Xander stands in awe as Ren runs away. Stupidly running after her he tries to stop her without hurting her. "Please stop I might be able to help."

Ikuto is sitting at the entrance, waiting, when he sees Xander he tilts his head to the side, ((As seen in the photo)), "Where's Ren?"

"She is running in the woods looking for buttercup. Little one I am tired so I am going to sleep for a bit ok." Xander licks the kitten on the head and goes to lie down.

Deep in the forest near the pack's den, something was hiding in a dark hollow beneath the roots of a large, ancient tree. There was a long silence, save for the soft scuttle of small rodents scavenging for food. The sun was setting on the western horizon, illuminating the trees in a soft red glow. After a moment, the thing hiding in the dark hollow slowly emerged. It was a wolf, a female wolf to be exact. Her fur was dull and patchy, like she hadn't been grooming herself. The ribs showing through her skin suggested she hadn't eaten anything for a very long time. She was very skittish; even the sound of the small rodents upset her. The wolf stood outside the hollow, staring in the distance; a strange far-off look clouded her eyes.

Xander wakes up after a nights sleep and finds all the wolves asleep still. Xander still sore from the previous days trials sits next to the entrance and licks his sore muscles.

❣ Ren wakes up in a small cave, not that far from the den, she goes outside and yawns, "I must have fallen asleep." She starts running in the direction of the den. After fifteen minutes she arrives at the river near the den and she sees Ikuto there waiting for her. She yawns and decides to lay down. She lays down and closes her eyes. Ikuto goes on her head and lies down, he falls asleep. ❣

For some odd reason he feels he should go to the spot were he had been with Ren the previous day. Gruffly sitting up he looks back at the den thinking that no attackers would attack while the colossus Cloud sleeps near the entrance. Xander walks on down toward the water front smelling the dank cold air of the river. He spots Ren a short bit later and sits next to her waiting for her to wake up.

Xander lowers his head and raises his hindquarters in preparation of an attack by Ren. Thinking that she is playing with him he let out a growl in response.

Xander stands up realizing that she didnt recognize him Xander asks,"Whats wrong Ren? And were did you go off to last night?" trying to be comforting Xander attempts to sit next to her.
