Kara put a light hand against the boy's back and pointed over to the playroom, "The playroom is over there, you can play there until we manage to get clothes for you and have the baths ready. I'm sure Saki is already there playing with the other children."

Indeed she was after all the small talking kitty could not resist children at all. She loved playing with them, she loved to get petted by them and as she rolled on her back and played cute, she took her job with the children very seriously.

Serenity laughed. "Well, you can both tell her," she said brightly. "And you can tell her that I'll be here for sure, I won't go anywhere else until she comes again, no matter how long it takes."

She put one hand on Celebor's cheek and looked at him lovingly. "You must be tired, you should wash and rest."

The boy grinned up at Kara. "Thanks! We'll see you later!"

And he smiled at his sister and tugged her hand gently. "Come on, there's new people to play with!"

At least, that was what he assumed.

The other children were already in the process of getting over their surprise at finding out what Saki really was. Most of them were still shying away from her, but a few of them - the youngest ones - were holding their hands out to her, trying to rub her belly as she lay on her back in the middle of the floor.

Donovan came in just in time to see Kara wave to the two children. He chuckled, he had to admit Kara took the questions very well. At least better than he did.

"Really?" Lin murmured.

That sounded interesting.

When Roydon and his sister entered the playroom, the boy could see immediately that the children were frightened - or at least nervous - of the strange winged cat, and since he couldn't see any other kids in there that he didn't know, his brain made the connection - this, then, had to be Saki.

Well, if the others weren't going to play with her, Roydon sure wasn't going to give up the chance.

"Hi!" he grinned, bouncing over to sit next to her. "I'll play with you!"

He giggled and started rubbing her belly, careful to make sure he wasn't pushing away any of the other children who were already playing with her as well.

Lin's eyes brightened, she didn't often get to meet people like herself, well the closest was probably Elberon, but she didn't get to talk to him much. Even when she began her riding lessons for that matter.

"Yes! Please....."

Celebor chuckled. "Right. Come on inside then."

He looked up at Serenity and smiled. "Nako, I'm going to introduce Lin to the boy and then I'm going to go to bed, all right? You go on and help Uncle Elrohir and Aunt Haradhel, I'll see you later."

And he smiled at her again, then put one hand gently in the small of Lin's back and prodded her forward. "In we go!"

Lin smiled widely as she hurried forward into the house. Since Celebor's growth and year stay in the Southland had quite drastically changed the dyamanics in which Lin and Celebor worked. In the past it was Lin who was the calm one, and in an odd childish way a sort of voice of reason, but Celebor... ever since Celebor had grown up had become more a big brother figure.
