Oh, wow. Both of those entries are awesome. I especially love Kai_chi's, the detailing on the water is pretty kick a**.

Maya your pic is nice I really like the colouring you do, but one thing I've noticed with your sailors pictures is the posing is very occurred like... it doesn't look to comfortable to be in the poses they're in. Have you thought about maybe trying to give them more fluid poses? Maybe try sketching out a few of them and choosing one thats looks more relaxed? Just a suggestion.
