It had been probably a full two hours since Kakashi had started his practicing and it showed on his sweaty body and tired movements. Reluctantly he came to a stop and sat heavily upon the ground in the training yard. His shirt had long since been cast off, the only thing covering his upper body was a thin coat of sweat. He grimaced at himself, but knew that he could easily wash it off once he got back to his room. For the moment, however, he was quite content at sitting and staring at the practice dummy before him. He hadnt realized it before, but in his fierce practicing, he had nearly broken the thing. For a moment he wondered why he hadnt noticed it before, but within a seconds thought, it all came back to him. What he had been thinking about while he practiced. His thoughts had been dwelling mostly on the dreams he had been having. They bothered him to say the least, and now that his mind was on them once again, he could not stop from rethinking everything he had in the last two hours. Every dream he had had this last week had featured a wolf or sometimes many. He had never seen one until these dreams began, so how he knew what one looked like bewildered him. Once again though, as he always did, he shrugged it off.

After several more moments, Kakashi stood once more and headed for his room, picking his shirt up off the ground as he left the training yards. He would bathe himself thouroughly then perhaps give himself a breif tour of the city. As he walked to his room, his mind once again, inevitably fell upon his dreams. His face took on a look of frustration that would be obvious to any passerby, though he himself didnt realize he was making such a face.

As they walked to the inn, Kederaji nodded to the Aes Sedai. "Every firstborn son of my family has carried this sword. It's as much a part of me as my arms. One becomes very attached to their arms shortly after they're born." He ignored the comment about where he came from. There was no way he would reveal that. It'd probably end with him dying dishonorably. Through the familiar gates they went, to an inn called Broken Axe. Kederaji had only eaten here once. The owner had harbored an Aes Sedai during the suppression of the marath'damane rebellion after the fall of the Tower. Kederaji had lead ten men and two sul'dam, one with her damane, into this building to find the Aes Sedai. After she was found and collared, Kederaji had picked up a turkey leg and eaten it casually before beheading the innkeeper's family one by one. The Aes Sedai sympathizer had been forced to watch the proceedings. It was not something he enjoyed as much as combat, but orders were orders, and his were to punish the innkeeper, who was left alive and brought to the Tower of Ravens. Raji didn't even want to imagine what had happened to the man there. It was with this memory on his mind that he sat down to eat that night.

For a while he just watched at the pointed direction. It took awhile before it sank into his head. Dead?, its unimaginable not Markis.. How far is his place of resting from here i need to see it for myself, not that i doubt your words. But i have to do it, he says.

From Hawk's bond, she felt a slight of puzzlement..or perhaps curiousity..she couldn't place it. There wasn't much from Wolf..he'd either blocked it or it was growing weaker again. She ignored the peculiarities for the moment, though she did wonder what was causing them.

The Keeper looked over Nine; he seemed fit enough for the training-both sword and channeler training. His yellow eyes were interesting and she wondered if Nine had learned to enter Tel'ar'an'hoid yet.

Mercury nodded and smiled momentarily. "That's no trouble. You're welcome to train here, Nine. I'll send the note down later; for now, telling him will do. Has he already given you quarters? I'll look into finding you a teacher for your channeling. Perhaps Hawk will do it. "

It occured to her that she could probably just ask the man who was cleaning up her doorway..that was, if he was staying.

"Pardon my asking..are you Wolfkin? Or perchance, have you had any strange dreams lately?"

Mercury gave a small nod towards Kat as she said this; the other Aes Sedai would know what she was talking about. She glanced between Nine and Katerine; often, most Wolfkin did not even know what their golden eyes meant-or if they did, not to the fullest extent.

((I'm back, I've been moving into college, but I'm back now, and I'm ready to roleplay...but my Aes Sedai isn't in the tower yet...

Also, do we have anybody that's supposed to take care of new warders, I know I was lost when I first came, and I've been helping the new Warders recently, and by this, I mean new IC, I know they're not lost IRL...))

Wes nodded at Hawks words and pointed again. "Maybe a mile or so that way, it shouldn't be hard to find, by the smell. And don't worry, I know some things are hard to believe. Hearing wolves had done him in surprised me as well, he was not a weak fellow..." Wes nodded to Hawk, knowing he would probably be leaving now, and swept his attention fully to Kali and Nariah, while still facing Hawk in case anything else was to be said.

Just so you guys know, I am always lurking here, even with all the other crap I have to do, just haven't posted until now because neither D.Monica, Serial_Poker, or Hawk had posted.

At the man's comment, Lacy only nodded her head. "Indeed. I should think so." Taking a seat at a nearby table, Lacy ordered her usual meal of sliced ham and potatoes with a few greens on the side with watered wine. She was fully able to handle nonwatered wine but it just did not taste well when eating. As they waited for their plates, Lacy couldn't help but notice that the man with her seemed to be swimming in his own thoughts so she felt free to let her own wonder. The man with her was like one she had never meet. He really did not seemed to be impressed by Aes Sedai at any point.

Lacy was brough out of her thoughts by the arrival of the food. Taking her goblet of wine, Lacy tilted it slightly at her eatting companion. "To hidden pasts and good food." Lacy took a sip of her wine and winked over the rim at the man on the other side of it. Maybe if she startled him enough she would learn something more than what he was willing to tell her. "Tell me, have you ever been to Tar Valon before? You seem to be familiar with it in a way." Lacy went about cutting her ham while she waited for his answer.

Hawk noded back at him and there is for a moment sorrow in his ashgray eyes. But then gone again masked with the void. I will see you later Wes he said. Peace favour to your sword brother. With that he turned back and mounted on to his stallion. Hawk motioned Jeaden to the direction that Wes pointed. He followed once again a trail full of death and as Wes said the smell of death and its stench is reaching his nose. Hawk ignored the smell of the long dead flesh and continues on his search for his fallen brother in battle.

After a long ride more or less a mile as Wes said he reached a place where flesh of dead beings are scattered on the ground. Some are part of wolves and trollocks. But nothing yet is part of Markis. Hawk motioned Jeaden on slow walk eying everything around him. Just close to a big hallow tree a green coat catch his eyes. Same color of coat he is wearing. Hawk stops Jeaden and mounted down to take a better look for what it was he saw. As he approched the place he saw a group of trollocks dead around the body of man cold dead. It resemble Markis with cuts all over his entire body. First he is angry cause he wasnt there to help his fallen comrade, saidin is at his reached and he want to destroy something. Something evil. But determination give way and he went back to his sadelbags and fetch a spade. He look at his fallen comrade as if trying to talk to him.

This is not a proper place for you to rest brother ill take you home.

Hawk filled himself with saidin and weaves air to envelope Markis dead body with it. He lifted Markis dead body from the ground and took it with him to a clear path. Hawk opened a gateway to a place close to Fal Dara. Markis homeland. Hawk burried Markis together with his sword. After the proper ritual of burrying his fallen comrade, Hawk look at it once again as if for the last time say good bye to his friend.

Peace favour to your sword brother, and may your soul find a place to rest in the world of the mist.

With that said he entered once again the open gateway and closed it behind him. Hawk mounted Jeaden and watched the gateway closes slowly untill its gone from his sight. Its time to make some descisions on how he is going break it to his aes sedai, that one of her warder is gone. If she already havent felt it through the bond. Hawk turned around Jeaden and motioned it back to where he have met Wes and Kali. Saidin is now gone for awhile from his grip yet, at a close reach if he needed it. The void soccumbs his mind as he ride back to Wes and Kali.

Kederaji sat down at the table, drawing his sword halfway out before realizing that he wasn't in Shon Kifar. He quickly put it away and ignored the look the Aes Sedai gave him. He ordered a steak, cooked just enough to heat the meat, a few greens to keep him alive, and a glass of wine.

Kederaji spent most of the time before the meal deep in his own thoughts. He knew this woman from somewhere. As soon as he'd seen her face, he knew he'd seen her before. He just couldn't place the memory. He was jolted out of his thoughts when the steak thumped down in front of him. Picking up his goblet, he lifted it as she did.

"To hidden pasts and good food," she said.

"Health to our enemies enemies," Kederaji responded, lifting his glass. He took a sip and shrugged off her wink as best he could. She was pretty, in a way he couldn't pin down, but he wasn't here to chase pretty women whose ages could not be determined. Cutting a piece of the steak, which was still red in the center, he lifted the fork to his mouth and was startled by her question.

"Tell me, have you ever been to Tar Valon before? You seem to be familiar with it in a way."

Kederaji's fork stopped at his lips. It took him a moment to regain his composure, and he knew that in those critical seconds, she was deciding that he had indeed been to the city before. "Once, yes. A long time ago." The centurion forced himself to put the steak in his mouth. "I was here hunting servants of the shadow on my ruler's behalf." Kederaji's mouth twisted in a smirk as he said the words.

Upon hearing the man's words, Lacy put a small slice of ham in her mouth and nodded as she chewed silently. Swallowing the meat, Lacy wrinkled her nose. "Dark friends are a bother at times." Lacy whiped her fingers on her napkin in an unconcious gesture. "Some of them have a filth about them that can't be seen but can be felt." Lacy startled herself by her words and laughed softly. "Well... those are few a far between as it is."

Lacy ate for a little while more in silence. Her thoughts filling her mind as she watched the man eatting with her. He was distant and intent on keeping it that way. Lacy just loved a puzzle and if this man was not one she'd never know another. "So Master Kederaji, are there any subjects that are not off limits so that you can protect your past?" Lacy sipped her wine before moving on to the greens from the meat.

((Bwhaha!! I shall claim the 1000th post!! blaugh ))

Hawk's prescence momentarily went from sharp to suddenly dull as though he were far away. It stayed like that a while before returning back to it's original sharpness. It then settled into a sense of what she would call thought or brooding, like she felt when facing a challenge. She'd have to ask him about that when he got back.

"I'm going to read..." She said softly and opened up the cover leaning forward towards the firelight and attempting to read without any extra light. She was going to be reading for a while, but that didn't matter right now. It was fine...fine to read.

Some time later, after having washed up and changed into fresh clothing, Kakashi was walking through the city of Tar Valon. This time he enjoyed looking at the masonry and tall towers. The city was truly impressive in every sense.

In his right hand Kakashi held his quarterstaff, though, he didnt expect a fight inside the city. It was just habit that he carried it everywhere with him anymore. The journey from home hadnt been entirely peaceful and he had been forced to resort, at least twice, to using his staff.

As Kakashi walked along the streets of Tar Valon, he often entered inns and taverns breifly so as to try and hear of the worldly happenings. The last inn he stopped in, he didnt really look at the sign, though he thought it had something to do with an axe. This one he stayed at longer, taking a seat at an empty table and looking around a bit while relaxing in the chair. He had been on his feet walking around the city most the day.

The smell of the rivers. The smell of water, All very common to her, but she didn't realy like this smell. It represented her leaving o tear, and joining of the white tower. Growing up to fear Aes Sedai, she didn't like the concept at all. fingering her Dagger, she felt safe; for the moment.

Wndering over to the railing, she watched the curdling waves brush against the river Stalker. A slow boat, but it was necessary. She had to leave Tear and not come back until she was prepared. That was the key, to be prepared for anything. Frowning she hoped that she could do this. It was supposedly difficult to raise to acceptedhood, and even harder to ebcome ases Sedai; With not guarentee of successs. That was the catch, she could go there for years; And come out, just able to control the one power, nothing more. But i can do this, if i can navigate the paths to stay in these clothes, i can navigate the White Tower. Hopefuly.. She looked around at the sailors going every which way, doing this or that. tightening some cords, loosening others. It looked Hecktic, but she knew how to do it, she ran away as a kid and stayed on a boat, learning it all, including the language. She smiled at the thought of her mothers face after that incident.

Walking over to the captain, She smiled. "any chance we may get there before night fall?" "No mam, sorry for the inconvienience" he replied. "fair enough" smiling she walked down to her cabin, it was the captains, but not any more, her stuff everywhere. It looked more like her room, then a normal woode captains quarters. sitting on the bed, she decided to read something, before going to bed...

[the next morning]
yawning she woke up, it was already light out, and she could see a giant shadow from the mountain. "Blood and ashes. i dont want to be there!" she told herself, her voice deeper then most womens, it added to the illusion that she was a man and not a woman. but most people figured it out eventualy. "now, might as well get packed... Where is my stockings?" she asked the empty room. deductivly thinking, she found her suitcase, took three steps away, turned, and ducked dowm. "Ah. There you are" putting on her stockings, she grabbed her Jacket and slipped it on over top of her more feminin clothing underneath. "now, we finish up" she never wore shoes. Maybe they didn't need them in the White Tower. Grabbing her cleaning utensils, she brushed her short hair menacingly, until it stood slightly on end. Much like what young bos might wear, She didn't wear the hat, she found it pointless. Cleaning her teeth, she found some small pieces of coloured glass, nothing extravagent, just colourful. Looking at them she re-arranged them in such a way, that they looked to be part of one piece, shattered, but still whole.

Walking up the ladder, she found herself even closer to the island then she ever dreamed of going. In south harbour. Docking, the Captain demanded pay, but before she could give it to him, he decided that she didn't need to pay. Farewell miss, and good luck in what ever you are doing"he told her cheerfuly, he had cleaned his language to prevent any miss-haps. smiling proudly, she left on a board, and entered the great white city; Tar Valon.
