Kikyo woke up in a cold sweat. She knew what was going on with Scarlett, and it continued to bug her. The last thing she wanted was her daughter to give birth to Abyss' new body, but as the air densed, she knew her dream turned black. She wished she...wait. Standing up, she looked around. Where is it coming from? It can't be, he's dead. He died in her arms as she sat there while her heart was breaking once again to a million pieces. This doesn't make any sense. Why can she feel Morik's energy?

Daniel awoke to the sounds of several people at once. Several people were talking, two women and two men... but he recognized them at once after he caught the frightened whimper of a child, coming from an adults mouth.
"Basho?..." He said,
The whimper continued without pause.
It was true, Basho and Shira had been captured, and if they were upon the edifice, then he knew too well who the other voices belonged to.
"I think we both knew this would happen one day Daniel... The struggle you put up, an attempt to prevent the inevitable..." Shodo mocked with a retrained glee.
The beautiful white wings composed of countless hands touched the edifice, melting inward as Shodo was pulled in, a hesitant Malice waiting behind as she watched her master take his position in the rune of elemental life.
"Master, I have never once questioned your motive. You word being my action, yet I don't know if I can do this for you. You have never been anyone's puppet Master... Must we do this for such a means to an end?"
Shodo nodded, his eyes full of the ambitious confidence they had always been known for. Without hesitation, Malice jumped into the edifice, taking her place at the rune of elemental death.
The Omega edifice began to shine slightly, yet could not reach its true potential, only the chaos of the great war would be able to power it. Daniel hung in the middle, his wings gone, enveloped in the immense stone prison. the rune of elemental darkness sapping what power he had.
Abyss appeared in front of the edifice, his smile, one of content. To Daniel's surprise, a white tear emminated from Abyss's eye...
"Its beautiful... I can only imagine what will happen with the chaos and countless deaths from the great war, it will fuel the edifice like a hungry child, eager to grow and mature. When fully charged, my status as a god will return... along with the power of ages.....

Lance felt Kikyo's pain and sorrow, and that is what kepted him from giving up on her... *just hang in there Scarlett, i'm coming for you* He said rushing to where he felt yet another glimps of Abyss's energy reading..

Scarlett laid concious with her normal mind in pain. Her body looked massacred from the diaphram to her hips. She whimper in pain and mummbled underneath her breath.
"I'm sorry mom. I'm sor..."
Her body crumbled into dust and it was carried off by the wind.

Lance then stopped, maybe he was a few miles away from Scarlett's position, when the worst feeling of gult and pain... he felt, like scarlett has been wiped away from the world... "No!!" He said contiuing to run even faster, pushing his body til it hurt to run or even walk, but it was not going to stop him, his mission was to save scarlett even if it meant sacraficing his own that is is duty as a Demon Master Sargent...

Abyss felt scarlett's energies give way, a smile as always, on his face.
"Sorry, but you still have plenty of promises to keep, one being my ace in the hole..."
With a wave of his thin hand, the dust collected into a single formless liquid, then with a snap of his fingers, formed back into the embodiment of Scarlett.

Lance finally reached the area where Aybss' energy level was placed... *just hold on Scarlett..* He thought rushing to fin Abyss, sensing he was getting closer than he thought

"You should have thought before making a deal with someone you know to be malevolent. You have no one to blame but yourself... However I must take a second to make sure we aren't disturbed for a while"
Abyss closed his white eyes, words barely escaping his mouth as murmurs. then a wave of his hand brought forth a small trembling. Now the realm Abyss and Scarlett inhabited was unreachable, only should Abyss wish for entree could this dimension be invaded... and that wouldn't happen until the end of the war...
The realm around Lance vanished, the dark plane breaking away to reveal the realm of earth. The Abysmal plane was gone, along with any hope of reaching Abyss.

Julia walked into a small town after finding her way out of the weird world. she went to a bar and stole a plate of food with a minor mind move spell. nibbling on it she then wandered into the forest. After an hour she came upon the angel camp, curious and quiet she walked into one of the tents.

Nathaniel woke up abruptly, sitting up quickly. his hear racing and his lungs breathing erratically. The warm taste of blood filled his mouth and he ached all over. his skin was damp from his special ice which had protected him and now melted away.
The demon looked over to see something new. he assumed it to be something that was for him. he felt a faded presence not too different from his and knew who had left it for him.
Nathaniel crawled over to the gift, barely holding onto the strength to stay conscious. He grabbed the armor which called itself Gilgamesh. Almost immediately the armor wrapped itself around him. giving him back his strength, nearly feeling as if his powers had been increased 10 fold.
His first thought was to get back home. he had to see his family. he tore open a portal and jumped in. coming out at the castle. with the power of the armor he transported much faster than before. he knew he was going to have to be careful with this. then set out to find Kikyo, Aiden and Scarlett
