Misty listened and watched as he began to explain. When the stairs came down from literally nowhere, she jumped back a few steps. She stared at the steps, up at where they led to as CJ took her hand.
"I.... uh...." she began. With absolutely NO idea what to say or think. "I'm not sure if I'm hallucinating or dreaming.... but I'll feel better when things make sense again." she said finally, looking back at CJ.

C.J. shrugged. "Sounds a little unorthodox, but it's all good. I assure you, this isn't a dream. Not really a hallucination either." he added as he put her hand in his and started climbing up the steps and up into . . . what looked like . . . wait, what the fu' . . . HOW'D Y'ALL GET INTO MY HOUSE?!
"So THIS is where this goes! I was wondering about that!"
((So the stairs go through the computer?! Damn!))

Misty cautiously followed after CJ. As the environment around them changed, her cautious movements suddenly froze. She stopped dead in her tracks and looked around the... house.
(( .... maaaaayyyybee this wasn't a good idea for her. You might be carrying her back down there. ))

C.J. was the first one through, smiling as they came up to the one guy typing on a computer. Hey, what? OH hey! How's it going? I'm C.J. the writer. Y'know, guy on the other side . . . *whispers in the character's ear* she alright, dude?
"I hope so . . . maaaaaaybe shouldn't have mentioned this part."
Yeah, no kidding. Uh, anyways . . . I'm one of the writers. It's nice to meet ya, Misty.

"I..... uh...hi. Wh-what... what is this?" Misty asked, her muscles slowly loosening up enough for her to move again.
(( Yeah, might have been a bad call on my part. This has never really happened for anyone besides CC before. Cat's used to it by now. ))

Well . . . how do I explain this . . . I'm one of the writers of the story you and the OTHER me are in, Mist'. Pretty much, I make with the type-type-type and it happens down there! Kinda hope that's an easier explanation for you, che'!
"C'mon, Mist', it's alright . . . he's mostly harmless . . . unless you're a cheeseburger or a guitar string." C.J. mentioned, smiling as he sat on the couch, leaving room for the young lady as I sat on the chair, typing away.
I can demonstrate if you wanna.
((It's all good. It's interesting. Hopefully she doesn't panic TOO too bad.))

Misty tried to shake her head clear and carefully made her way over to take a seat. Keeping as close to CJ as she could. Erm... her CJ. Not the one that was at the computer. "I... s-so... So whatever you type up happens?"

Well, yes and no. I can only help what happens to the peeps in with me. Arell, the C.J. next to you and Dun' came outta here . . . *taps head* and into here. *taps the laptop* however, there's other writers out there that do the same thing. Your writer, Mist' is a nice lady. She and I helped y'all get together.
C.J. (the character) but his arm around Misty as he shrugged. "So yeah, this is who I talk to when I do that little jump thingamajigger." he mentioned as he relaxed.
Okay, someone might not be so convinced. Allow me to help . . . when you get back down and to Metropolis (your next stop on the circus if I remember my post right), head over to that nice restaurant close to the Daily Planet. Classy as hell and the food's great! And by the way . . .
it's on me!

Misty sighed a bit frustratedly and leaned against her C.J. "So.... this has... this is..." she began, but couldn't seem to figure out what to say exactly.
"..... I... I really don't know what to say." she said as she scratched her head, then looked up at CJ. Her expression more than a little confused.

C.J. looked back at her and then back at me (that's one of the writers for those not paying attention at home) as he held Misty.
Well, to be fair, it DID kinda make better sense in my head. Okay, lemme ex-
"It's kinda complicated, darling, but it doesn't change us. Just . . . y'know, if you ever have one of those 'today kinda feels like someone's writing my life' moments . . . he's one of the people typing away at it." he mentioned, holding her close.
Well, for finding this out, Mist' I think you're taking it better than most people!

Misty paused another moment, then sighed and leaned against CJ. "I... guess that sort of makes sense." she replied. "I can't imagine how other people would take it. With all of the... really crazy crap that's gone on, sort of feels like my life is a bad movie..."
