Nero shook his head, laughing a bit. "No, no.. You misunderstand. I forfeited because you K.O.'d my Meowth... Hmm... Probably should have just said that you've won." he smirked, and recalled Clooney into his Pokeball. "So, that was some match, eh? I mean, you two have some bond... I hope to have a bond like that with Clooney and all the other pokemon I've yet to add to my team."

Even though he lost the match, Nero felt that he had grown, at least just a bit, in experience. "So... Where do we go from here...?" he asked the two ladies in front of him.

As Sasha continued to dictate her life story to the reporter, she noticed the crowd around her begin to grow. Obviously it was because of her ravishing good looks and gripping storytelling, she thought, making sure to turn to her audience every once and a while and dramatically gesture are key points in the story. The crowd was on the edge of their seats (metaphorically of course) and gave the girl a round of applause when the interview came to a close. "Merci, merci!" Sasha called out to her adoring fans, who responded with all sorts of whistles and cheers. Being beautiful was such a bother, she thought with a smile.

After some small talk from some of the cuter boys within the crowd, Sasha led a small entourage over to the pool, where she lounged for a good few hours, working on her tan.

Riza breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that Slowbro had been immobilized by his paralysis, even though she knew that Yula would resist psychic-type attacks. 'Even still, getting hit by an experienced Pokemon like Slowbro could be very bad, we must avoid taking damage at all if possible.' Riza looked over to her Pokemon, making a choice about her next command. "Okay Yula, throw out another Double team," she called. "Just like before." The Kirlia nodded and bowed her head, and her three remaining clones all seemed to come rushing back to her at once. Had Slowbro been able to attack that time around, he probably would have hit her for sure. The psychic-type dancer began to glow before she jumped up, and this time six Kirlia separated from that single spot, each taking a position around the Slowbro.

'Double team again and Slowbro is still paralyzed,' Jaden thought, his gaze going to each Kirlia in hopes to pick out the real one, but he was unable to. It seemed that Yula had really mastered her double team ability. "Okay Slowbro, let's try a Curse,' Jaden suggested, his hands in the pockets of his jeans. The hermit crab Pokemon seemed to hunker down on the spot a little, his body glowing a bit to show that his speed had been sacrificed in order to boost his attack and defense, though defense would be useless as Jaden was sure the Kirlia didn't know any physical attack-type moves.

Katie was glad to see that Nero was in good spirits, and she looked down at Genki and rubbed his head. He'd grown so much taller now that he was a Monferno. He was only about a foot smaller than Katie now, and Katie wondered how much bigger he'd be if he ever decided to evolve to his final form. She looked up from her Pokemon to Nero as he posed a question. "I'm heading for Eterna City for my next gym battle," she answered. "Though I do plan to do a lot of training along the way, maybe catch a few new Pokemon." She paused, deciding the polite thing to do would be to ask Nero and Mia what their future plans were. "Uh, what about you two? Where are you off to?" she asked, though she wasn't entirely interested in their answers.

"Second badge?" Mia asked, eyes glittering with wonder and curiosity. "I don't even have my first badge yet! That's where I was going. Oreburgh, to go get it and all you know." The blue haired girl nodded quickly, eager and enthusiastic. It was amazing she'd already met another girl who's battled so valiantly and had already won her first badge. She sure had a lot of work to do and a lot of training and battling and winning in her future. She had to admit she was excited. And to think, she would have never experienced any of this had her father not kicked her out of her house. It was funny how things seem to always work out in the end.

"Tangela!" Jello called out, retracting her vine from the Monferno. She reached out, interested, only to realize that the Pokemon was affiliated with the horrendous element known as fire. The Vine Pokemon jumped back to her trainer, feeling slightly fatigued from the previous battle. Her curious nature now seem to want to submit to sleep and rest.

"What about you Nero? Where are go headed?" Mia asked, returning to the situation at hand. She always seemed to drift into a daydream or a place of sub-reality. It felt nice though, but she really needed to remember to stay in touch with the present.

Pan waved back at Treecko's trainer, once he'd given up on chasing them. It wasn't like he didn't ever intend on getting her back to her trainer, but it would be nice to just go off and play without him following their every move. Plus, Pan had promised to bring Kilik to see his own trainer, assuming he ever decided to wake up again. The ship was their playground now, as the two geckos danced and played and ran, and even managed to invade the pantry for a meal long before Luffy and the Snorlax had a chance to eat every morsel of food on the ship. Needless to say, Pan had quite a wonderful trip, having spent most of it with his adorable female companion. He cursed the sun as it rose up over the horizon, even though he knew it was inevitable, and he gently prodded the sleeping female awake, knowing that it was time to get her back to Kilik.

Keegan didn't have to wait very long for the Rocket to come in and check on him, as after about half an hour he heard the bolt in the door click before it creaked open. The Rocket seemed to hesitate a moment before entering the room, but after a moment he stepped inside, allowing the door to close behind him. Keegan was sure he hadn't locked it, either. He heard the Rocket make his way across the room, and for Keegan it took a lot of willpower for him to not jump up and pummel the man right then and there. He held back mostly because he remembered his brain going all fuzzy when he was around; perhaps he was a psychic of some sort. Either way, this wasn't going to end well for one of them.

As soon as he'd entered the cabin, Jensen could sense that the energy in the room had changed, and for some reason, it made him nervous. He approached the supposedly unconscious redhead with apprehension, noting that he no longer looked flushed with fever, and he wondered if Mai or Dana had already administered the antidote. He couldn't see him sticking around if that were the case, though, and he walked over to the window and looked out. It was shaping up to be a very nice day, and below him many people were already up and about, including those who had forgone sleep altogether in lieu of partying. The Rocket sneered and shook his head in disapproval. They were morons, the whole lot of them. They had no idea that soon Team Rocket would be in control of Sinnoh, and soon after the whole world. Giovanni's influence would only spread further along with each day that passed, and world domination was within their grasp.

Jensen turned to leave the room, figuring that Keegan would most likely recover enough by the time they made port in Canalave, but let out a startled gasp when he found himself face to face with the redhead, who had a gigantic smile plastered on his face. "Good morning," he said brightly, not waiting for an answer as he proceeded to introduce his fist to the Rocket's face.

Ice Punch, I should have seen that one coming after the Thunderpunch from earlier, Miharu thought, looking to Lily as Poliwrath charged. "Keep blasting away with Petal Dance," she called sharply. "Don't let him get close to you!" The Bulbasaur nodded, pretty much sure that she didn't want to get smacked by that icy punch. She backed up a few steps and angled her bulb so that the pink petal storm continued to center on Poliwrath. If anything, they were hoping to try and slow the Tadpole down so that maybe Lily could get out of the way, otherwise that attack could be devastating. I hope this works, she thought, her lips set in a tight line, and it appeared like it would, at least for now.

Poliwrath had to make a split second decision - either take massive damage from the Petal Dance and possibly be KO'd, or back off and wait for the petals to die down, and then attack then, and that's exactly what he decided to do. The Tadpole dropped his arms to his sides and moved off to the side, managing to avoid most of the petals while he waited for an opportunity. Chuck smiled, his arms folded across his burly chest. Ah, Petal Dance, he thought. Powerful, but only lasts a few turns. Then, the fatigue and confusion set in, and that's when we'll get her! Sure enough, Lily's Petal Dance soon came to and end, and Chuck knew that this would be his time to strike. "Now, try Ice Punch again!" he called. Poliwrath was back on the attack within seconds, his fist glowing with icy power as he prepared to pummel the Bulbasaur into frozen submission.

Serenity cautiously walked into the crowded cafeteria behind Kasiya. She wanted to know what had gotten everyone all riled up. 'Eating contest? What irresponsible trainer lets their pokemon participate in an eating contest while on a boat filled with people?' Surely someone was goign to have to pay for the fact that there was no longer any food for anyone on board to eat. 'I would hate to be those trainers right now. Proud or not there is going to be some people on this boat that would rather throw them over board then simply yell at their irresponsibliness.' She spent the next few minutes actually pondering if irresponsibliness was an actual word before a thought occurred to her: Alex never let her leave home with out some sort of food in her pack.

Sere nudged Kasiya. "I know where we can at least get a bit of food to tide us over until we port." She whispered. "That is if you're really hungry." She tried to keep her voice down as low as possible so that the other trainers didn't hear. Two sandwiches were not going to be enough to feed all of the hungry people on board this ship.

Sweetness was surprised by how quickly the giant rock snake seemed to weaken. She was just as surprised when she noticed how slowely Euri seemed to be when getting up. The tiny plant pokemon bolted over to her team mate, standing protectively infront of her, though she kept her eyes on the Onix that was now rebounding to try another tackle on the pokemon. 'Eep, if I stay here then Euri will be crushed! That rock is far too big!" The tiny pokemon thought. Still Sweetness knew that she would never be able to lift him to move her, she stood there unsure of exactly what she needed to do next.

Isabelle was shocked by the sudden protectiveness of the tiny plant pokemon. "It's okay Sweetness I need you to use your absorb right away okay?" She said calmly to the pokemon.

"Euridice you can do this. Get up and use your dragon rage on that geodude okay? Come on baby you can do this." She cheered for her pokemon.

Not shockingly Sweetness was the first to start her attack. She lauched the green orb directly at the already charching Onix. Isabelle watched with gritted teeth as the orb hit the Onix and it glowed the pale green before returning to her tiny plant. Isabelle could tell from the look in the Onix eyes that it was going to be enough for that one. Though that didn't stop the force of the tackle attack that it had started. Sweetness, who had already been anticipating the attack, was able to just sneak out of the way. Euri on the other hand, who was busying trying to get her dragon rage focused on the Geodude ahead of her, didn't see the Onix that was barrelling at her now, looking like it was going to collapse on her. Collapse on her it did.

"EURI!!!" Isabelle screamed. She ran over to her pokemon, assesed quickly then realized that only Sweetness was in battle. She quickly recalled Euri. "Sweetness you can handle this dog's last pokmon with no problems."

"Who are you calling dog, you little harllot. Just because you're pokemon can't stand up to mine that is not my fault." He laughed at her. "Perhaps you should have trained them better."

"Watch your mouth you fat dirty slob. Sweetness take out the Geodude please." Isabelle hissed.

That's disgusting, Jaeshan thought, wrinkling his nose. "Shelgon, use Dragon Dance and try to dodge it," he called. Mud Bomb was certainly deserving of its name, though. The glob of goo sped through the air, and for a moment it looked like Shelgon would evade it until it exploded, sending mud flying in all directions. Shelgon's entire left side was now painted muddy brown despite the indigo glow of her Dragon Dance, and Jaeshan's once-khaki coloured cargo pants got a good dousing of much as well. A bit had found its way onto his jacket and shirt, as well, and he groaned. "Yuck..." Shelgon shook herself a bit, glaring at the Piloswine, apparently not too thrilled about being covered in mud, either.

Eliza stifled her laughter at the sight of Jaeshan and Shelgon, and instead nodded to her Piloswine. "Mud Bomb, again!" The Swine Pokemon snorted, preparing to send a second horrendous glob flying at the round Dragon Pokemon.

"Not so fast," Jaeshan said, waggling a finger. "Shelgon, use Rock Tomb." Shelgon growled as she rose up on her hind legs, her body glowing with an earthy hue before she slammed herself down hard on the ground. Sharp, pointed stones shot out of the ground around Piloswine, jabbing him in several places but also serving as a means to trap him in place. Shelgon had timed it well, too, for Piloswine had unleashed his Mud Bomb just as the stones closed him in, and his own attack splattered heavily against the Rock Tomb, sending a rain of mud all over that end of the battlefield, and Eliza as well, causing Jaeshan and Shelgon to burst out laughing.

Kasiya looked down at her two hungry Pokemon and sighed, her annoyance growing as she could now hear Robin's laughter over the angry grumbling of the mob. For a moment she considered going over to give her redheaded friend a talking to, but she figured the crowd would handle that just fine. She has no idea just how angry she's made everyone by being so irresponsible with her Pokemon, she thought, kneeling down to pat Nova on the head. The Charmander's eyes were wide and teary now that she'd learned there was no more food, and she clutched her tummy, looking up at Kasiya imploringly. The girl smiled weakly and stood up again, looking at Serenity as she nudged her arm. "What do you mean?" she whispered back, now looking around at the other trainers to make sure that none of them overheard, but since most were still making their way over to yell at Robin, she figured they wouldn't have to worry.

"First, let's get away from all these crazies," she said, motioning to her two Pokemon to follow her as the two girls made their way out of the cafeteria. There were far less people outside on the main deck, and Kasiya wondered if most of them were now crowded into the cafeteria. "Okay, what's up?" she asked once they'd found a quiet spot away from all the hullabaloo, though she continued to keep her voice low. "Are they serving food somewhere else?"
PostPosted: Mon Mar 08, 2010 1:25 pm

Despite Robin's overall good nature about the situation people seemed to be a bit upset her still. The redheaded girl could understand though, she was pretty hungry to and her pokemon had caused quite a problem. Getting up she place her hands on her hips and stared at the crowd with a small smile on her face. "Ha, sorry about my pokemon guys, I know an apology isn't going to fill your empty stomachs." She paused and looked out at the crowd despite their hostility to her and her pokemon she didn't seem to worried. "I am sure something will come up." Most people would be trying to back away from the angry crowd and the last statement would have been shaky but not this stupid hopeful girl. Robin had full belief that the crowd could be reasoned with and that something would come up to feed the angry people. Robin's unwavering faith in whatever seemed to be rewarded just that moment when the ships speakers chirped to life.

'Ah this is the ships captain speaking. We heard about the lack of food on board the ship and we wish to express our sincerest apologies. We just got off the phone with one of the restaurants in Canaclave and we are happy to tell you that if you show your ticket stub they will give you a free breakfast. Once again we would like to express our sincerest apologies about the lack of food on the ship.'

When the announcement ended there was a general grumble but a lot of the crowd lost their anger at Robin which just faded away to annoyance. With most of the crowd gone Robin just grinned at all of them. "See, I told you things would work out." Still there were a few people who looked like they wanted to throw Robin over board. Robin herself didn't really care to much what they wanted and instead turned her attention back to Luffy and her wayward pokemon. "Ok well now. I may not be mad at you but I do know that making all these dishes for the chefs was not cool Luffy. So, as punishment you are going to go back there, since you can't eat anymore and you are going to help them clean everything up!"

On the ground the fat Luffy just groaned as he heard Robins edict and struggling a bit he manged to push himself onto his feet. The now fat Ambipom started to waddle his way over to the kitchen. Oh man it was gunna be hard to work off all of his fat!

With Luffy's punishment taken care of Robin turned to her two other pokemon. Both Brook and Raz had guilty looks on their faces, they felt way worse over the situation then both Robin and Luffy did. "Ok you two let's g-"

"Hey! The others may have forgiven you but we sure haven't!" Came an angry voice from behind Robin.

Serenity let Kasiya lead her away from all of the now very angry people in the cafeteria. Once away from the large crowd, Serenity leaned in. "I have sandwhiches." She whispered. She gave Kasi a large smile.

"I didn't even think about them until now, but Alex never lets me leave home with out any food. And of course there is probably some pokemon food in here as well." She patted her back pack. "I figure we find a place away from all of these crazies and see about getting out bellies full at least."

PostPosted: Mon Mar 08, 2010 2:59 pm

"Huh?" Robin blinked and looked back at the small group of angry people behind her.

"Yeah, look girl you can't let your pokemon run around the ship causing huge messes like this! I mean you got lucky this time but really that won't happen all the time."

A girl behind the first one who spoke out nodded and stepped forward an angry look on her face. "I hate it when trainers think that they can do whatever they want with their pokemon. You think you can do whatever you want. You don't have to look after your pokemon even if they are causing problems for everyone else." The girl looked really upset at Robin. Behind her there was a general murmur of agreement from the other trainers.

Frowning slightly Robin did feel a bit upset that her pokemon had eaten all the food. Yeah they had a point but really, the problem was solved and most of the time Robin was looking after Luffy so things like this didn't happen. "Ah, sorry about not looking after them. Usually I do look after him so he doesn't do anything stupid like this." She wasn't going to mention the fact that she was in the pokemon center waiting for news on Black*Star and reading comics. That was just an excuse and really no reason why she shouldn't have looked after Luffy.

"Yeah, I hope you remember this the next time you want a break from your pokemon. You made a commitment to them and to everyone else around you when you decided to become a trainer." The girl continued she still looked pretty pissed at Robin.

Shrugging slightly Robin met the girls eyes not feeling so guilty anymore. Yeah it sucked that all the food was gone, but the problem was solved and Luffy was helping the chefs clean everything else up. "Honestly what is your problem, you guys are getting fed and I apologized. In the end everything ended up ok." At Robin's side Raz and Brook stepped forward sensing that their trainer was getting a little upset at the crowd accusing her. Really she hadn't done anything wrong, except letting Luffy get away with almost everything but still, Robin worked really hard and she cared about them. Both Raz and Brook would stand up for Robin no matter what situation she got into even if it was her fault.

"Use stun Sweetness." Isabelle hissed. She glared at the miner. Isabelle had know that this wasn't going to be an easy fight for her pokemon, but the b*****d didn't have to rub it in.

Sweetness got ready to send the tiny spores over to the overly cocky rock pokemon when she noticed that the other pokemon had started to throw a bit of rocks in her general direction. The Budew managed to dodge the first one that was thrown her way, but the other two landed quite squarely. It stunned the poor pokemon for just a second. When she rebounded she sent the stun spore in the Geodude's direction. The rock pokemon looked a bit startled by the spores that surrounded him.

"You think that the tiny little plant is going to manage to take down both of my pokemon?" The miner mocked.

Isabelle didn't even have the words to properly express the annoyance that she felt. She just turned to her pokemon and gave her a proud smile. "You know what to do next. Take the rest of his health."

Sweetness nodded at her trainer. She hissed at the other pokemon, mostly because it's trainer had insulted her trainer and she wasn't really okay with that. Not only that, the one thing that Sweetness hated the most was being under estimated. She also hated to lose a fight. The leaves on her head curled slightly and she released and energy ball that was big enough to almost completely consume the small rock pokemon. She had enough of this kind of crap. Sweetness hated the fact that everyone thought she wasn't strong enough to handle these battles by her self.

The Geodude wavered for a moment but then sat down on the ground. It didn't have the energy to continue throwing rocks at the tiny plant, and really dispite what it's trainer might have though, he didn't see the point.

"Ha!" Isabelle proclaimed. She ran over to Sweetness and picked up the tiny plant pokmon and kissed it. "You are my little fire cracker that is going to get me that badge." She nuzzled.

"Well, I guess tiny little plants are still something that I have to watch out for." the miner sighed. He recalled his pokemon and turned to Isabelle giving her a smile. "Well played tiny harlot. Now get the ******** out of my face so I can get back to work. I don't want to get in trouble."

"Yeah, thanks for the battle. Enjoy the meaningless work in the hot dirty mine. Suits you." Isabelle picked up the plant and carried it back to the poke center.
PostPosted: Tue Mar 09, 2010 5:03 pm

"You're going to have to get down so I can put you in your pokeball. You need to get healed with Euri." Isabelle explained to the tiny plant as they walked into the direction of the pokecentre.

"Bud-dew!" The tiny plant exclaimed as it hopped of it's trainer's shoulder. It was far too excited about the battle that happened to be concerned about having to go back into the pokeball. Sweetness was also slightly concerned about her team mate. It seemed that Euri had taken a bit more of a beating then she had expected. Sweetness knew that Euri was a strong pokemon, it shook her up a bit to see the pokemon go down the way that she did.

Isabelle recalled Sweetness and headed back into the pokecentre. "Just the two of them this time. Though watch the charmander when she is released. She isn't used to losing and is going to have a bit of a temper."

The nurse giggled a bit. "That shouldn't be a problem. We'll be back out shortly." The pink haired nurse took the pokeballs off the counter and headed into the back.

Isabelle released Frank from his pokeball as she headed to the waiting room. She figured that he would want to see his friends once they came out. The moment his tiny feet hit the floor he instantly started looking for Euri. "There was a battle Frank. Euri got hurt, so she's in the back healing up. She shouldn't be too long, but she might not be in the mood to get into as much trouble as the two of you usually get into."

The bird continued to look around the centre just to be sure. He was slightly disapointed that he hadn't been included in the battle, but he was far more worried about what might have happened to Euri. Then he realized that Sweetness wasn't out either. A quick check to his trainers belt saw that the only pokeball there was his own. He hopped into Isabelle's lap and snuggled into her.

"They will be okay. Just needed a few bandaids." She reasured him.

"Ma'am, you're pokemon are ready!" The nurse called Isabelle over. Frank got down and hurried over to the counter and started hopping up and down.

"Calm down Frank." Isabelle said as she made her way over. "Thank you, I hope Euri wasn't too much trouble." She smiled.

The nurse looked a little nervous. "She only tried to start one fire before she realized that I was there to help her. Though I'm sorry ma'am she refused to go back in her ball." The Charmander walked out from behind the counter.

Isabelle sighed. "I'm sorry about that. Thank you so much." She took the two pokeballs. "Come on Euri, Frank has been worried about you."

The first thing that Euri did when she turned the corner was give Frank a huge hug. The next thing she did was walk up to Isabelle and cling on to her leg. "Char char." She said sadly.

Isabelle bent down so that she could be at the same height as the pokemon. "Don't be sad. You did very well. There wasn't a lot you could do against those pokemon, they aren't so easily damaged by your fire." She kissed Euri on the head.

"CHAR!" Euri stomped. Frank backed away from her, not wanting to get hit with any of that fire. It did a lot of damage to him.

"Euridice, you need to calm down right now. This isn't the place for a temper tantrum." Isabelle said standing up. Euri just shook her head at her.

"CHAR CHAR CHAR! CHARMANDER!" She yelled.
PostPosted: Tue Mar 09, 2010 5:34 pm

Isabelle was starting to get a bit annoyed. "Alright lets take this out side shall we?" She picked up the fire pokemon and led it out of the pokecentre. "Ow! ********!" She yelled as she realized that she was hotter than normal. She practcally tossed Euri to the ground as the charmander's skin burnt her hands. Just after the pokemon hit the ground a bright light surrounded Euridice. "Wholy ********." Isabelle gasped as she took a step back.

Euridice had no idea what on earth was going on. The light that surounded her seemed to be hopeful and warming. She liked it. It made her feel stronger. When the light started to disipate, she realized that she was slightly bigger. Her claws were larger and her tail longer. The flame on the tip seemed to burn just that much more bright. She feeled the top of her head and realized that she had a bit of horn starting. All of it was very exciting. She started bouncing up and down and ran over to Isabelle.

"Char!" Euri exclaimed as she danced around her trainer.

Isabelle couldn't stop laughing. "Yes I see you. You've evolved and become stronger." She pet the pokemon. "Just couldn't handle losing that battle could you?" Isabelle kissed her on the head.

"Char!!" Euri exclaimed and started dancing around again.

Tyra sighed loudly and got off of her bike. She was still annoyed over the situation with her failed fight. She hadn’t taken out Freya from the pokeball since that day. It had been quite a few days. She wasn’t even stopping to pick a fight with random people. Her Pokenav was stuck in her pocket and ignored, any calls from Dallas went to her voicemail. She didn’t want to talk to anyone. She entered into Ecruteak City pushing her bike along the streets. She had no desire to stop. The sights of a town blurred by her as she kept pushing through ignoring the citizens that she passed.

She was heading to Golden Rod to get to Celadon to meet Dallas. They had made plans earlier shortly after Tyra lost the fight. Although she had no desire to see people. As she got through the city she jumped back onto her bike and started to pedal hard. Hunter staying at her side started into a dead run. Her tongue rolling out the side of her jaw as the wind rushed through her fur.
