It could also be because this is the first time we've had anything like this, plus we're a new group. Perhaps (If anyone has it in their mind to make this an anual thing) once it's better known, there will be more people to attend, and to help. @ Techno Yesser! -hands them over- @Dragonprincess -sees person hanging on ceiling- O, hello. ^_^

And that would give us more time to plan. I think THAT was the problem. Even if the 15th was a good date, there was very little time for preparation considering it's a week-long event.
