It was mear seconds after the cannons went off for it's third and soon final blast that Kitty was within phasing distance. Walking up to the smouldering barrels, she phased through them with a sort of half twirl that was only second nature to her giddy personality. The electronics components inside the cannon sparked and fizzed before finally going slack. The cannons were no longer a threat.
Stepping out from the opposite side of the now dead cannon, Kitty smiled again as she did another bowing act to an audience that was not there. "Shadowcat saves the day once again," she said cheerfully, more to herself and the unknown hacker then anyone else. Though the battle around her was still at full throttle, the young X-Woman saw no harm in celebrating her minute victory.

Seeing the battle in front already down, BBen walked around looking for a fight. Then he saw Morgan issueing a challenge. Then the voice came back "Take him." BBen then charged at Morgan ready to fight.
(He only wants to fight no, not kill, so don't finish him off, but you can do what you want except knock him out of the fight)

"What, that's it?! A mini-Wolverine?" Morgan said, incredulous at the crazed munchkin running at him. His challenge had been meant for the Brotherhood members, not the little demon summoned by Kevin. Or anyone else who happened to be on the same team as him.
"Same team, little one," Morgan said, stopping the creature dead in it's tracks with a field dome. It slammed it's tiny fists into it, but to no avail. "Go find Kev, okay? See if your master is okay, got it?" he said to the small creature, still struggling against the nigh-invisible wall between him and Morgan.

This is nice Conner thought to himself as he watched the myriad of battles rage on in the grounds, perced on the apex of the tiled roof I sit and watch everyone else have the fun, why was this a good plan? While Conner wanted to descend upon the battlefield, as it where, to show some good faith or something, he just didn't know who was who and what side was which.
He'd watch the girl with the arboreal ability move closer to the woods and had tried to decide whether approaching her was a good idea or not, once he did that there would be no going back, his presence would be known. A moment ticked by.
"Screw it." he said and dashed of into the branches once more. He took a wide course through the stronger branches of the older trees, not wanting to concentrate on his footing and weight but more on just getting there. He was close when he stopped and quietly continued to the tree she was leaning against, he sat down and the branch directly above her and thought about what to say.
"Uh, Hi?" was all he managed.

Damion sighed as he felt himself loose all control. Well at least it hadn't exploded. He supposed that it was actualy in some way a good thing that the girl had taken out the cannons instead of a brute like Wolverine or Beast. He left in a hurry before anyone could pinpoint exactly who had been working the cannons all along. He slid up the wall as a non-suspicious shadow and reformed on the roof. Well then, if they were going to take his security systems away from him he would just have to play by the rules. He took a running jump and landed directly into Kittie's Shadow. By merging his own shadow with an enemie's he could take a free ride for as long as he wished and then cause some real mischief at any given moment.

Kidd's head spun with all the action happening around her. she could quight tell who was friend and who was foe, besides every one seemed to have their own personal battles to contend with. she slid up to the roof and kepy watch for becky and darius. If any one with an X on their shirt was in direr troubled she'd swoop in and help out the best as she could. but other then that she just seemed to be in the way.

jillann hit the ground hard and luckly didn't get the wind knocked out of her. she got up part way and tacles again. she was a better ground fighter, because hight didn't matter. she pound on him from a seated poistion over aaron. she was in a slight berzer rage, she proudly woundn't remeber the finer detial of the fight.
(im at a friends house il edit it for mistakes when i get home)

Carlos looked over as a newcomer approached and blantly asked if they wanted to go for breakfast. His face just gave the look of WTF while his mind was saying, wow someone who thinks like me. Still he looked back out the window from behind Narcissa then sighed.
" Senorita, I do think we should help that one Muchacha over by the tree over there. she doesn't looks so good."
He was pointing to Mori and without so much as a warning to her slipped his arms around NArcissa as if hugging her from behind. "Please don't mind me just keep cool senorita" Carlos by now had come to the great idea of how his power was less savere in the dimension as he moved the dark matter away from himself. Which is why he was holding Narcissa as such hoping the closer she was the easier it would be to keep her from suffering too much.
In anycase as he sunk into her shadow along with her he concentrated hard having to devide that by keeping her sane and him moving as quickly through the dimension as possible. in less then seconds he managed to come up in the shadow provided by the trees shade only a few feet from Mori. and he let go of Narcissa instantly as she seemed to over heat just by the seconds passing.
" First girl I'd admit to being too hot for me. Anyway."
He walked past Narcissa hoping she would be better then he thought after doing all that and kneeled down infront of Mori. " you awake Muchacha. I'm Carlos, lets get you outta here eh?"

Why did he like to do that so much? Scare the crap out of her? What had she ever done to him? Thinking happy thoughts as darkness descended, Narcissa did not even have the chance to respond to the girl in the hallway as they were both swept away in the blink of an eye. When he released her, Narcissa could immediately feel her body temperature rising as she ignored the lingering screams in her subconcious. It hadn't been as bad as the first time, thank goodness.
"Damn right I am...", Narcissa barked as she stood near to Mori, but far enough a way so as not to burn her. She was irritated with Carlos, if only because he had snatched her up without warning.. Gold filled eyes searched for Mori's previous opponent... The girl really looked hurt... Narcissa hoped that she was all right.
The man that was made of water seemed to have disappeared. Where the hell was it? Stepping further away from Mori, knowing the temperature around her would rapidly increase, she readily formed twin balls of light that rest evenly in her palms. Both were pulsating and swirling, as if they simply couldn't sit still, even while they were in her grasp. The grass beneath her feet withered and died. Just as the scent of burnt grass reached her nose, the man made of water reappeared...
Narcissa simply glared and readied herself for anything Big Blue could throw at her.

"Well, that was quite rude," Olivia said blatantly, as she stepped out by where Alana was. They didn't really have time to get an answer from the two, and of course, Olivia did not make her own presence known at all, aside from the mention by Alana.
"Do you think they made the right move by going out there? In this war zone?" Olivia never had the chance nor the motive to try her powers out in a fight. She kept her nose clean, for the most part. The only time she used her powers were for her own benefit, when she was part of the track and field team back in Vancouver.
Peering through the window, Olivia watched the two tend to the injured girl by the tree. She saw someone else perching above them as well, unsure of HIS motives. This day was eventful to say the least. From coming across the continent to walking into a war zone, Olivia felt completely and totally out of place. Back home, she felt like a champion, a winner. She had everything. Loving parents. A sister, whom she had just been reunited with a couple of years ago. An awesome baby brother. But here, she was just a small fish in a big pond. Just watching the fights through the television shook her confidence....not that she'd let anyone in on that.
After a bit of internal debate with her psyche, Olivia made up her mind. She knew the injured girl could not do anything to defend herself against any attack, and more than not, the attack that was imminent. "I'm going out there," she said to her twin sister as she used her TK to open the window separating them from the outside and floated through to gain access to the lawn. Effortlessly, she used her abilities to fly over the grass and landed next to the girl who had two golden orbs of light in her hands, and stood between her and the injured girl by the tree.
"Pardon the interruption," Olivia said, a thin midwestern accent lay in her voice. "But, you may need some help here, eh?"

Completely unaware of the possible danger that was lurking in her shadow, Shadowcat herself walked away from the dead cannons and scanned the yard in front of her once again. Though it seemed that no one was near done with their own personal brawl, things, for the most part, seemed under control. But she was ready, both mentally and physically, to lend a helping head should the need arise. ================================== "What the hell?," Lance thought out loud, surprised to be dived tackled to the ground from the side. It was even more of a surprise for him as the dive tackler was no one other then the chick he had ran into at Bayville High just the day before. What with his so called battle with Valerie and the events that followed, he had almost forgotten about his little beef with Victoria, or whatever her name was. But, judging by the effort she had put into seeking him out and pinning him to the ground, she clearly hadn't.
"Yeah," said Lance, glaring back at the girl, "Nice. Mind shoving off b***h before I...""Nice fishbowl," Victoria said observantly, cutting him off mid-threat. He tried to get up, but by the miracle of adrenaline, she was able to keep him pinned. Of course, she was referring to the plexiglass visor that half covered his face with from her angle really did look like a bowl for fish, a point which she just had to make known.
"You are so gonna drown in that thing someday."
Half laughing, and feeling like cheating death, Victoria leaned forward and gave Lance's visor a sharp tap. Indeed, it sounded just like a fishbowl, only louder because she couldn't help but amp the up the sound a few notches. It wasn't loud enough to kill, or cause any major damage, but she could only guess what it sounded like from behind the bowl. With any luck, Lance would be pissed again and he would probably want to kill her, but she didn't care. Him and his buddies had invaded her new home, and there was no way she was going down without a fight.

Mori opend her eyes in frustration as she heard someone above her say hi, she looked up and noticed a guy in the trees. But before she could respond two more people had arrived, she looked up at them and narrowed her eyes...
"Im as awake as I will ever be, senior..." She looked around and a confused expresion crossed her face, why did they care if she was alright or not? She tried to stand up, that was a big mistake and she bit down on her lip as she keept herself from screaming out load...
"But you're right, I should probebly move...."

Narcissa honestly hadn't noticed the person in the tree, and was all for an all out brawl at the moment. Though she did pause when a girl appeared beside her. She did not know her, and as such paused, for a moment, thinking that she was just another member from this Brotherhood that she did not know. Cautiously she nodded her head... "Be on the look out for a blue... water thing..", Narcissa offered, her blue eyes sharp.
Narcissa had never been a fighter... Never. But that seemed to be the way of things here. And if she had to, she would... Still, she would have rather been doing anything else. Not to mention she was missing her first day at school... Damn Brotherhood. The light in her palms was getting itchy... Where -was- that thing?

InUyAsHa_muttface darius ignored mizu, he was busy fighting. he was able to block the punch, by a wrist to wrist hit, to the face and grab lizz's wrist. he repaid her with a nice hard jab to the stomah, along with some electricty. he'd rater not drag this fight out. he was worried if kidd joined the fight she wasn't back up to 100%. if she did he would have to end this fast and go find her. (he's very protective i'd say 3nodding ) edited 3nodding sweatdrop

Kevin saw his BBen trying to attack Morgan. He was to see though that Morgan's field was keeping BBen at bay. Kevin was real upset now. These Bens got created without Kevin wanting them almost killing Toad, wanting to kill Scott, hurting Wolverine (he healed himself though ), and know was tring to fight Morgan. Enough was enough. Kevin got up and evfen though he was still hurt from the laser and all, he got over to BBen. Then Kevin said to BBen "You've been bad long enough and now you're going to stop." BBen looked up Kevin with an evil glare as Kevin started to reach out to it. Kevin heard the voice in his head again say "Stop this instant! Continue your mission!" Kevin just ignored it and absorbed BBen.
Kevin felt a little energised from the absorbtion. Then Kevin looked over at Morgan and say "Sorry that my Ben tried to fight you. He's gone now and I hope I don't create anymore of those not normal ones. How about we go and teach some of our intruders a leson.
