Tailos If you believe you look good, you will feel good. There's some scientific reasoning behind it on Google. Also, being physically active - sexually or simply working out - releases endorphins into the blood. They're the happy chemicals that, when at low concentrations, can lead to depression. So, be physically active and you will be happier. Of course, this could be because working out is really quite nasty on the body. Those happy chemicals give a sort of "grin and bear it" effect, whilst your muscles fibres are being ripped apart and later reassembled. ... But yeah. There's a definite link between high physical activity and happiness. Hm, that explains the way I've always been sorta stupidly grinning whenever I've exercised a lot. But it's like, even beyond happiness, my other emotions are more up and about.

Oftentimes, physical exertion of any sort leads to stress relief, including stresses you didn't know about.
The endorphins released are similar to those released when eating chocolate or having sex (similar, not the same), but without the aftereffects of glucose fluxuation or "pillow talk".
Not to mention that you feel as if you've done something good for you, which makes you feel like you're doing something important. (Which it is.)
It's just a nice rounded out way to feel fairly good.
If it's outside, sunshine and fresh air helps too.

Oni-Angel Nice, Koi, but you always look beautiful. Why thank you, Oni, it's always nice to hear that, expecially from a doll like yourself. However, I wear this particular garb for a reason. The sunflower in my left hand, reminds me to always look towards the sun, and the sword in my other hand symbolizes my will to protect the things I treasure most. The rest is there to show my gentle side, and my protective side.

I finally decided to change my hair. I think I'm pulling a pretty accurate Dizzy cosplay right now. Whoo!

Oni-Angel I finally decided to change my hair. I think I'm pulling a pretty accurate Dizzy cosplay right now. Whoo! Now all you need is the wings o her back, and you'll be set! (oh, and don't forget the tail) And thank you, Random, although I do hope they make honest, to goodness wings soon. And on a random note, I have the sudden urge to get a copy of Guilty Gear, for the Xbox, but, like, NOBODY around here has it, and none of the local game stores carry it... ._.

A Nani Mouse Koiyuki I just want everyone to know... Koiyuki+moneyxsales dude(ette)=sucker That is all. ._. Oh? Yes, I found that out, when a person selling subscriptions for the LA Times, came to my house, and started talking to me. A few moments later, I was paying the guy $15 for a 3 month subscription, and after he left, I began to feel like a total sucker. So, to repeat, Koiyuki+moneyxsales person=Sucker. ._.

MY JOB ROCKS SO HARD-CORE!
I work at a movie theatre. It's 2:30 am, and I jsut got back from the employee preview of Pirates...
It's an awesome movie! The ending was a bit weaker than I would have liked, but it really makes you anticipate the next one.

I've heard a lot about it, and I hope to see it, when I get the chance. Right now I'm turning in applications, and resumes in the hopes of landing a job myself, and trying to shatter my familie's negligent bill paying habits. *seriously, they haven't paid the net bill for two months, and I need to bust my hump, so it doesn't get cut off again*
The trouble is, the only printer/scanner in the house, was taken by my brother, and I won't be seeing that for a long time to come. -_-;;
