Joker jumped and frowned. "What? I'm not being unreasonable. I think that should be enough to get a nice place for you to live that has enough rooms to keep me contained until whenever and for Kalore to stay comfortable, new furniture for you, a car for you and then I have to have enough to find a good enough office space to start buying all the things needed for medicine so that I can get Eldin started on that and see what he thinks. Plus I want to buy him a nice little set up with a scooter." Then he blinked, looking at Kit and then nodded. "Your right. Let's change five million and fifty cents so that I can go all of those things." He nodded having brought his back pack full of money that were taped.

Scowling at Dusk, Kyoshi growled at her when she finished the car. "Damnit Dusk!" He snarled and started to pace since he was now upset that Ziggy was worried about getting shot and that if he did then Dusk was going to shoot him when he didn't even HAVE his guns here. "He should be more concerned that he's going to get shot around Gambler than from me." At least he would tell the man he was going to get shot. With Gambler, you just never knew. Going to get a shirt, he found a white button up and put that on, not buttoning it up.

Joker frowned and blinked. "Fine." He said simply going into his bag to take out one million, five hundred thousand dollars in small and large bills. What was the big deal about wanting to change alot of money? Joker might have been over doing it but that was just how he was. Besides, he just wanted to get things settled down now so that he didn't have to worry about it. Sitting idle was not his cup of tea.

The angel calmed down and nodded at Dusk. He would do anything to please her. Even if that meant having to behave. Which was a good fortune for Ziggy since Kyoshi was concerned about this situation to keep him distracted. Tipping the corner of his mouth in a half smile at the man. "Yeah, your going to be a new addition to Gambler circle so you can keep an eye on her to see if she's not going insane." Which wasn't possible since Joker took that from everyone. "I have a document to state your position and what powers you have, just don't do anything to piss her off. I can't promise that she won't gut you or anything." Which was very possible.

Joker sighed. "I don't know how many anything costs in this place. I would rather be safe than sorry when I buy a house and a practice and things that need to be in them. This place looks pretty pricey and I can't really go move my house into the woods near the border here to keep in there since I'm not allowed to go back." he said with that frown on his generally cheerful expression.

Kyoshi shrugged. "Dusk's worried that something is going on with Gambler so she wanted someone to get close enough to see if everything isn't wrong. I think that Gambler is just being herself, perhaps not in the best way but I think she has her own reasons. But I'm not wanting to say anything because I don't want to be disloyal to my friend in Gam and hurt Dusk because I love her." That was why he couldn't have done in search of anything on Gambler. It would have compromised their relationships. The angel, offered Ziggy the paper. "You can go ask Dusk if she needs anything else for you to do but this is all for the moment."

Joker blinked. "I want this done so we can go find a nice place for you. As long as it has a basement, then I'll stay with you for a while. I'm going to see if I can pick up on the language so I can come back here to trade." He blinked, placing a soft kiss on Kit's cheek. Not because she gave him one but because he wanted to do that.

Kyoshi smiled. "Ziggy, your going to be a surprise for Gambler. But don't worry, your not going to get burned for it. I will. So just play along because she has no idea about this and she doesn't have seer abilities. If anything I'll get shot and gutted while you will end up doing paper work." He joked having to motion the man to follow him so they could head over to Area while talking to each other. "Anything else you want to know?"

Kyoshi chuckled. "No, I'm going to present the paper and state what's going on. You play along by being quiet until she talks to you. Then just watch in an amused expression about me getting hurt while doing paper work because she does care about ambassadors so you need to sign papers for medical and things like that. Just be cautious with the other guys there. They aren't nice even if you have to pretend it. Since your going to be part of her small group, your going to do things with Gambler. Parties, meetings, drinking things like that. Keep an eye on anything that might be off about her. How she works? Depends. She's good at what she does. She might say things that might not be right but perhaps if you read between the lines you could see some truth in them." He said, leading Ziggy to a short cut to Gambler's office.

The insane doctor thanked the man who handed him the money putting it in the back pack and scowled at Kit, pulling her close and holding her there so that he could take in her scent, his lips close to her's. "Listen Kit. I'm not buying you a house because I want some of you. I'm doing this because I want you in a safe place. I'm doing this because you deserve so much for all your hard work. Even if it just making drinks. It takes skills and patience to make them the right way everytime. I want you to pick a place you have always been wanting to live in because you like it. The cost doesn't matter. You matter." He watched her, waiting for her to pull away and call him insane and such.

Kyoshi shrugged. "These men come from different areas and different races. Anyone of them can just pick up a reason to hate you and present it to Gambler just to get ahead. Just watch your bad because they are rabid animals just waiting to have someone killed because they want all the good attention. I have to tell you though, it's not going to happen but you never know." He said giving Ziggy a grim expression as he walked into the bad neighborhood and into a broken down building that Gambler was in.

Going up the stairs he lead Ziggy to the door but didn't knock. "Look, whatever she tells you, don't take it to heart alright? I really don't want her pissed off that will make Dusk pissed off because something happened." He said, knocking on the door to wait for them to enter. Sooner, rather than later, Ziggy was going to know about Gambler's rules.

Joker blinked in surprise, wrapping his arm around her waist to bring her closer, ignoring the man at he counter...Well he almost ignored him since his monster was growling at him inside his mind. Anyways, Joker tilted his head to the side, reaching to touch Kit's cheek with his other hand. "I'm doing it because I care Kit. Don't get me wrong, I want you, I do but just not through this way. I'm doing this because I want to help you. I want you to not have any worries about having enough for the rent or having worries that someone is going to kick you out because you left their work. I want you to have your own place so you can be your own person. I'll pay rent to give you something for the food, light and anything else you need. I just want to help." He said softly, brushing his lips over her's lightly.

Kyoshi sighed and shook his head, not wanting to give Ziggy a bad version of it but not only that just when Ziggy asked what was going on, Gambler said enter. Opening the door, it was a nice office. Really nice than what was going on outside of it. Kyoshi motioned for Ziggy to enter and to stand next to him, placing the paper in front of Gambler.

The woman looked at the paper, reading it word for word until she looked up with her sunglasses on. "I see." She turned to look at Ziggy with a raised brow. "I was sure that someone else was an ambassador for Dusk. Hmm, who was it again? Ah yes, Rave. Where is he? Dead, I hope." Her tone was sweet, perhaps too sweet. Kyoshi cleared his throat and shook his head. "Rave is doing alot for Dusk therefore he couldn't be spared. Ziggy on the other hand is more than capable of being part of your twelve man group. Believe me Gambler it's much better to have Ziggy than Rave."

"No doubt. After all, I really don't want a reminder of what I am to the world." She said, placing the paper in her drawer, looking at Ziggy closer. "So, Mister Ziggy. Do you really want to be here? I have to warn you, I might make you jump through hoops and maybe a flaming hoop or two. Think you can handle that?" Kyoshi stood there with confidence knowing Ziggy enough that the man can handle anything and still look bored with it. Maybe Kyoshi was softening up.

The doctor chuckled and picked Kit up, taking her out in his arms. "Come my lady, I saw take you home so we can rest and bright and early I'll make you some breakfast and then off to this place you want to live. They have basements right?" He asked, blinking as he smiled widely.
