[lol I just realised that Karrot... Coincidence? I think not.]
"But why can't they be one and the same?" Vajra answered, now a bit calmer than before, "I meld the two all the time. My last client for instance died from joining me in my fun.." At the mention of resigning, an amazing transformation came over him. The silliness disappeared and a more businesslike attitude fell across his face.
He smoothed his kimono lightly and looked at Amadeus as serious as he could, "I could never quit and we both know this. ODD would be boring without me and my admiriers would be hurt. I can't let them down, so if you want the papers done so badly.." he raised his hand and with a soft click the papers appeared in his hands. He looked almost like a secretary as he finished with the papers, giving each a nice flourish at the end before handing them to him, "You remember Miriam? He taught me that little trick ages ago, so you really didn't have to run after me...although it was very sweet."
He winked before standing up and moving towards the door, "I hope you stay long for us to satisfy this little fight with a nice and long make up session, but right now I have a feeling my work time is about to begin once again. Karnac sweetie, let's go."
[If only he had done the clicking thing before... -sighs- lol Vajra just loves attention...]

Karnac scrambled up Vajra's back, careful not to do any damage to his clothing. He happily perched on Vajra's shoulder again, emitting a contented sound.

"Isabelle...I was wondering where you were..." he replied, watching her land, "I am enjoying using others skills to their highest potential," he answered, grinning broadly, "And with Fiora and Nadare ready to be Awakened, this will end with a loud bang."
Tien had taken his time to return to the Nocturne, making sure that he was calm enough to deal with Vajra, who hwas probably either on the verge of tears or full of himself right about now.
His money was on the second option.
He appeared infront of the door just as Vajra and Karnac was leaving, his usual grin a little calmer than usual, "Vajra, I have a little gift from your client... Why didn't you tell me it was Troden?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

Seine hovered over the ground, her tommy facing the gournd with her hands under her chin, "Now where is my Emit?"

((The Nocturne is a club, it's open, hence, knocking is quite pointless, no one would hear it anyway. As for Tien....I dunno, Tien is weird.)) "May I sit?" Amadeus asked. Merlin nodded silently and wathced as the incubus plopped down in one of her chairs rather inelegantly. The gesture showed his exhaustion.
"Being the director of something so massive as ODD, you should take better of yourself." Merlin commented. He'd closed his eyes and now opened one to consider her, "I'm fine." He said after a moment. Merlin didn't say anything, she didn't agree, he obviously wasn't gettine enough rest and taking a vacation would be almost impossible for him, he seemed someone very....involved in his work. Those little hints about his life outside work must not be enough.
"You are welcome to stay here a few days to rest up." She informed him, "I have plenty of extra rooms." He opened his one eye again, "I have to get back to--" "You need rest or you will burn out." She interrupted, her voice firm, "You have a system that can take over for you, no?" "Yes, but--" "Then I suggest you activate it." Her tone brooked no argument. Ama stared at this woman, she was quite old, not quite super old but old enough, "I'll see what I can do."

(fine, just being polite then. Karrot is after all from 6000 years ago and is not entirely familiar with clubs... in fact you're lucky he didn't attack any cars{assuming you have them} yet....))
After several minutes of standing in the doorway and being passed by a strange man whose movement pulled the mist from the doorway, Karrot let himself in. A slight vibration spread out from each step, for his body weighed quite alot and he was doing nothing to step lightly. Karrot looked around and stated to anyone who might be in the room,
"I am looking for one of the proprietors of this establishment, her name, I believe, is Merlin. I am of course, assuming that this Merlin is a woman due to her outer appearances, but I have been wrong in the past..." and Roma paid the price for it.
Karrot shuddered at the thought.

A few of the patrons moved away from him but the information made it to the bar where Copper was, she overheard a few girls talking and peering over the crowd. Copper frowned and followed their eyes then raised a dark brow. She looked for one of the bouncers, he was one of the mingling ones, she jerked her head towards the door. He moved.
"What's up, big guy?" The vampire that stood before Karrot was young in vampire years and wiry with a smiling, open face.

[lol Tien pops out of nowhere like Obsidian....besides he's Merlin's property remember? xd ]
And of course Tien was right.
Vajra was actually feeling quite proud of himself at the moment. He had finally gotten Amadeus to chase after him which was a huge feat in his eyes for the man never left work. But he did for him...
I bet even under his annoyance he missed me.. he thought before noticing Karnac's weight upon his shoudlers once more and Tien's scent infront of him. It brought an almost shy smile from his face as he looked at those arched eyebrows and the thinly veiled annoyance within those silver eyes. No wonder Tien was such a hit in Syn realm. He was just too yummy...
"Tien, you know I can't divulge such information until after my job is done," Vajra answered as his eyes searched for the item he spoke of, "It's not good for business. Speaking of which, where is that gift? I want to see what that fiery man gave me. Is he still as handsome ever?"

It won't be anything big I promise. Vajra answered sweetly.
Emit had just finished moving through the entertainment district, his eyes roaming all over the place. He was steadily getting used to the new atmosphere around him, but the more he thought he understood the new Signet the more new things popped up. He sighed and sat down upon a nearby bench, more weary from these recent sights than anything physical. In fact it would prove to be very hard to tire an earth elemental out.
But something in the wind caused him to look up, his green gaze glowing slighlty as the wind picked up. Seine... he 'called' out, Where have you been?
