Then I want you to run around the village with the vest on. Go to Kiri Park, Kiri Market, Hajime Beach, Kiri Library, Lt's Lodge and then back here to the tower. This should develop your muscles quite well for the next stage," Zane told him as he gave him the thumbs up.

Ame laughed at the manners bit, but she stopped after a little bit. "i know what you mean. but since my village is so small most of the people will come in after they at least knock first, which is o.k with me. and Zane, you may call me Ame." Ame told him with a wink in a calm yet sweet angelic voice. " oh,right, im here to talk to you about the stability of the villages. but i was hoping we could talk somewhere more private." Ame told him in the same voice hinting that they should go somewhere and talk.

"yes sir" So tod went down and found the vest and put it on. it was heavy but tod knew it would work. he clipped it on and tightened it. "ok here we go" said tod as he took off running and Hez was holding on to his shoulder for dear life.

Tod returned running still in his stone armor with stone bracers. he still was practicing Taijutsu with his bamboo rod. his actions were more mechanical then natural at this point of the run. the pain was ever there but he kept running. only two thoughts kept him going. 'i must not let down my teacher, the mizukage, and the village' and 'i wont be left behind again. this time i will secede.' with those two thoughts he pushed on. passed his normal limits all the way threw. he ran up the stairs toward the top and once he got there he collapsed. his armor and bracers crumbled away and the rod went rolling passed him. he was drenched in sweat and gaping for breath. but it did not matter. he had made it. h sat up and breathed "wow i did" he opened the vest to let out the massive amount of heat that had gathered there. Hez scampered up and sniffed at him "yeah buddy i did it" Tod said petting him. after grabbing the rod Tod used it to steady his now weakened legs.

The clone of Luo sighed as it dispelled itself to give Luo all the information. It was rather odd that he didn't know his whereabouts.

tod went into the mizukages office. and left a note on his desk for him. "im going to borrow this vest for a while. i will be at my home if you need anything else." then he left still using the bamboo rod to steady himself

Masumi looked after the Mizukage as he left. She sighed. From what she could gather, he wanted her to prove herself. She sighed. Pulling out a kunai, she narrowed her eyes and concentrated, completely oblivious to everything around her. A seal began to form on the weapon.
