Co-Owning agreement for Hecate
Involving mouselet and EchoLimaFoxtrot

mouselet has rights to:
+ Siggy
+ OOC RP/IC RP (while ELF is gone)
+ Breeding (see below)

EchoLimaFoxtrot has rights to:
+ Siggy
+ IC/OOC/Official RP (will be in her teepee)
+ Breeding (see below)
+ Getting a Familiar

On the note of Breeding:
There will be no set on the breeding. If/When we decide to breed, we will both discuss the matter. We will also not try to breed at the same time (meaning if one 'partner' is chosen to try until successful, the other will not attempt to distrupt that pattern though can help that pairing in the raffles). When a partner (whether informal or lifemate) is decided, we both must post in the permission thread and say who has rights on that specific breeding. This declaration will give full rights to that one owner and will not count against the other's monthly count if that applies.

On the note of Ownership Change:
ELF cannot get rid of mousey without her permission, and vice versa. However, if mousey wishes to step down then she is free to do so and cannot offer her "part" of the co-ownership to anyone else.

Any changes to be made to this co-ownership will be made at that time.

Co-owning agreement for Styx,
between Dixie and Syaoran-Puu.



Dixie's Rights:

• Signature rights
• OOC RP
• IC RP
• Breeding (see below)
• To have input on any breeding partners
• To have input on any plots and character personality changes
• The rights to any familars attached to Styx

Syaoran-Puu's Rights:

• Signature rights
• OOC RP
• IC RP
• Official plot RP
• Breeding (see below)
• To have input on any breeding partners
• To have input on any plots and character personality changes
• The rights to any familars attached to Styx

Breeding Rights
The breedings used by Dixie or Syaoran-Puu can be used in any order in accordance to their situations at the time. This will be discussed between the users during the time of the suggested breeding.
Styx is not required to have only one mate.
One Breeding: Dixie has all the rights and Syaoran-Puu has none, in the event of a third basket it is not required that it is given to Syaoran-Puu.
One Breeding: Syaoran-Puu has all the rights and Dixie has none, in the event of a third basket it is not required that it is given to Dixie.
Final breeding: When a third breeding is reached a random number will be generated to determine who has the final rights. In the event of a third basket it is required to go to the person who did not win the rights of the final breeding.

Co-ownership agreement for Aglaia:



Dixie will retain rights to official plot rp and two breedings.

Nuclearity is gifted with rights to sig image, OOC rp, and 1 breeding of choice. No baskets from this breeding are obligated to go to Dixie.

If Nuclearity disappears from Soquili longer than 3 months (without letting Dixie know the situation), this agreement will be null and voided.

I, Nevayeh, would like to co-own Cenhelm with TrinityCowboy.

TrinityCowboy will have the rights to a single basket from Cenhelm. Both owners must agree on the mother. TrinityCowboy will also have sig display rights as well as both OOC/IC RP rights, if she wishes to roleplay him. Any mating or lifemating that results from RP will be discussed between TrinityCowboy and Nevayeh.

Nevayeh has rights to two breedings as she sees fit, without needing permission from TrinityCowboy (although for the sake of not being a total jackass, it -will- be discussed ahead of time!) She also has rights to everything else - RP, sig displaying, etc.

Co-ownership between phoenix_resurgam and Summer Raven for the stallion Laures

Summer Raven's rights:
~ Signature rights
~ OOC RP rights
~ Right to have a say on who Laures breeds with

phoenix_resurgam's rights:
~ Signature rights
~ Full IC RP rights
~ OOC RP rights
~ Right to pick who Laures breeds with and/or lifemating decisions
~ All other rights that have to deal with long-term plots or events of the sort

Breeding rights:
~1st breeding: phoenix_resurgam and the owner of the mare will have the rights to both of the baskets to do with what they wish. In the event of a third basket, they will both have full say in what happens to it, Summer Raven does not.
~2nd breeding: Summer Raven and the owner of the mare have the right to obtain a basket and do with it what they'd like. In the event of a third basket, all three of us shall discuss what happens to it.
~3rd breeding: phoenix_resurgam and the owner of the mare have all the rights to keep or do with the baskets as they please. In the event of a third basket, Summer Raven would only get the basket if she does not already have two couples in the raffle. If she does, and they were to get a slot, she would not get a basket.

Both Summer Raven and phoenix_resurgam reserve the right to obtain full ownership of Laures if the other person disappears from Gaia for longer than six months.

-In case of two baskets _-Cheeky_Chobit-_ & Perky persocom will co-own one.
-If three baskets, _-Cheeky_Chobit-_ gets one, ownership will be discussed about the third. If not to Perky persocom then _-Cheeky_Chobit-_ & Perky Persocom shall co-own 1.
