I would give an update but, well, honestly I am too lazy. It seems like so much work. sweatdrop I don't suppose there is a nice little summary page I don't know about on Travian that I can copy and paste from?

I asked the same question a few weeks ago. The only thing I found even remotely close was checking the page source. And trimming out the info takes more time than doing it the normal way.
Hence why I just copy/paste prior updates, and update the update.

I keep an instance of Notepad up, with everything laid out to include the BBCode tags. When I upgrade something, I note it in the update. It saves a little time and lets me do the spamtastic update lists. :p

Edit: You goof. Did you just want to see if that would work? And I hope your hero is ridiculously expensive to revive, silly boy.

I hate to be the bad guy, but we really have to do something about our inactives. They just become targets for heavy raiding, and since they are so easily farmed, the rest of us are assumed to be farmable too. Restrictions on village sizes/ army sizes for membership are silly and inapplicable to us, but we really need to develop and enforce a policy on inactives. If any of them tried but couldn't get a sitter, an allowance could be made, but I don't think any of our inactives bothered. It hurts the whole alliance.

I've mentioned getting some ground rules for inviting and staying in to Arc but nothing more then "we should get some, would help our image".
I'm thinking maybe a mandatory post on the forums, then another subforum devoted to people taking an absence from travian as well as a 3 strike rule on going red with posting in the forum about it. Instant kicks for greys without warning.
Invitations should be for people with a pop of 300? Maybe 400? Something to show that you plan on playing the game rather then inviting people with 50 or 100 pop. It's just filling the guild with useless clutter and only hurts our image that we've been trying to push in a positive way.

Right now I am concentrating on getting my hero's mansion in my 3rd city to level 10 as swiftly as possible. It is the 15 wheater, and the only oasis is a double-wheat that I think someone else is eyeing. I will fight for it if I must, but I would rather simply claim it first. Hence my poor merchants are being run into the ground. biggrin I have yet to build much of any other infrastructure or my three sad little resource fields in the village.
