Quite muffled as the acoustics weren't designed to work in reverse, Graff's call could barely be made out. Save for Par'il, who was not barely inside the arena anyways, not many inside would be able to hear him too easily. Siom looked back to the doorway of the hall where Isaac and Kayla were. Where he was standing, they were out of sight. So, without any hindrance in thought, he walked up the stairs he had rushed down earlier and found his place in the stands to watch the fight, not noticing Par'il was a few sections above him.

Paraiimil was surprised to hear Shin-lu's voice. He stumbled to the railing and peered over to see her walking in the arena. "Er... Hello!" he called back. He apparently didn't give the halfling credit in her skills as a marksman. He didn't think she would notice him on the balcony about four floors above the entrance. Despite the shout, his soft voice might not have carried well enough back to her.

Siom grinned as Kayla approached. "Certainly! You needn't ask. I always enjoy your company!" He pat the seat next to him to signal her to sit, then looked back to the field as Graff entered one gate, then Isaac from the hall entrance.

Dark walked back onto the arena grounds. The young, white-haired half-elf was pressed against his chest. Adeva's head slumped over his shoulder, asleep. The fight for her life, staying up through most of the night, and the emotional stress she had been through for the day wore her out. He attempted carrying her as a parent would their child, but the whole experience was awkward to say the least. This was in no way natural for him. As he approached her door, he had to shift his weight four times before finally figuring out how to get a hand free without dropping her. The door creaked open and he slid into the darkened room. Again adjusting twice to get the free hand, he pulled the sheets of the bed down and lay the girl down. Being separated from him seemed to bring her discomfort. Dark reached for the drawn-back covers. She quickly rolled on her side and tucked into a ball. He waited a moment for her to stop twitching before continuing to pull the covers up over her shoulder. He turned back to the ajar door and took hold of the opening. Looking back over his shoulder, questions flooded his mind, 'I know what I promised Siom, but is this going to far? How can I have feelings for her? How can I CARE for her - she's part ELF? Should I even remain here?' Adeva again shifted, grasping tightly to the blankets, and making a small sound. The thoughts left. Dark stared for only a moment to make sure she wouldn't wake, then slipped out, closing the door with no more than a 'click.'
