I try to use my soul fire to engulf Emmy in flames, as well as setting my sword a light. "Fire of first take you!" I roar.

"Hwoo... you just gone and slayed the bush... Uwaah,... and it was such a nice bush too..." Emmy said whimsically, holding her bo staff at the ready, but definitely trying to gain some ground backwards. She really didn't want to hurt her friends, but she didn't want them to hurt her either. Seemed Misaki was really into this PVP thing... Well nothing but to defend herself. She tried to use her own magic to not only offer protection from Misaki, but to also strike back from a long distance air attack.

I immediately leap away from the pond and take off when I notice the type of attack that almost hit me. Nekora... I'll need to think of something instead of attacking directly... I allow random images to flash through my mind in mental defense against her as I know she absorbed the abilities of the mind reader we faced.

Ayumu:
You grab the spear just as Jasmine falls over, crying out in shock. Clearly she can't feel her feet.
Jade:
Both of these shots hit. She lays there for a moment before the clone dissipates. There is one less enemy to worry about in the forest!
Nekora:
When you lock onto the attacker, you find that it is Chi. However, she allows your message to get through before figuring out who you are, and then sends multiple images through to block you out. You can still feel her, but can't commune with her. The freeze attack launches.
Misaki:
You hit her with your sword, but not very well. She quickly gains backward ground, allowing for a distance attack. You get hit by a distance air attack, pushing you back a foot or two. It's strong, but defensive only. You'll need to strike truer this time.
Emmy:
You get hit by Misaki's Soulfire sword. It hurts, but you survive thanks to you moving backwards. Your air attack is weak and does no damage, but it pushes her back a few feet.
Chi:
Before you can get your defenses up, she gives you a message. However, you can still feel her presence in your mind, if just barely, even once you have your defenses up. Another freezing blast is shot at you. It doesn't hit very well, but it does catch your left hand, making it feel VERY cold. It's still useable, though. Just kind of numb...

She walked over to jasmine and began to cry slowly thrusting her spear into the jasmine's chest"I am sorry, it was for the training you said so..."she said hoping it really didn't hut in the forest.

I aim ten more exploding needles at the shore of the pond and fire them off. I then use the potential distraction to try to escape and mentally regroup in privacy if I can get far enough away.

I freeze myself another layer of defense, making a layer of ice on the pond's surface, as to give Chi a time to responce react to my message in case she does chose to back away, but not leaving myself open if she chooses to launch an attack.

"Ouchies... that hurt some... guess you really are into PVP mode ..." Emmy says, not enjoying the pain, even if it wasn't fatal. "Yet I don't want to die just yet..." she says in an airy voice, light as if the thought humored her. Emmy then focuses on just using her wind powers offensively, like a whirlwind to strike against the other. She wasn't going down without a fight. She held the bo ready to defend herself with her dojo's training, while taking a few steps back to brace herself, just in case.

I breath a sigh of relief after defeating the first opponent of the day. "Well, that was a good warm up." I mutter to myself. I then fly back up into the tree. Deciding to be the active one and go after the others, I start flying from tree to tree in search of either Misaki or Nekora, stopping in each tree to check the surrounding area for any potential adversaries.

After a moment, the clone dissipates. There is now one less enemy in the forest! After a moment, you think you hear someone else in the area.
Chi:
An ice layer begins to form, which you damage with your needles. You only feel Nekora's presence leave your mind after you've made it halfway across the forest. You hear crying nearby!
Nekora:
Part of your ice layer is damaged by another round of explosions, but it quickly refreezes. You can tell from the lack of movement in the water that she didn't jump in. However, you feel her mind getting further and further away. Finally, it's too hard to maintain a link, so your mind naturally drops it.
Misaki:
As you charge at Emmy, a whirlwind is kicked up from her spinning bo staff. This throws you back, hitting your head against a thick tree, stunning you.
Emmy:
You knock Misaki back pretty far, hitting her head on a tree, stunning her. Now's your chance to strike back!
Jade:
You notice Misaki and Emmy doing battle. Misaki is stunned, so you might be able to take her out for Emmy.

I stop in the tree and quietly observe the battle between Emmy and Misaki. I keep my guns at the ready and wait for a one of them to be finished off so that I can leap in and exploit the opportunity.

She looked at where the sound came from and stopped crying after the clone was gone, she slowly got behind a tree she thought would be big enough to hide her, and looked around it, waiting for what ever made the sound to appear.

"...ohshit..." Emmy quietly squeaks, running over to Misaki's side, "um, are you okays Misaki?" she asks, as she also tries to take Misaki's weapon away from her.
