"Never hurt Nina!" Jack shouted. Then, realization of what he'd just done hit him, and he panicked a bit, trying to pull his arm away, doing even more damage to Chase in the process.

When his arm was freed, Jack fell backwards and dropped the Monkey Staff, staring at Chase with a mix of shock and horror. He couldn't believe that he had just hit Chase, let alone seriously hurt him...

Inuyasha controled himself as he saw Chase fall to the ground.... "Not bad Jack... didnt know you had it in you" he growled

Inuyasha's words didn't reach Jack. He looked down at his arm, which was covered in Chase's blood, then back to his hero. He was still so shocked and scared, he could barely register what was hapening. "Ch... Chase...?" he called, voice quiet and broken.

Ban grinned as jack hit Chase...
"Nice job jack.." Ban said before aiming the Mech at the wall..
Ban slowly pushed the WTF!!!0_o button. All of the weapons on the mech opened and a slow count down started. 5....4.....3....2.....Q have a nice day....
Rockets fired and bullets sprayed off hitting the wall doing some damage.
Then the mech pulled something off its back and the weapon started to charge up.

Chase looked at Jack once more then closed his eyes as he took a final breath.
Chase Was Dead.
Miroku walked up to Chase's body and offered his prayers. then looked at the group "We must get out of here while we still can."

"Chase...? Chase...!" Jack repeated, reaching an arm out and lightly pushing his shoulder. He could feel tears beginning to well up in his eyes. "W... Wake up..." It's not that he was ignoring the others; he just simply couldn't hear them in his current state of mind.

Nina gasped in the air, her body sore and all but she was ultimately okay. She looked at Jack, then to Chase. She touched Jack's shoulder gently, she opened her mouth to say something, but decided it wasn't the time. Besides, she didn't know what to say, so she just stayed silent, getting her breath back.

Ban watched as the gun slowly glowed a light blue.
"NOW WEW GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!!!" Ban yelled pushing the Fire button as the Gun let out a Beam like laser that hit the wall and made a huge explosion. As the dust blew away. The wall was missing a section and the Mech had fallen over..Ban slowly got out of the Mech and looked at the destruction.

"W-Wake up, Chase... Wake up..." Jack continued to ask, shaking Chase's shoulder a little harder. "...Please wake up? I... I'm sorry I hit you, I didn't mean to, but... But you were hurting Nina, and I... I got mad... Please wake up... " Some tears started to fall, but Jack didn't feel them. "You're supposed to come home, too..."

It pained Nina greatly to see Jack like that, she felt her tears well up too, but they didn't fall. She wrapped her arms around him, "Thank you for saving me, Jack," she said quietly, trying to avert his attention, cheer him up a little, anything so he wouldn't be so sad.

"Nina..." Jack began, very lightly letting his arms wrap around her. "Why...? Why won't Chase wake up...?" he asked. He was really starting to tremble. "I... I didn't hit him that hard, did I...?"

"Jack..." She whispered, but couldn't say anymore, so she didn't. Instead she just held him a little tighter, ignoring her sore body. Jack needed her now. Nina just kept holding him, she couldn't just say 'you killed him, suck it up.' Not even Yuta was that much of a jerk. Close, but not quite.

"He... He can't be d... de... gone,", Jack began, not wanting to even think the word "dead." His grip on Nina got a little bit tighter as he continued. "Chase, he... he drinks that magic soup stuff... It makes him immortal... Immortals can't d... di... leave. ...Right...?"
