After a time, all of the other foxes settled back down and drifted off to sleep. When the sun dipped down below the horizon that evening, the two kits were among the first ones up. During their sleep, they had both grown slightly, but were still no where near being adults.
"I was worried earlier that we were gunna end up being awake all day," Yudoku said with a yawn as she stretched. Kin'iro chuckled nervously beside her and sweatdropped.
"Sorry, but I just had to know what was going on!" she replied. "Why weren't you more curious?"
"Sun=sleep," retorted the darker sibling. "I don't think much can hold my interest during the day." She glanced around at the rest of the tribe, eyes perfectly adjusted to the darkness. "Where are Kazuki and Ari?" she asked, noting their absence.
"I guess they are still wherever they went earlier," Kin'iro replied, looking around for them as well. "Hey, I don't know about you, but I'm kinda hungry and I don't think those deer are good anymore. Wanna help me catch a few lizards to munch on?"
Yudoku smirked. "Don't you mean that you want me to catch them for you?" she said teasingly to her sister. "You're not exactly the best hunter."
Kin'iro furrowed her brows slightly. "I can catch them just fine, but just faster than me is all." She sent off searching around the trees and bushes for a meal, Yudoku fiollowing behind.

Nato woke to the fresh night air. Ah, it was finally time. Time to tell the tribe the wonderful news. Looking to his side, Nato smiled at his mate all curled up next to him.
"Amira." He said nudging her. "It's time to get up."

Kazuki had also drifted to sleep a long while after Ari. It was a random cricket who jumped onto his ear. His ear twitched and Kazuki slowly yawned and stretched waking up to the fresh night air. He opened his eyes when suddenly he had a huge craving for some meat. He looked over at Ari and began to nudge him.
"Ari...Wake up..." He continued to gently nudging his mate softly.

"Five more minutes...." Amira murmured while pawing gently at the currently unidentified fox that was nudging her. However, now that she had been semi-awakened, the female fox's mind began to work again. Why was getting up today so important? She had forgotten something, but what? Forcing her sleep hazed mind to function properly, Amira quickly went over the possibilities. Oh! Today was the day that she and Nato planned to tell the tribe their good news! Filled with new energy at this realization, Amira stretched luxuriously and finally opened her eyes. As she smiled at her mate, her eyes twinkled with joy. "Hello love. How are you this fine night?"

Ari slowly blinked open his eyes. But nearly as soon as consciousness came to him, so too did the memories return. He thought about going back to sleep, and just staying that way forever. Let Kazuki run the tribe--Sigal was gone now.
No, he shouldn't. That was stupid and immature of him. The tribe was his responsibility, no matter what. He couldn't go and dump all of that on Kazuki. They both lead.
Although the idea of a nice long vacation away from everyone and everything sounded nice.
Maybe he could go visit Sigal...
No. He had to stay, and he had to help lead the tribe. His duties came before his wants.
No matter how much he wanted to just quit everything.

Kazuki finally gave up. He glared at mate.
"Well fine! Stay here and mope for all I care!" He stood up fuming and made his way out of the hallow. He planned to catch some...rabbit yes. He was craving rabbit. As he quickly made his way away from Ari he realised did he just have a fit? No that wasn't right or normal. He tilted his head and just shook it and continued to walk towards some rabbits he was sniffing out.

Michie stretched his small body, letting out a long yawn. He had slept through the entire day, and felt great. The moon was just rising, causing the sky to be a deep, dark purplish blue. Smiling softly, he stood up and padded out of the silent clearing, in search of something small to catch. Hmm... fish. That sounded good. Nodding to himself, he went off toward the water.

Nato couldn't hold back a smile at the tired Amira. He knew that soon enough it would come to mind that tonight was the night they told the tribe the big news. And sure enough, it wasn't long before Amira was up looking rather excited.
"I'm doing well. I have to admit, I'm a bit excited to tell the tribe. How are you?"

"Caught another one!" Yudoku called out in a gloating fashion to her sister. With a grin, she placed the freshly caught lizard atop of a small pile that she had been building up since they started.
Due to her sister's speed, Kin'iro had only succeeded in capture two thus far and looked down at her pathetic pile. "You always take the fun out of this," she complained, adding her two to Yudoku's pile. "I think we have enough now though for breakfast. Gotta let some stay alive for us to eat tomorrow ya know."
Yudoku nodded in agreement as the two started their meal.

I'm so not going to be the one explaining that. XD))
Anjafey woke up with a yawn, looking around the clearing. The main group seemed to have split off, and she vaguely wondered where the two sister kits had gone. Shrugging, she stood up, stretching stiff muscles, and padded away on silent paws. She didn't much care if she ran into anyone as she walked, it just felt nice to move about outside the clearing.

"I'm excited as well." Amira smiled up at her mate, finally escaping the clutches of sleep. "Shall we go find the others then?" she asked, trying to hold in her excitement. The young female really wanted to share her joy with their friends. They had been there for each other when the tribe had first been formed. Now they had another reason to celebrate, despite Sigal's recent departure.

"Yes, I believe we should go find the others now." Nato could hardly wait to see the faces of the tribe members, espacilly the old ones who knew him well, when Amira and himself told them the news. As he began walking with Amira, he noticed a familiar scent.
"Anjafey." He said calmy out into the darkness.

Anjafey turned to regard the voice calling to her, right ear twitching. After a moment, she realized who it was, and she headed towards the pair. Sure enough, Nato and Amira emerged out of the darkness. "Hello there you two," she responding, nodding her head in greeting. "It's nice to see you again."
