I AM SO SORRY THAT I HAVEN'T BEEN ON!!
My laptop was broken ((fixed now!)) and I just started my freshman year of college! I'm so sorry! I can be Alice and Zelda again, and in any way you need me to. I can be on more now! I'm sorry!

Haha yea its no problem and umm heres the 'official' definition:
AWOL means absent with out leave. It is used in the military to describe soldiers who have left their post, base, job without having permission to do so.
For example, a soldier who just decided they were sick of the Army just packs up his stuff and heads home without telling anyone. He would be considered AWOL.
AWOL is also used to describe things which are missing... like your remote control, a few of the socks in the laundry room, and the key to your old apartment.
