Kaosujin Ryu oops..short...baby being a fussy pants..damn this whole teething thing. Constance whispered as she looked around the hot springs. She had never seen anything so wonderful, so beautiful. She let go of Merrick's arm and took a couple steps in front of him, moving in a slow circle as she took everything in. Cassandra's eyes widened when she saw the hot spring. She hadn't imagined that it would be as elaborate and beautiful as this. "This is extraordinary."

Kasumi blinked in surprise at the elaborate setup; it was impressive, yet at the same time blended into the surroundings.

Merrick smiled faintly. He liked their surprised reactions; he had spoken to Samkim, Jess' son, and he'd been one of those who had helped with the building of the hot springs. He did however, allow those who had helped with its building to use it just as his friends were able to.

Lorcán tilted his head with interest, his gaze scanning the area. Very impressive, he thought.

Constance was still looking around in wonder when she was suddenly hit with water. She gasped and saw Nala running among them, shaking water off on all of them. She laughed and shook her head. "Well someone is anxious for us to get in the water."Amelia chuckled and shook her head, pushing her hair from her face. "She can be a little pushy at times."Cassandra snorted softly and shook her head in amusement. "Well why don't we follow her example and have a little bit of fun and relaxation?" She nudged Lorcan playfully.

Kasumi shrugged as she shed her robe, revealing she wore only a pair of navy shorts and a midnight blue bra. She flicked it into the air, watching it hang onto a peg next to the fence that stood near the changing shed.

Merrick chuckled when he jerked slightly, feeling paws scrabble their way onto his shoulder when Haname settled onto his shoulder. He sighed, noticing she was soaking wet. "Meh, it doesn't bother me any; besides, it isn't like we don't have plenty of time," he said idly as Haname leaped off onto the ground, somersaulting before she landed as he removed his robe to reveal his crimson shorts which stood out against his tanned skin.

Lorcán chuckled. "Then let's do it," he said with amusement as he followed Kasumi's example, revealing he was wearing a pair of dark gray shorts. He lobbed the robe upward, noticing that though he hadn't aimed it in a particular direction, it landed hanging on the fence opposite where Kasumi's hung. He wasn't all that surprised to see another robe land and hang next to his.

Constance quickly shed her robe to reveal her black bra and underwear. She pushed her hair back over her shoulder as she grinned happily. She couldn't wait to relax in the hot springs. Cassandra nodded as she took off her robe. She wore a midnight blue bra and underwear. She quickly pulled her hair back into a ponytail so she could keep it out of her face. "Yeah, let's go," Merida said with a nod as she walked past the others. She had already shed her robe and was ready to get into the water. She hummed softly to herself as she stuck her foot into the water to test it. It was a wonderful warm temperature. She slowly lowered herself into the water, allowing it to wash over her. Merida sighed with relief.

Kasumi tilted her head with a half smirk as she walked towards the water. She grabbed a soft handwoven cloth and body wash if someone decided they wanted to use it just in case.

Merrick tilted his head as he shrugged, walking towards the water. After a few minutes, he slid into the water, mildly amused at the change from a cool breezy air to warm heat. He wondered if the women had noticed the interior fence was extendable and retractable, though at the moment it was retracted.

Lorcán walked towards the water, shivering slightly at the cool brisk spring breeze that had started to blow. He glanced to his right and noticed the full moon rising over the trees.

Constance followed after Merrick, sliding into the water next to him. She let out a breath, closing her eyes for a moment. "Hmm, this is nice," she said softly. It was already beginning to relax her muscles. She hadn't realized how tense she was. She opened her eyes a little to look over at Merrick with a small smile on her face. Cassandra walked with Lorcan, following his gaze to the full moon that was rising above the trees. She smiled a little. She had always loved the glow that came from the room. She didn't know why, but she found it relaxing, peaceful. With a small shrug she slipped into the water, allowing herself to relax for the moment. Carolyn quietly got into the water, her eyes flickering around at everyone else. She was grateful that they were all still alive and well. Things had gotten a bit hairy recently. Now that she was ready to fight back, she couldn't understand why she had been so hesitant. She had been like that all her life.

Kasumi tilted her head, glancing Carolyn's way. "Trust me, I know what it's like to be hesitant; I was raised to act as a princess, though while I found it sometimes relaxing... it just didn't feel like me. I felt the urge to explore the wilder places, the challenging places," she said with a sigh as she slid into the water. She shifted, hearing a slight snapping sound before she noticed something floating in the water. She blushed, realizing that she'd accidentally leaned back just right against a sharp edged rock and it had cut into her bra, which since it was a strapless one, had simply floated off. She shivered slightly, feeling her body react subtly to the hot water. I wonder if it's normal to get aroused in a hot spring, she thought.

Merrick smiled slightly, glancing up at the moon. It relaxes muscles you don't even realize are tensed... though sometimes it tends to tense other muscles," he murmured quietly, gently running his fingers across her shoulders and the back of her neck. The water made her skin feel even silkier than normal.

Lorcán slid into the water. "It's funny how tense most people are and they don't even realize it; I guess we should be glad we have ways to relax," he sighed.

Carolyn looked at Kasumi with a slightly raised eyebrow. It seemed that Merrick's mother had a way of reading her mind. She couldn't help but chuckle a little when Kasumi's bra popped off. "That usually seems to be my luck half the time," she said softly nodding to the floating fabric. Constance smiled a little more widely as goosebumps appeared on her arms. She may be in hot water, but Merrick's touch was enough to send her body on edge. She scooted closer to her mate, resting her head on his shoulder. "It's nice to be able to relax.""People don't realize it because it's normal to be tense these days," Cassandra said as she looked over at Lorcan as he got into the water next to her. She shook her head a little. "It's a shame that it is the norm now."

Alede OOC - Is it just me, or does Kasumi lack modesty completely?
Kasumi smiled faintly, seeing the subtle hints of surprise in Carolyn's body language. She glanced at the floating bra, but made no attempt to scoop it up. "I don't read minds; it isn't one of my many talents. Body language, however, can give away one's thoughts even if they don't realize it unless they know how to hide it," she sighed with amusement as she leaned slightly to her right so that the sharp edge that had cut her bra didn't touch her skin though the movement did accentuate her bared breasts against the water though they were a couple of shades lighter than the rest of her lightly tanned skin.

Merrick chuckled at Constance's response. "It's amusing that most of the time people are too 'busy' to relax, yet they complain when they don't have time to relax," he said softly, feeling his muscles simultaneously tense and relax. Seems we can't get enough of each other, he thought as he felt her arm winding around his hips and almost idly stroking his outer thigh as if she didn't even realize what she was doing.

Lorcán chuckled at Merrick's words, agreeing completely. "Very true; it seems as if people simultaneously claim that there isn't enough time to relax, yet they also claim that they're too busy with their lives to relax... that's why they have to make time," he said with amusement, trailing the tips of his fingers along Cassandra's thigh teasingly.

Kaosujin Ryu lol it does seem that way...hmm, I was thinking that when they arrive back home, maybe Constance's mother managed to escape? Because they let down their guard around her because Constance suddenly went off the grid? Carolyn said with a small nod of her head. She lay back her head and closed her eyes, allowing herself to fully relax.They all needed this time. It would help them with all that was to come. Constance chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, people just can't make up their minds." She rolled her shoulder slightly, unaware that she had began to stroke Merrick's thigh. "They just have to decide to make time to relax. That's the only way to get through life without going crazy."Cassandra nodded as everyone else spoke. They were all right. People just seemed to not know how to make time to relax. That was they really needed. The mind set to be able to say enough was enough and relax. She had to admit, she was guilty of not taking time to relax. There always seemed like there was some problem for her to fix. Amelia sank into the water, her fingers moving gently across the surface. She could hear the others speaking, but something else had her thoughts. Images flashed in front of her eyes. Darkness, fire---anger. Her head tilted to the side slightly. It seemed that Rosalyn had found a way to escape and keep herself hidden. The others were too distracted when Constance disappeared and took their attention from her mother. I will tell the others later. We need to train. She thought to herself. She knew that's what Rosalyn would have wanted them to do.

Kasumi chuckled softly, amused. She shifted, scooping up the washcloth with one hand and the body wash in the other; it had been a long time since she'd had a relaxing hot bath, since the shower she'd gotten at the hotel had gotten ice cold after three or four minutes.

Merrick tilted his head as he shifted, relaxing his shoulders against the smooth rocks even as he felt a certain part of himself starting to take notice of Constance's unconscious ministrations. "Hmmm," he hummed softly in his throat.

Lorcán exhaled softly, lightly trailing the tips of his fingers up over Cassandra's hip and side playfully. He wasn't sure why he was teasing her at the moment, but it was somewhat amusing.

Constance looked over at Merrick when he hummed softly in his throat. When she realized what she was doing, and how it was making him feel, she grinned widely. She moved her fingers even more slowly, teasing him a little bit more. Cassandra shifted as Lorcan's fingers ran over her hip and side. It tickled slightly and she chuckled. "Hmm, that's teasing," she said softly in his ear as she kissed his cheek. Merida shifted in the water so she was submerged up to her neck. She sighed softly as she closed her eyes and let herself drift. She could vaguely hear the others, but she didn't know what they were saying.

Kasumi slowly drew the washcloth across her shoulders and throat in a seductive manner, watching Carolyn from the corner of her eye.

Merrick opened one eye to a slit as his iris glowed a brilliant golden amber. "Are you trying to turn me on?" he murmured, a low purring growl at the edges of his voice as he felt his body reacting to her touch.

Lorcán paused momentarily near her lower abdomen where he'd been lightly rubbing circles around her navel. "Hmm?" he said idly, as he'd only half noticed what he was doing.

Carolyn felt somebody watching her, but she kept her eyes closed. She didn't care who it was, she just wanted to relax. And right now she was to the point where she could almost fall asleep. Constance gave Merrick an innocent look as he looked at her with one eye. She then smiled mischievously as she shrugged. "Hmm, maybe. I take it that it's working?" She kissed his neck gently before pulling back away from him. She delighted in the way his voice and body changed for her. Cassandra laughed softly as she rested her hand on his chest. Her nails ran lightly up and down his skin. "Oh you know what you do to me," she said softly as she watched him.
