Tai was nearly finished, having not expected this. He thought quickly and finally found the part of Jack's tail that had nearly been sliced off. Raising the remains of the sword, he swung downward towards that spot, hoping that it hit.

The blade hit the bone in Jack's tail. He made a small yelp and dropped Tai. "Why you little..."

Tai hit his knees upon touching the ground. Panting heavily, he rested somewhat, waiting for the energy to move. He was now sure that charging at Jack wasn't quite the smartest thing he had ever done.

"Im not going to eat you Tai, you would live too long, I'm going to crush you!" Jack walked towards Tai and held his left front food above Tai's head.

Tai knew he might die if he tried what he was thinking of, but he was certain to die anyway if he didn't. He lifted the blade, aiming it at Jack's foot as it came down, and holding it up with all he had.

Hana stood up and got on top of a high rock, over everyone. She sung a lullaby to them. They were all too wounded to fight. Memories of her own love and her own family came to her. Jack stopped suddenly as he heard the Hana's song. "Not again..." Jack fell over in sleep, almost landing on Tai.
