Crystal heard what the ninja had said and it surprized her. 'wasn't as bad as it could have been? He just said something nice. I didn't expect that from him, not when he a been a bit irritating the rest of the time. Oh well, I'll wish him luck then head off for the exams' Crystal though to herself "It wasn't easy trying to get along with you but as my grandpa says everyone is different, they have there own uniqe personality and there own way of doing things. Good luck to you." Crystal says in a kind tone then leaves for the exams

Don't worry...♦ Yukai Okaeshi ♦ ==== ♦♦♦♦ ==== Yukai paused. She was hopeing Shiso would not ask that, but it couldn't be helped. "I don't remember much. I know I had been accused of stealing ice techniques from Snow, but i have never done such things, I have been told from a young age that my ice abilities are genetic." Her face was stern, she did not know if Shiso would believe her, but that was the truth. "I don't know why i am being blamed, but that is the truth, I hope you believe me." She put away her parasol, with obvious difficulty, into her obi, before resting her hand on her shoulder stump. "My attacker used blood to attack, it was hard trying to limit how much blood we lost, as I know they would be at and advantage. They manipulated the blood into a saw and hacked most of my arm off, it was hanging by a peice of skin, so I took the decision to pull it off, it would have fallen off anyway. That is pretty much it of what I remember, I do know that Seo saved me from dying of blood loss..." Yukai trailed off, what if he had passed the exams? Would she still be alive? Would she have suffered more then a missing arm?
"I just hope this does not result in war... me and you have been through one war, I don't want it to happen again" Yukai trembled slightly at that thought. "Hopefully. It won't result in war, and if it does, I promise we'll get out alive." Yukai smiled at Shiso. "Shiso, you are my best friend, I look up to you, just so you know, no pressure~" She laughed, a mischevious gleam in her eye. ==== ♦♦♦♦ ====

Ryumon Tensa "Know that the way of the shinobi should be one of love for his family and people...Know too that the way of the shinobi is terribly harsh..."

Ryumon ran at a break neck pace moving as best he could often opting to swing from tree to tree to maintain momentum and rest his legs at the same time.
"Crap crap crap.....I shouldn't have waited so friggin long to leave....i hope I can make it..... he said aloud as he continued.
"I will make there....I have to.....I need to know if I can do this!" he said using a tree as a spring board to send him self further and faster.
"I must succeed!" he said with conviction.

☽Madaraki Shiso☾ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ "Fly me to the moon, and let me play amongst the stars..."
"Sounds like someone's calling you out," shrugged Shiso with a small voice as she walked beside her blonde friend. Yukai was her friend, of course Shiso would believe her. Hardly anyone wanted to be friends with Shiso; aside from Kiko and Yukai. There was hardly anything special about her. But now that she thought about it... This was quite alot to take in. She wasn't sure what to say about Yukai and her kekkei genkai. "Good thing alive, huh?" she said with a weak smile before hearing about Seo, "That's good... But... Shouldn't you be going to the exams, too? Or... Y-You don't have enough missions to be admitted...?"
It wasn't her place to ask; it was actually a rather rude and nosey question to ask, too. But Shiso had a habit of acting first before thinking... Something she regretted along with not being a faster thinker. "I-I'm sure it won't. E-Even if we do, it won't be your fault. You're my friend too, okay?" said Shiso with a smile as she lowered her mask. Deep down, though, the thought of war made her heart sink; the ordeal and horrid experience never left her. And it made her weak each time she had to think of all the bodies and the smell of death that crept into her nose everytime she thought back to Hiyo's death... It made her angry, and made her sad everytime the subject of war came up, and though she had managed to conceal such conflict, it tore at her everytime her mind surfaced back to the image of every body sticking from the ceiling and walls...

???

As the two walked exchanging words, a small figure creeped from among the trees, following her blonde target while blending in to her surroundings. Calling this kunoichi a shape-shifter would be a common misconception; this girl could merely merge with her surroundings by assuming the molecular structure of other materials. Like snow, wood, or metal and could manipulate them into any shape that pleased her. Perferrably spikes.
So as the tiny figure moved along side her two targets, she returned back into her original shape and began adjusting the fox fur mounted around her neck. She then gripped the blade tightly in her hand and lowered herself a bit in order to better gaze at the blonde girl from where she was.
How to approach this... There was a million ways to kill her off, but how to do it perfectly...?

Nemutai Kumorai Zzz...
As the Kage and Kiko stepped out of the Mountain's and into the forest the Kage looked around a bit; it had been a while sense he had been out of the village; he had been meaning to go on a vacation back before the attack on the village happened; but those plans where quickly thrown out the window when he was promoted to Kage (Against his will albeit) "I am going to tell you now; you are most likely going to be the lowest ranking Ninja at the summit; unless one of the other Kage's brought a Chunin with them as well; although I could see most of them bringing a trusted Jounin with them in a Chunin's place" After all it made more sense to bring a Jounin then a Chunin; after all a Jounin was stronger; faster; and most times; smarter then a Chunin in economical; political; as well as Combat situations. "But don't let that intimidate you; just like the rest of the guards you where trusted enough to be selected over the other ninja in the village" What he said was true, he had selected Kiko over the Available Jounin; in his mind the benefit of her Inuzuka Abilities outweighed the Lack of experience in some situations.
(You post then I will reply at the Sea)
Zzz...

Don't worry...♦ Yukai Okaeshi ♦ ==== ♦♦♦♦ ==== "I didn't get invited this year, i'm glad though, I don't think i'm ready to take the exams yet..." Yukai sweatdropped, it felt like she was the only genin left, oh well, next year maybe? "Heh...instead of war let's just focus on getting the misson done, war isn't a nice subject to talk about is it? It won't happen. It...It just won't." She smiled reassuringly, all they had to do was get to the Udai Council, deliver the message and come back right? No more Snow ninjas were gonna have another go at her right? She hoped so, she didn't think she'd be able to defend her and Shiso with only one arm... Damn this one arm business was so annoying!
Yukai sighed, so much was going on, it was confusing and scary, she just wanted to scream and make it stop, fearing for her life took so much out of her, she could be jumped at ANY MOMENT FOR GOD'S SAKE! ==== ♦♦♦♦ ==== Just relax...

She nodded at his words, listening intently at the meaning behind them. There was a reason he'd chose her-not only was she a medic, but she was also part of a powerful clan that could not only sense things with their partner but detect other things as well-their speed and ferocity was matched by few. She had to question why Nemutai had chosen her though-Shiso would have made a better candidate for this, with her levelheadedness. But Tsukiko vowed not to screw this up silently-she would protect Nemutai and keep her cool. There were some things she wanted to ask him, but now wouldn't have been the time to do so. Maybe later...Tsukiko and San continued to tail Nemutai, who was moving faster than they'd ever seen before. It was a wonder he didn't fall over with all of that on...Tsukiko Theme

TATSUYA MIYAKI Swear to shake it up, if you swear to listen. GPS : TREES!!! Mood : Mission Face D< !! Demon Count : 1/9 Tatsuya followed behind Ren and pondered what the older boy had said, it would make sense that going from east to west would be as effective as going west to east. "R-Ren? If you want to check out Snow first I'm up for it!" The boy spoke more cheerfully than he had been in a while, granted, with the small thumbs up he was flashing Ren the boy looked like a student in comparison to his larger counterpart. Tatsuya had yet to see it himself but the clear foot and a half difference in height, obvious difference in maturity levels, and their general attitude made the pair look more odd than a Panda riding a unicycle with a red party hat.
Though, perhaps the funniest thing about the sight was that Tatsuya was nowhere near prepared for a trip to the Land of Snow, he lacked some sort of head warming clothing and the rest of his pants. However, it was perfectly understandable that the boy, in his youthful ignorance didn't actually believe that the country they would be traveling to was so much different from any of the ones he had seen so far. But who cared? He would just find out the hard way.

もし何も私がそれを止めるためにすることができること... If there's nothing I can do to stop it... ╔═蓮 新潟════════════════════════╗ Mood: Moods... those have to do with emotions, right? Doing: Going this way Status: Being a "diplomat" Location: In a tree╚════════════════════════蓮 新潟═╝Ʉp in the trees he lept to the next and the next. Ever since becoming a ninja, it seemed that they went through this monotonous process just about every single day and yet they always seemed to find some sort of excitement. Again, he shrugged nonchalantly. "A'right 'en. Le's go catch a boat." With that he headed towards the shore. He glanced down at himself, then at Tatsuya. While Ren's clothing was slightly more suited to cold weather, neither of them could really claim they were prepared. "May'e we sha' pick up sum warma' clothes on tha way. Wouldn' wanna die on Denrei too fast." he said flatly, sounding as close to making a joke as he could probably get. The way he figured it, if they froze to death Denrei would either kill them for it or just call them pathetic -or whatever else she could come up with- and get on with finding new meat. Neko-chan mewed at him, not liking the soundof going somewhere cold. He just gave her a blank expression with eyes that retorted, Tough. Scowling at Ren with a little hiss, she decided to change her approach and meowed in a tone he understood to mean she was hungry again. Ren rolled her eyes. Damn gluttonous cat. Though he was a bit more worried about how well he understood cat than how she had gone through yet another bag and a few cans of food. I really been spendin' too much time wi' 'is thing. he grumbled in his head. Reaching a hand behind him into his bag, he opened the bag of dry cat food and tossed piece after piece in her direction, which she caught in her mouth efforlessly. Every time he'd finished off another handful, she'd meow her complaints for more. Reluctantly he'd comply, but after the thirteenth one he spat, "Like hell ya fatass cat!" He was honestly hoping to find Seika sooner or later to return Neko-chan. The damn animal was literally going to eat up all his hard-earned money!why should I care?

???

She returned back to the safety of the tree, sinking back into its bark as she swept over towards the two and leered with malevolent glee now that the girls were locked in her sights. With her hands, she performed an unusual jutsu and created spikes from the tree she had melted with and stabbed towards the two she had been targeting. This would be alot easier if the environment had been snow, and not a foresty area instead; she was having trouble blending in with her surroundings. Wood was more like a sheet or a blanket compared to snow; it could easily burn, or be cut depending if they saw her or not. Snow, or ice, on the other hand, could not be broken nor cut so long as the surface was strong enough to merge with...
The spikes she had created were large, and though wooden, were made like tendrils to puncture her two targets. This would be a quick kill in a matter of seconds. This would be the message delivered from the Village hidden in the Snow; she would not fail her orders...

☽Madaraki Shiso☾ Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ "Fly me to the moon, and let me play amongst the stars..."
"Don't think that way..." said Shiso with a smile as she rubbed her arm, "I didn't think I'd be a chunin either... But I'm sure if I could do it, then you could too," said the ginger-haired kunoichi with a smile before biting her lip. Before she could answer, however, she spotted something from behind and screamed before pulling Yukai to the side, allowing the spikes to hit the ground and dig deep into the soil around them. She continued to roll away to safety with her friend until she had found safety behind another tree and hid as the spike continued to stab through various surroundings. Her eyes followed to where the source of the spikes came from and found that they had been formed out of a branch. Like thorns sticking out, she decided...
The spikes retracted back to the wood of the tree, and Shiso could spot something fast dashing up the tree's branches like some sort of leech or bump moving against the bark's surface...
... What the hell was that? A monster? No... Maybe this was another assassin from the Snow. Maybe... She then gripped her elbow blades tight and looked back at Yukai before lifting up her mask. It looked like it could merge with trees. She was afraid to move. She was afraid to attack let alone come out of hiding... That thing could strike at her with spikes once she saw Shiso and Yukai... Yet if she didn't move, that bump could find their hiding spot and kill them once it meshed in with the tree they were hiding against...
She needed to find the person first before she killed it...
W-Wait... K-Kill? That didn't sound like her... She didn't know if she'd be able to do that... W-Why'd she have to be here, anyway...? Why her...?!

Don't worry...♦ Yukai Okaeshi ♦ ==== ♦♦♦♦ ==== Holyshitholyshitholyshit. It all happened so fast Yukai didn't even have time to squeal or anything before Shiso and her went into hiding behind a tree. Yukai looked back at where she had been standing, thank god for Shiso or they would have been kebab on a stick...or spike.... She sighed, why wouldn't these ninjas leave her alone, you would think she had some sort of curse all the bad luck she's having as of late. She felt around her kimono, looking for anything to defend herself with, she would use the whip, but she was inexperienced with it, and she would most likely end up being a hunk-a-meat. Yukai felt guilty, she'd dragged Shiso into it, and now she could get killed as well just for being there with her! She couldn't help but thank Shiso in her mind though, if she hadn't have been there, she wouldn't be alive now, she would be looking at her lung at the end of that darn spike. "...What's the plan?" Yukai whsipered to Shiso, a hint of worry in her voice, well..wouldn't you be worried if you and your best friend's life was at stake!?! ==== ♦♦♦♦ ==== Just relax...

TATSUYA MIYAKI Swear to shake it up, if you swear to listen. GPS : TREES!!! Mood : Mission Face D< !! Demon Count : 1/9 The boy began to think for a moment about his clothing predicament before finally remembering he still had the clothes he had worn when he left the Cloud Village some year and a half ago. "A-actually, I still have a change of clothes for cold weather... b-but we can stop somewhere so you can get a thicker shirt and pants..." Tatsuya had honestly debated offering up his sweater to the older man but quickly dismissed the idea once he realized the size difference between the boy and Ren. "I-I wonder if a normal store is going to have winter clothes this time of year... I think your best shot is to get a couple sweaters..." The boy only wished to help, if he was going to be put on this long mission with Ren he might as well, form some sort of bond, and you can't really bond with a dead person.

Ichi moved through the forest; a bit faster then he normally would have; He was still worried about the fact that the Kazekage was missing, or at least gone from the Village hidden in the Sand. It must have been bad for Ichi to have to go against the ONE rule that was given for his mission; which was NOT to come back until Shukaku was mastered; That was the main thing that was bothering him; what could it have been that it was enough for him to have to come back; there really wasn't anything that Ichi could have though of that would make him have to come back; Ichi simple continued through the forest; it was one of the few times that it was actually handy that he never had to sleep; which allowed him to skip the sleep; essentially doubling the amount he could travel in one day; seeing as how he didn't need to set up or break down camp sites.
