can I change my ninja type tactical ninja to elemental specialist (Or whater)?

Sensory is available ONLY to the sound village.
How much have you been using tactical?

I really want sound as my sub-element, since it would go along really well with my new character, but the Sound Village is closed. crying Do you have to belong to the village to have their sub-element?
Also what are the benefits of being the head of a clan/bloodline?

Yes.
High chakra, and everyone else in that clan bows to your whim, a little political power. Stuff like that.

Sweet I get powa! but theres only like two other people in anigan...so I still have like no authority.
Do people still have to bow to you if your the head of a clan but they are in a different village? Are some clans/bloodlines available to certain villages?

Like with The old Mist Jonin and The Uchiha clan head. He had to obey the x-suna Sannin.
