Yeah...
On his own in combat Dante cant do a whole lot. Hes a mediocre fighter at best, and more of a jack of all trades weapons fighting wise than anything else. But you give him some engraving tools, a forge and some solitude and fugetaboutit...

29 puts him on the "Banned Tier"
And yeah, a system made to actually reflect Levippl would be neat, but... as you can see, we have a couple people who need that super-duper-human stuff in one place or another.
Strength, Speed, and Durability did seem to cap out at 4 though. Aside from Connor's parasite and wtf his crazy other thing is.

TMJ: Well, I mean, like.. how many characters can lift more than 100 tons, in Levi?
Strength should be something like
1: Understrength
2: Average (lift 1.5 bodyweight)
3: Athletic (lift 2x bodyweight)
4: World-class (lift 2.5x-3x bodyweight)
5: Abhuman (lift 5x bodyweight)
6: Superhuman (lift 10x bodyweight)
Using the "deadlift" as the lifting, because it's nearly total body. The human record is like 1100 or so, and that's by a 250-300 lb man, so roughly 3x his bodyweight. Anymore than that, and it's getting crazy.
EDIT:: Fish, I've actually mapped out Deitric's "ultra" form roughly in my head. It'll never happen, but he can do crazy s**t, depending on how far I wanted to go. From just making lasers via electromagnetic spectrum or radiation, to doing something like shifting planetary magnetic stuff or somehow warping planetary alignments. Or just travel as electricity or burst into an electron cloud, or something.

Well, The Other is a PLOT character. He was never meant for tournament combat. I guess technically he shouldn't be up there.
I also play Connor and the parasite at around 4 most of the time. 5 would be outside HoH and PLOT.
