rest of the day... sweatdrop

At any rate, I got roughly a week left to play the bejeezus out of this baby. ninja

The movie I went to was a wholly Philippine-produced animation. It was pretty decent. Anyway, why do I mention this? Uh...there's a manananggal (a creature from Philippine folklore) character whose name was...Anna. That made me giggle. rofl And I was thinking of making Oscuro pull what she's gonna call the "Manananggal Formation" sometime... surprised

@Chase: You'd be good in my English class, we get points for making puns. I've got...about twenty...six?

@Azura: You do. You're also not a spuealy twelve year old (I'm ashamed to admit I was one of these for several years...). I want to punch them. Punch them hard.

"Manananggal"? That's...one hell of a word. Looks like a mouthful. sweatdrop

By the way, eclesti, is it possible you can give me the link to the site where you downloaded the entire OST for Tales of Symphonia? That would be, like, super. De duper...'Effing Barney. rofl

@Azura: You are a pretty cool fangirl, but I don't know if Kratos would agree with all of us. wink

User ImageWhile it irritates me how she overdoes it with the...promiscuous implications, I at least appreciate the fact that she isn't one of THOSE fangirls.

You know...those fangirls who take great interest in that genre called "yaoi", who pair me with the likes of Yuan, Zelos...and even worse, my own son. ((shudders))

You know, it would be my greatest pleasure to defend you from such in a most psychotic way. twisted They shall eat fan edge. *flares out twin Kokeshi Fans with a SHNKT!*

@Chase: LOL...I actually ordered it online. A good fifty bucks of my birthday money well spent. XD

@Tabatha: GOD...all Filipino words are a mouthful.

@Azura: Haha, you take fangirl-ism to a whole new level, but it's totally not annoying as all mighty hell.

And to make a point, I only like yaoi if there is a hint of it in the manga or anime..or obvious sightings of sexual tension/frustration. Hence, HoroxRen, ZoroxSanji(even if he's absurdly straight...), and RyouxKeiichiro are my favorites. XD
