Aizen took in what Luo had to say and laughed as he brought up the fatal flaw in the Western system," Indeed, that is the flaw in this style of Diplomacy, and a man did exactly what you said and exploted the system to his own gains, I can assure that my Kage is much more trustworthy then that man, but if it pleases you Luo-sama I could arrange to have her meet you as soon as she gets back from the exams." he stated as he nodded to Luo and gratefully accepted the papers, " I thank you for praise Luo-sama, it's the way of Iwa to try things outlandish once in awhile as our former Kage demonstrated I'm sure!" he laughed as memorys of Jade came back to him. " No Luo-sama I believe we are done here, I thank you once again for seeing me." he said as he stood up and bowed to show his respect, he then turned his attention to Zai who had just walked into the room, " Senpai! what are you doing here?" he asked as he question was quickly answered," She wished to see the village Senpai, and I had to attend to bussiness, I was assured by some of the guards that she would be watched and protected if need be, but I see I indeed have failed on that part of my task, forgive me for doing so." he stated slomly, he himself disappointed that he had disappointed Zin.

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist  LT sighed as he finished brewing the coffee and laid out four mugs, one for the new visitor which he heard enter the room behind him. And after hearing Aizen call the man Senpai, LT pegged the man whom he has yet to meet as a Sanin ranked shinobi from Iwa. LT poured the black gold into the cups and turned around to face the company in present. He first placed the cup on the Mizukages desk, then from highest rank to lowest gave each their appropriate mug. But when LT turned to face Zaiaku, LT froze for a split milisecond, only enough for Luo to notice, but all were high enough rank in skill to hear him breath in the name... "Orochimaru" so very quietly though. His clones would not have recognized this man due to Tares reading a history book just this morning about the fabled Saanin of Leaf who turned traitor and murderer. He knew that white skin, those eyes, and the jewelry were almost all the same, as if that man was reincarnated. Infact, LT wouldnt doubt it, the man was trying to live forever to accomplish his goal of learning all jutsu. But clearly that man couldn't be alive today so LT quickly recovered and finished delivering the coffee. "Would you gentlemen care for creme and sugar? The sugar is the best in the world, imported from the Land of Grass." Tares glanced toward the door, he knew Sayuri was still out side, her heart was still racing, he could feel it, and almost hear it pounding in his head. But he more important matters to tend too, the first and foremost the protection of his Kage, even though he didn't need it, it was still LT's job. Tares then grabbed his mug from the counter top and walked over to take his place by the Mizukages side.

He then merely took the cup of coffee which had a great smell to it, and sipped from it. However, he did notice something, the name he uttered. A smile fell upon his pale complexion, a little glint in his eye. "I haven't been called that in quite some time..." He said as he then nodded his thanks to LT before returning attention to Aizen. "I see...very well then." He said, pausing for a moment. "She was fine, though one attempted an attack on her though now all is well. Is business done here?" He asked, his eyes briefly surveying the room for a moment before falling back to the general view. His curiousity about the young girl by the door made him curious on several notes. But showed no signs of interest that confirmed his curiousity. His arms crossed to his chest, his hair slumped slightly over his face though not enough to even cover the eyes. His eyes were on the two mist shinobi, though he was also aware of the young girl behind them and Aizen. He waited for either to speak.

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri glued her eyes to the man who had spoken to her until he vanished into Luo-sama’s office. A hostile, intense glare making her icy azure eyes a brittle, steely blue, Sayuri stared fearlessly into the eyes of the unfamiliar shinobi. She nodded once to him, a noncommittal, infinitesimal jerk of her head that was hardly noticeable, and kept her eyes riveted on his back until the heavy wooden door swung shut behind him. Her quick mind was already at work, taking detailed, careful notes on the foreign shinobi as she glimpsed a brief image of Mizukage-dono, Tares, Aizen, and the foreign shinobi all staring each other down in the office. In one fluid, lithe movement like that of a cat, she focused on the feeling as her muscles bunched and rolled, righting her petite, slight figure into a standing position. She rolled her still-tired shoulders and tilted her head sharply to one side, feeling her neck crack with a gentle popping sound. Her eyes snapped shut briefly as she pulled a deep, calming breath in through her nose, counting slowly to ten and calming herself. Her eyes were back to their usual intensity when they fluttered open again, her long, dark blonde eyelashes sweeping up to reveal her glacial eyes. Pulling her right arm across her chest, she began her stretches in preparation for her exam, and pulled her leg up behind her, grasping her ankle for a quad stretch. Her perpetually chilled fingertips touched gently against the smooth, cold sterling silver of her special necklace.
The long, thin chain bore two charms; one was a small plate engraved with both Sayuri’s nindo and the symbol of Kirigakure no Sato, the Village Hidden in the Mist. The other charm was engraved with the tiny flame that represented the Hyuuga clan, The back of the charm was emblazoned with the Kanji for her clan’s bloodline, the Byakugan. Her mind was still racing as she wished desperately for her bloodline, wishing that she could see into the office and keep an eye on LT. Damn it, get it together, she mentally reprimanded herself as she relaxed into a deceptive state of composure. The thought of Tares and the Lord Mizukage trapped in the office with the two foreign shinobi, however, had her swallowing the bile that threatened to rise up in her throat. She gritted her teeth together and waited impatiently for Luo or LT to come direct her towards the examination room."That's the whole point."

In order to continue the conversation and not to give birth to an awkward silence LT decided to involve a little information. "You must be talking about the wandering shinobi girl, Emily. Yes i do believe she came under attack from an Ushio if im not mistaken, it was the Mizukages cousin. I apologize for Kari's acts, she does tend to run a bit." LT gave a glance over to Luo, hoping he wasnt over stepping his bounds by reveling how powerful, or how mad Luo's cousin really is. "Blood-lustful might i say. Any how i have a question that pertains to this...Alliance, are our shinobi freely allowed to walk in-between each others villages and train under a fellow nin, or was the term neutral completely effective down to the letter." LT took a sip from his delicious coffee, and leaned against the counter top that ran along the walls of the office. With his free hand he gently stuffed casually into his pocket and tilted his head to the side, I was the casual stance for LT, the appearance of passive would come to mind to those who took notice. LT wore Jounin standards with the standard Mist vest. Yet attached to his belt was almost solid white ANBU mask except for the four blue triangle tears that poured from the masks eyes. The only oddity about LT was his silver white hair that almost matched the mask, and the three Mist-headbands that were attached to his uniform. One was a normally tied around his forehead, another tied and/or attached to his left sleeve, and the third was part of his belt. Tares felt more than heard the girl out side getting up from the floor, he half smiled as he could see in his minds eye the determination to drive on, which so was like Sayuri. He new she would pass the exam the first go.

A smile fell on his lips. "It would seem the Hyuuga has finally collected herself...." He said in a low, yet smooth voice. How he could tell, one thing he learned from the hidden leaf during his time and the war against it was all Hyuuga's had one similar trait, the faded white eyes. Thus it matched her physique and how she carried herself. He wasn't really minding on who all heard him, but it was noted that he knew much more then otherwise seen. He turned back to LT and nodded. "Its alright....Emily sees her as a friend now, so it should be interesting. It would seem her family suffered similar fate as Emily's as well. As for your shinobi entering the village to train under others is fine, as long as surely our own can do the same." He said, finishing his statement and carrying the conversation so silence wasn't born. Of course, his powers of observation was well known, and the only reason he knew of the Hyuuga girl was due to her eyes. Unless she was blind, but he had confidence in the other. Of course, the Uchiha Clan one wouldn't know one from the other until they activated their eyes. Just like how Jade's did when the two battled in the war against Rock and Leaf.
((quick thing, he suspects her a Hyuuga from the traits all hyuugas have. The eye faction, Neji, his dad, his mother, his sister, and all other members had those eyes. And info on website so thats where he gets the assumption))

((OH MY GOD MY INTERNET IS WORKING AGAIN! Sorry guys, it was doing this weird thing where it said I was online but wouldn't load anything. Hopefully it's fixed now.))
Watching the man walk in as Tares placed a mug on his desk, his nostrils took in the aroma the moment the man's complexion and even all around appearance almost startled Luo into a wide glance...almost. His body remained in its original position, the caffeinated beverage holding any tension in his body that would have come hostage. Nodding at the man who apologized for his intrusion, Luo heard the utterance of Tares, and his explanation for Kairi's behavior.
"Kairi like all Ushio's holds a great interest in furthering her training, by any means necessary. Although because of her immediate family background, it seems though that her methods prove to be rather odd. I hope that she has not startled your student in any way, or given her any reason to fear those in our village. But I understand your concern fully and agree. Children are not to be left to wonder alone without proper knowledge of self defense." As Luo's odd manner of speech rang forth in the mutter he was characteristic for having, although never found to be inaudible, Luo's head lifted at last as he extended his right hand to the sannin, the beam of light which hit his eyes slowly receding to revealing on one eye as the sun took its path. "I am the Nindaime Mizukage Luo Ushio. It is a pleasure to meet you." Waiting for the man to introduce himself, Luo took stock of Sayuri outside of the room as he muttered, "Tares, escort Sayuri to the exam room please."

Uchiha Bloodline| Mist ANBU Captain| Jonin Commander|Bloody Mist LT immediately turned and bowed to his Mizukage, he turned and slid his mug of coffee on the counter that ran along the wall and gave a quick yet polite nod towards the Saanin and Jounin of earth. With that Tares turned an walked a few steps and slid out the room leaving the gentlemen to talk in piece. When he closed the door behind him he scanned the hallway for Sayuri. "Saya?" he whispered, trying to keep his voice down so not to disturb the others working in the building. "Are you okay? Im so sorry i couldn't come out and help you." LT honestly didn't know how she would react now, she probably felted like he abandoned her. He reached his hand out to her not sure if he should touch her or not, so he leaned in and put on hand on her shoulder, "Come on, ill take you to the exam room." LT began to guide her to the location of the exam room. Upon opening the door LT found another clone of Luo inside sitting at the desk, in his normal, 'not interested gaze'. He knew that it wasnt that Luo was not interested, it was just that his mental capacity was so vast and could focus on multiple things at once. So sitting and watching the exams probably took up 5 to 10 percent of Luo's concentration, LT guessed, most likely even less then that. Tares escort Sayuri in and quietly moved along the back of the wall.

Hatsuharu continued to study the pressure points of the body as he approached the tower. As he read over the scroll that Fordon gave him, he took a seat near the entrance to the Mizukage's Tower. Hatsuharu reviewed many of the major pressure points and the effects each would have if hit correctly. For instance, one could lose all function in their leg if hit directly on the pressure point located behind the knee. Also, if one is hit in the chin a certain way, they would be instantly knocked unconscious.

Clan Bonuses - Suigestu is a shinobi and one of Orochimaru's many experiments. He has the ability to turn his body into water avoiding physical harm and even slip easily into hidden and otherwise places where most couldn't reach in a solid physical form. It is shown he is also able to expand his muscles to handle heavier things like Zabuza's decapitation Knife. This also enhances his taijutsu but it shows he has to rest after long distance traveling and also constantly drinking water, otherwise shown with him carrying multiple amounts of water bottles on him. It is an assumption he is skilled at water style since his bloodline allows him to turn into water as well as him hailing from the Mist. However he is vurnable to eletric attacks more then others.
(Must have main element as suiton (water). Can reduce their body to water and move around in it, can also reform into their normal self. Very weak of raiton (lightning). Can manipulate water on a small scale, but cannot control others' water techniques. Must drink water constantly. Weak of ice, easily able to be frozen. Taijutsu +1 Rank.)
Speed Ninja - Like the name says these ninja are faster and more agile then normal ninja. They can use jutsu at such a fast pace that they can do more jutsu at one time then normal. Their speed is also faster then normal ninja.
(Can do 2 jutsu per post. Move, dodge, and attack speed is one rank higher, hard for anyone below Jounnin to even track these ninja)
Stealth Ninja - Although like the Assassin Type the Stealth ninja is a master of hiding and catching there opponent off guard. These ninja are very hard to notice unless they give an obvious clue ( such as puddle on a clear day on the ground). Attacks made by these ninja are done with out saying the jutsu's name and the ninja can hide their presence as well.
(Ninja of Jounnin and lower won't notice these ninja until they attack, jutsu doesn't have to be recited, just described)

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxAzure eyes leveled at Tares’ face, but her own betraying no emotion whatsoever, Sayuri looked into the eyes of her… Her what? Her friend? No, Tares was more than that to her. Her lover? Maybe, but nothing had officially had been decided. Her right shoulder twitched a bit as she attempted to hide her nonchalant shrug, shoving the thoughts aside and locking them away for the time being. She rolled her shoulders upon entering the examination room, watching the muscles in her shoulders and arms ripple as they flexed and smoothed. She tightened her gloves on her hands and bowed deeply to the clone of the Lord Mizukage. At least, Saya assumed that it was a clone, since the Lord Mizukage was in his office with the visitors. Placing a closed fist over her heart, she spoke in a flat, matter-of-fact tone, ignoring Tares’ questions that she knew he would be able to answer on his own.
“Luo-dono, my name is Sayuri Mizuki Hageshii, academy student, trained in ninjutsu under Kurai Sarutobi and in taijutsu under Tares Demascus. Aspiring Oinin.” She finished, studying her leader quietly. His face bore a blank gaze that immediately showed a lack of interest, which bothered Sayuri slightly. “I would be honored if you would proctor my Genin exam, sir.” She bowed to Luo formally and stared into the cobalt eyes of the Mizukage."That's the whole point."

"You'll never understand me..." xxxxSayuri forced back a grin as Tares took his seat in the most honorable spot: at the right side of the Lord Mizukage. His questions, however, sobered her quickly and she clasped her hands behind her back as her gaze slid over the contents of the manilla folder on the desk. Her curiosity raged inside of her as she strained her eyes to read the contents of the folder, her gaze flicking back and forth from the papers to LT’s face every few seconds. She arched an eyebrow and forced back a tiny grin as she answered in a calm, clear voice, lying and hiding her ulterior motives so carefully that no one, not LT or Luo, would be able to sense her lie.
“I became a kunoichi in Kirigakure because I wanted to become everything that my father once warned me not to be. I became a kunoichi to prevent the rapists, the killers, and the wicked people from hurting the innocent. I became a kunoichi to prevent what happened to me from happening to anyone else.” What Sayuri said was not as much of a lie as it had sounded like it would be in her head. She had another modus operandi, so to speak. She became a kunoichi to kill her father and anyone else who harbored the monster that had also lived within him, and it was illegal to kill civilians unless a person was a shinobi. “My goal for the future is to become an Oinin, a hunter, part of the undertakers. My goal for the future is to have my name strike fear in the hearts of my opponents.” She smirked wickedly as she stared into Luo’s cobalt eyes. As she spoke, Sayuri let her chakra flow through the air and focused it on the water in the cup before her. The energy radiated from her body and melded fluidly with the molecules of water. In one sweeping, lithe gesture, Sayuri guided it across the room, twirling the liquid in a small circle above her hand that moved as she gestured and spoke. The lazy, ever-widening circles kept her calm and level-headed after her panic attack."That's the whole point."

As the scratches of pen meeting paper were heard from Tares, he nodded towards the answer until finally looking up. "Huh," was the only word that left his lips for some time. The tone was professional, and sounded as if it was unimpressed. His eyes were blood red from the sharingan as he studied her expression, her eyes, her stance, and her flow of chakra. Nothing she did was able to escape his gaze as the sharingan studied every detail down to every skin imperfection to stray hair. He noticed them all... Finally he finished his notes before issuing his order. "The glass in front of you is all you will need for this exam, so let's get through this as quickly as you can. Perform the water manipulation technique on the water in the glass in order to first freeze, then melt it.
