Well we could just ask everyone who cares and is present whats going on and activity should follow with a good plot, or common story line.

All Rp guilds of this type ( action, and organized group fan Rp's) are all founded in the story line and the Rp's ability to give them something to do. It's promoted for individual persuits and sactioned story development around groups, but a major plot does keep things running daily. Here it just seems that those involved in running the respective parts of the naruto world are vastly bsy RP'ers I'd know I've seen them every where I've bee (formally vastly busy). They've got too many things to reply to, and at the end of the day you can only focus so much on Rp'ing wiht your on life in the mix as well. What needed are cappable and effective newbies who'll dedicate themselves to a guild sice it's their introduction to a medium, or we just make it so damn interesting they can't wait to take part. Auto assigning seats are going to take place for a real plot to take place, but members are needed, so what's gonna be asked is that we look at out competition and see what's the difference and what our clean cut look provides over there most likely messier set up.
It 's really a democracy ith these things the guild is founded and survives on it's members and the work the place fort in thwe Rp's. just one good battle can gain a few members by word of "mouth".

Well I know what has happened in the sound village.
Kazzy became inactive and we (I) kept hassling him to post, but he eventually stepped down, then Pharao took over and let his friend who had just joined the guild, be Otokage. Mirouni came in with big ideas, but never acted on them really.
Then Pharao and Mirouni quit the guild, Pharao quit gaia, and Sound village died.
