biggrin Can't spend your whole life worrying and being afraid: we'd never have any fun that way. Do you have any hobbies or activities you like to do that you can get engrossed in? Your weekend is going to be very long if you can't find a distraction.
I'd trying going out and doing something fun...bowling, a movie, something that you can really get into. I'd try anything that would get me out of the house.

Breathe honey! I know it's a stressful time, but worrying isn't going to do any good. And to point out, I'm surprised the ER lady (depends also if she was a nurse or doc) even told you the numbers.
To point out, a lot of times they don't even have the right speciality in the ER. The ER at the hospital I have to go to doesn't even have a pediatric doctor available. So, you could have had someone whose forte is orthopedic injuries trying to tell YOU (who has been actively TTC and knows her cycle) what's going on with your body.
I'd wait and talk with a real gyn that can work WITH you on what you're talking about, not some lady trying to freak your poor self out.
I know it's hard to find some happiness when doubt and fear seem easier. Just take it one day at a time. Go take some time to pamper yourself to get distracted. heart

Sasha, it would be really hard not to think about it and worry all weekend! But hopefully have faith that whatever's meant to happen will happen!
It sounds like with your numbers that you were about 2 weeks past conception at 45, or just having missed a period. I don't really trust numbers all that much or doctors who swear by numbers because everybody's body is different.
The brown spotting and low cramping is completely normal in the first few months. I had it too, and did my share of worrying. My hubby's mom even bled (heavy-ish) the full 9 months when she was pregnant with him, and they kept telling her she'd likely lose the baby, but obviously she never did!
Good luck with the next blood test, and hang in there! The entire pregnancy is really a long waiting game!! stressed
And KasumiAngel, it looks like you and are due around the same time! xd

No matter what I try, all I can think of is "is the baby alive, is it growing?? are the numbers going up?"
45 just seems so low.. it's scaring me

If you read the wall of text link I had on the HCG numbers, it said that some women have rather low numbers the entire pregnancy and still have perfectly healthy babies. mrgreen

right, I am still so scared though. I just wish I knew that the numbers were rising. I'm just a mess wondering all day and nothing gets my mind off of it.

Nothing good comes from worrying about things you can't control. sad You just have to have faith that your body is doing what it's supposed to and accept it's out of your hands.

I go to get levels checked.. but I know it's over. It's like having a period.. with all that crap that comes out.
Sorry, I know that's gross. Poor hubby. I've been hysterical all morning.

Sashanaru I had the baby, I finally got pregnant and now it's gone.. Sweetheart, it's ok to grieve the loss of your baby but don't blame yourself ok? I was 3 months along and just lost my baby a week ago. Trust me I know how much it hurts. I posted a message 4 in u in the TTC thread. If you ever want to talk or just cry/ rant about your loss I will listen. Talking about it helps alot. My heart goes out to you hun... heart heart heart

Sashanaru I had the baby, I finally got pregnant and now it's gone.. I know this is going to sound a little blunt if not rude, but do they offer any kind of counseling? Even though you didn't progress through your pregnancy enough to feel a physical loss, it's obvious there's an emotional loss.
