Tien watched the interaction between Vajra and Amadeus curiously. He had never seen Vajra in trouble without getting himself out it somehow, but he really didn't think that Ama would buy the sweet act. This will either be very funny or very scary... he thought, grinning slightly, but his smile suddenly disappeared as he heard the familiar voice of Troden in his head.
Brother, we have a previous bargain to finish... Now is the time for yout o pay up. Two silver eyes narrowed and then Tien was gone, appearing infront of Troden. He looked around, wrinkling his nose at the burning ash smell around him, "What do you want Troden.."
Troden grinned, his red eyes almost glowing as he stepped close to his brother and placed the silver anhk within his hand, "You're flaming friend is here is he not? Give this to him. Tell him it is from his client and he will do the rest."
Tien frowned, closing his hand around the necklace, "And why do you need me to give it to him?"
"Because you will be helping Vajra in his mission whether you like it or not." Tien tensed for a moment before disappearing once more.

Lina thought about it before moving to leave the shrine, "I think it would be wise for us to find Emit or Seine. They seem like they would know what forms Fiora and Nadare would take."

His eyes narrowed on the other....man, "What business do you have here, Vajra, it doesn't take too long to report back to me, you could have avoided all of this by simply doing that but now you've got paperwork and an irritable boss to deal with." He growled. ((uh...I don't?))

Vajra rolled his eyes before shaking his head, "Now you know I can't tell you about that Amadeus or my I'll be breaking more rules than I care to count in my line of work," he said, finally getting a little bit serious, "Besides, I would get paid more the faster I got here, so here I am. And as for paperwork, you know that five other men we know would gladly do that for me. They do it anyway." a hint of annoyance entered his voice at the thought of paperwork, but he hid it pretty well, "And what about my feelings? I can't go anywhere in life without clocking in to you? I'm too beautiful for that!"
Of course he was taking this way out of proportions, but if he didn't somethign would clearly be wrong, "Just let me finish my work here and I'll clock in like a good little slave." he finished, looking a bit hurt. Amadeus is mad at me Karnac..it makes me want to cry and doing that is not good for my complexion.

Kaliel watched as Monaleth got to her feet, her hands idly reaching for her flute, "He was the one that found me and took me to your homeworld Monaleth. He trained me in how to use my blades as well as the powers I didn't know I had. I owe my life to him..and you."
"I should have never share my blood with you." Monaleth said quietly, looking down at her hands, "A Scortierian's live deals with sacrifices that people in this world should not be introduced to."
"But I have been and there is nothing that can be done about it." Kaliel answered, raising his arms to show her his blades, "But sadly, I am here for more than just being with you. I have to choose between one of the three deities that we all must live with in our world. They have given me only until the full moon rises before I am taken back to begin my training."
Monaleth closed her eyes and cried softly. Kaliel sighed holding her gently, "Kota will be here soon as well, but he is not the being you saw him last." she nodded, holding back more tears, "A deal has been struck between one of this planet and one of ours." he whispered, "One that just might end the Ten's reign."
Monaleth's eyes hardened, "And is Kota behind this?"
Kaliel shook his head, "But I believe he is in league with this person. I have yet to find out who it is."
Monaleth turned around and narrowed her eyes, "Lady Merlin and the others must know about this."
And just when she was about to leave, Kaliel caught her arm, "No, this is a private matter that should only be between mother and son." Monaleth did not reply for a long moment before nodding. They both disappeared in each other's arms.

Karrot steped up to the door to the Nocturne and knocked three times. As he stood waiting for the door to open, the dark mist accumulated in the top of the door frame.

((*hits Karrot with a rubber chicken* ....sorry...my arm....it had a cramp, just stretching it out.... ninja )) Amadeus quelled the impulse to strangle the man, "This has nothing to do with anything personal we have, Vajra, this is work. Work is work, pleasure is pleasure...You always were bad at seperating the two and I always let it slide when you reported late but this time it's just ridiculous. If you're too rich to work for ODD then just put in your resignation papers and be done with it."

"What are you doing this time?" Bell said looking down at Troden before landing. A slight frown on her face, 'Surprised Obsidian hasn't slapped him yet.' She let her wings closed tightly behind her back and then slowly slide into her back.
