@Akura and Black:Thank you its good to be back,but when havik first replaced me she did have a point i was starting to slack off, and i shouldn't have put myself in places that i knew i wouldn't be able to keep up with.So starting now i will try my best to be a better kage

Okay, having a prison I can understand. A law that specifically allows the kage to throw people in jail just because they feel like it however, is going too far.

@ Akura: No, no... Rent is paid automatically... I was just kidding. Sora is just a kind and caring soul toward everybody (including people who piss off her boyfriend).
@ Hinote: Wasn't the rule that monarchs could throw people in jail for no particular reason banned with the signing of the Manga Carta? Sorry, history nerd in me just had to come out for a second.

The new "Law" is "Do not piss off the kazekage" which was obviously added to allow Misa to punish people who annoyed her as if they had committed a crime. The jail even says that it's for people who "Have committed crimes or pissed off the kage". That is wrong.
